I enjoyed my stay overall. It was an older facility but well kept. Nice clean rooms, bed was comfortable (PLUS).Wonderful complimnetary breakfast (waffles). The Location was EXCELLENT and had acess to many shopping or dinning places galore. This was our second time to stay here. The staff was very friendly and the room was comfortable. Great value for the low price.

It is OK for a two star but a little run down.

Bath tub was nasty and the bottom was peeling up, holes in the linen, floors had dirt all on the carpet and a condom wrapper was found behind the night stand.

Very good value for the price.

Location was good for shopping weekend in Dallas. One big problem with the room- NO outlets for charging stuff. My son and I were there to do some shopping for his apartment and we had to do a lot of searching and unplugging of lamps just to charge our phones! This is one of La Quinta's motel locations, and it's an older building. That said, my expectations were pretty low, especially given the room rate I got through hotels.com. This hotel isn't fancy, but it's nice enough for the price.

The hotel staff was very friendly when we checked in, and once we got to our room they called to make sure we had gotten to our room OK and everything was good. The room could use a little fresh paint and touch ups, especially in the bathroom. This motel needs some work. My room smelled of cat urine, the tub faucet dripped continuously and it was pretty much run down all the way around. It is also right off the freeway so I expected some noise but even a room all the way in the back was still noisy (bring ear plugs). Always enjoy staying here

Hotel doesnt look great on the outside, but was very pleased with the room. Beds are very comfortable, room is a very good size and had a great HDTV. I would stay here again.

The entire staff went above and beyond to provide great customer service. There is a Denny's right there, so it was helpful to me because I am disabled and often did not feel like driving anywhere to get dinner. The hotel's breakfast was good and each morning we were greeted with a friendly "hello" and smile. I've stayed at La Quinta hotels before, and I've always been satisfied, but I was not too happy with this particular one. Could not have been more pleased with friendliness and helpfulness of office staff, particularly office manager, as well as housekeeping. Since I stayed six nights, I would have liked to have had access to a microwave and refridgerator in room, at least to have known that they were available with an upgrade.

The one thing I would like to say is check the room before you let anyone go into it . We had bugs that were sprayed but not cleaned up. We had to let you know. You did give us a new room but it was not the one we wanted. Over all the time we spent was ok.

This is a very tired property and needs renovating. The tables in the room were dirty and the carpeting was soggy. Unfortunately, this colors my perception of La Quinta properties. I'm hoping this is an anomaly.

The location of the hotel was in the perfect place. Very thing you could of think of food, shopping and dinning..For me the hotel staff was so accommodating. I'll stay there again...thanks

Rooms are clean, They shut internet off at midnight so if you have some late night work to do you better get it done by then. Also internet is so SLOW!!!

This was the worst hotel I have ever been to. The staff was unhelpful. The girl, Ashley, a trainee left to work by herself made many mistakes during my stay and it followed me after I had left. The first mistake was that she charged my credit card for the room when I had already paid for the room on hotel.com. I had to call the bank and have them talk […] to the front desk to take it off my card. Then when I left and checked out, apparently the Ashley girl didnt charge my card. When I got back home to Michigan I received a phone call saying I didnt pay for my last night. I didnt have the money at the time so I couldnt pay for it. They ended up charging my card for the amount and causing me to over draft. I would have paid for that night and I would have liked it if they told me that they were taking out the money but without any notice they caused me to over draft. Terrible service and terrible place to stay. I would not recommend that anyone stay at this horrible place. I've never seen such a rude and staff. They did not have any knowledge of how to properly talk to customers. It was terrible! The first room I checked into was not clean, the 2nd room I checked into the a/c did not work, the 3rd room was ok, but I will not be staying there ever again.

Everything was perfect during my stay! Very easy to reach, great beds, very clean!!

The check-in and out staff were great. The free breakfast included "make your own" waffles. We were at the front of the complex and on the ground floor, but barely heard the highway or anyone else. Check-in is until midnight, so there's no need to rush. And there's a Denny's right next door that's 24 hrs for those coming in at odd hours. The only issue […] we had was the smell. This La Quinta accepts pets, and the room we were in obviously had someone with a really smelly dog or cat who possibly made a "mess" in the room that housekeeping missed because there was an "obvious" odor when we entered that persisted the entire time we were there. It was better after housekeeping came through the next day, but there was still an obvious pet odor. I traveled to Dallas for the Superbowl, and knew the hotel prices were going to sky rocket. I chose this hotel because it was the cheapest around, and close to the Dart station. The room is average but served my purposes just fine.

The only bad thing was the bathtub and toilet it was like the drain wasnt big enough.. The water filled uo the tub quickly using the shower..

My room was never made up and cleaned. I never received clean towels and washcloths. I told the associate at the front desk and still I received no service at all in my room during my stay. I will never choose or refer to others the La Quinta Hotel.

Great price on Hotels.com. Quick check-in. Friendly folks. Clean, cool, quite room. Pool was green and closed, but I wasn't there to swim, just an eyesore. Loved the 12 to 12 check in and out.

Very convenient, close to Denny's, clean enough for me.

We got a terrific rate through hotels.com The hotel is older but in good shape. Great for business or a weekend that you are not spending alot of time in the room. The room was comfortable and well kept.
