DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Austin - ออสติน

Loved it, beautiful suite. recently updated with very modern decor. The location is very convenient if you want a downtown location. Wonderful desk and valet staff. Great value for the money.

Our room was great. So close to the MS150 finish line so the walk to hotel after the ride was relatively easy. Only complaint would be the noise from the Double Tree sign being hung up on the side of the building the next morning.....woke me up earlier than I wanted to.

Lots of extra charges, parking garage was a mess with no full size vehicle parking spots. We did not receive cookies at check in. The shuttle bus was typically unavailable. I have stayed at this hotel several times and this was the worst yet!

My suite was handsome, large and completely renovated. The lobby is still under construction. Unfortunately, the service was poor. I called room service twice and they never answered. The parking garage is the worst.Tight turns, no parking on the firs 3 floors plus you haveto pay $18 to park in there but valet is $23, go figure. The only vending machine was out of bottled water and the front desk told us to go to the gas station to get some. Loved the hotel, friendly service and great location. I had initially booked the suite with two queen beds, and when I arrived that was not available and I was not too happy about that. Other than that, hotel was great. I will stay here again.

No hot water even after moved to a second room. If room hadn't been paid for through hotels.com, I wouldn't have stayed. Food quality was mediocre/poor and portions were small for price.

We stayed here for one night after a concert. From the lunch we ate at the cafe to the beautifully redone suite we stayed in, we LOVED this place!! We couldn't beleive we got it for so cheap! The rooms are HUGE, the beds are comfortable, the decor is beautiful... We WILL stay here again!!

ALL WAS GOOD OTHER THAN THE COFFEE IN THE AM. NO COMPLIMENTARY COFFEE WITH ROOMS FULLY PRICED AND THE COFFEE THEY DID HAVE WAS SUBSTANDARD

The hotel was great and close to downtown. We had a great time and everyone at the hotel was very nice and helpful. The guy brought our luggage all the way up to our room and unloaded it.

I always stay at this hotel when I come to Austin. I am a single guy, who comes to Austin or San Antonio about once per year since 2007 to visit friends and tour. My room was very nice, newly remodled and upgraded TV's. Very good fast room service. I had one major problem--a day of dirty laundry was taken out w/o my request and, so far, has never been […] found (a patriotic flag shirt). There is a shortage of parking space in the basement parking. Therefore I parked once and never moved my car and always walked or took the hotel shuttle. The problem w/ the shuttle is that it is limited on the mileage and therefore not always available. The shuttle drivers were real helpful, you could call them direct and they would pick you up anywhere in town. If you wanted breakfast in your room, it was delivered within 20 minutes & very good food. If you eat it the 15th St. Cafe, in the hotel, the food is very good and friendly service. The host is very friendly and we had good coversation. Originally a friend recommended this hotel. And when I go to San Antonio I stay at a Double Tree Hotel there also. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Beware of this hotel on weekends: they have regular bachelor/ettes partys in rooms. It is also being renovated, so there is plenty of noise between 9 and 7pm.

The hotel is nice with big comfortable rooms, but the service was mediocre and nothing was included in the price of the room. No breakfast, no wifi, no parking. They were also doing some kind of renovation so things were messy and a little noisy. The location was ok but not great. I expected more for what I payed.

Overal, decent hotel. Slightly pricey due to convenience to UT/downtown. Watch out for inadvertent or duplicate charges...scrutinize your bill before leaving.

nice clean, comfortable bed and room. good location - near UT. good, prompt service from parking attendant, front desk, concierge and room service. Only negative was that the showerhead was dripping and not working properly, otherwise, very satisfied with my short stay.

Great hotel and great location.

We were in Austin for a sports camp at UT-Austin. This hotel is walking distance to campus and also offers suites with full (if small) kitchen. It was exactly what we needed for our family of 4 to be comfortable with bedroom and separate living area. Very spacious. The pool is small and wasn't very clean, but pool area is nice and they offer bar service. […] The location is also convenient to downtown and walking distance to the Capital, Congress Ave. and even Lady Bird Lake. The front desk staff and valet upon check-in, was friendly, but the same hospitality was not common among all hotel staff. The bartender in the lounge was nothing short of rude. Now I know why the lounge was empty on a Saturday night! Gym is great. Pool is great. Room is great. Service is great. Parking is reasonable. THe only fault for you drinkers is the walk to 2nd and 6th and warehouse bar districts...for those near capital and Drag and school is good, then it is perfect location.

Great staff. Great location. Room had separate bedroom and kitchen. No pots, pans, dishes, but there was a dishwasher. Maybe staff would provide if asked? On-site self-parking was convenient. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed at this hotel during the Austin Marathon. I would stay again because of the location only. The hotel was worn and shabby especially for the price we paid! The bed in our suite was hard and left us with back aches, one of the chairs in the room had a broken leg and the carpet was worn down to the cement near the bathroom. We were upgraded to a very nice suite on the top floor. Great service, clean, very comfortable beds, wonderful views, friendly staff. Very convenient location and good neighborhood for walking about. close to Capitol and surrounding sites, good restraunts within walking distance

Hotel was OK but pricey for the accomodations like much of downtown Austin. Rooms could use a renovation and updating - generally older, popcorn ceilings, and dirty around the HVAC vents. Our A/C appeared not to work. Elevator creaky. Service was good. however, and the staff professional and polite. An excellent, clean, well-maintained hotel with suites. Convenient location, not far from museums, 6th street, South Congress and other entertainment. Probably good for business meetings because of downtown location. There's not much else in the immediate neighborhood.

I was very pleased with our stay at the Doubletree Guest Suites. The room, service, and cleanliness was above and beyond our expectations. I will be staying there the next time we visit Austin.

Very happy with the accomodations. Hotel staff was friendly, beds comfortable, quiet environment. Elevators were slightly slow and jerky, though. Parking garage is very convenient. Walking distance to convenience store and coffeehouse.

the service at this location was fabulous. clean and comfortable room and a great value. The only negative was the hotel restaurant. Slow service and terrible food. only sampled it once but that was enough.

The hotel is in a great location close to the capital building and walking distance to most places downtown. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. I wouldn't bring a car to park if you can help it. Parking is limited, very tight, and expensive.
