the staff was very friendly and the hotel very clean.Typical of Quebec and major citie in America , parking was expensive.

We had a terrific stay! Arrived in gale force winds (Irene) and pouring rain to cheerful umbrella service to the check in. Our dog was welcomed too and our room recently renovated and ultra comfy. The concierge directed us to a great restaurant which we will definitely return to. This is neither our first stay at the Hilton nor our last! Thanks!

We were 2 parties of the same family - a family of 4 ( 2 teenagers) and 2 elderly grandparents. We had 2 separate rooms on the same floor and they both had lovely views of the city. Rooms were comfortable although on the small side. The pool was a welcome respite after a day of walking around the city. The breakfast buffet was great, and the staff were […] helpful. We are bilingual French-English so language was not an issue for us, but in the elevator, we overheard other guests saying that they were very happy that the staff made great efforts to speak English. Great location near Rue St Jean. Great view East from the 19th floor We were next to the Quebec Parliament Building The food at the hotel is great. Valet service is a plus(you pay extra for this) The people were absolutely professional in their work . will go back

Overpriced, and sloppy service.

I wanted to spend a couple days with my teenage boys touring Viex Quebec. I was looking for a reasonable priced room that sleeps three within the walled Old Quebec or on the edge of the Old Quebec. The Hilton fit the bill. Good price, comfortable beds and 100 yards away from Viex Quebec.

Except for exterior renovations - very clean, comfortable and perfect location for walking to the night life and the historic part of the city. Would stay again.

Elevators didn't work very well and the rest of the facility was a bit rough around the edges, but the stay was pleasant and the staff spoke many languages. Got the breakfast from Hotels.com for an extra $10 a night for two people... very worth it for a huge buffet plus made-to-order eggs.

The service we got at the Hilton, downtown Quebec City was the best. The parking (valet parking) is expensive.

My girlfriend and I stayed in a standard King size room. The hotel was fine, I suppose the biggest issue is that my expectations were set quite high seeing the price of this hotel. Although the lobby is real fancy, the rooms are ok at best. The employee at the check-in gave us the wrong room. This was a slight inconvenience that was corrected, mistakes […] happen. We only had about 30 channels on the tv, no refrigerator, 1 soap, 2 towels. In my many travels, I've stayed in hotels that are half the price of this one that offered the same and better amenities. I'd go again, but only by booking through this site, as I would never pay the full asking price for the Hilton given my last experience. My wife and I enjoyed our 4 nights at the Hilton. The staff was friendly and helpful and we had no problems communicating in English. Our room was small but clean. No refrigerator or microwave is provided. The hotel location is excellent and within walking distance of many tourist attractions. We parked our car at the hotel and walked everyplace or […] used the free tourist bus. Parking is $25.00 per day at the hotel but public parking for less is just around the corner from the hotel entrance. The hotel breakfast buffets were excellent if you want to pay the money. Many restaurants and cafes are located near the hotel that serve a cheaper breakfast. We enjoyed Quebec City, its cool summer weather and rich history. Do not hesitate to go whale watching on the St. Lawrance. While an all day trip, we saw 3 species of whales with little trouble. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Part of the rooms have been renovated and part not. We were given a non renovated (we wanted a high floor and those are not renovated) but asked to be moved to one of the others. It was better than the other but much worse than most rooms in that price range. The room was on 18th floor and had good views of the North of the city. Hotel is easy walking distance of the Citadel and historic quarter. As with the Hilton chain everything was a good standard but the only complaint I could think of was car parking, the drop off zone is chaotic and the multi-storey is not very convenient.

The low levels of the hotel have been renewed. The new room are clean and fine. The outside swimming pool is fine but the lockers are ugly. Not at all appropriate with the reputation of the hilton brand.

Thoroughly enjoyed the visit and was very impressed by the staff's eagerness to serve. I will revisit, for sure...Well situated for walking to the nice restaurants and night spots..

Very friendly, extremely clean and moderm. Very comfortable bedding. Will definetaly stay there next time

Bonne sauf que la desaturation est fusible et en construction

Tres content de notre sejour on a été comblé de la vue que l on avait de notre chambre et on veut revivre notre experience merci beaucoup

le fait qu'il n'y avait pas de réfrigérateur et internet pour le reste se fût un voyage très agréablle

Près du Vieux-Québec. Bien située. Mais pas d'indication dans les chambres des informations de l'hôtel... Où les distributrices sont situés, piscine, etc. Il faut toujours téléphoner à la réception. Personnel très accueillant.

La localización es envidiable, las vistas también.

Petits déjeuners FORMIDABLES, avec un personnel très agréable, où le rapport est moins anonyme que le reste de l'hôtel. Piscine très bien, dommage qu'il n'y ait pas un spa. Nous étions 4, la chambre n'était pas immense mais bien. Seul bémol, pas de réfrigérateur...

Notre chambre ne correspondait pas à la réservation: lit et divan-lit au lieu des 2 lits prévus. La direction nous a alors attribué une suite, très bien.Dans la nuit nous avons dû appeler la sécurité, à cause du vacarme dans la suite au-dessus, bruit qui a duré jusqu'à 5h du matin. Nous avons fait une réclamation et on nous a crédité tous nos suppléments: […] voiturier, accès à Internet. Nous avions réservé une chambre non fumeur et il n'y en avait plus à notre arrivée. On nous a donné une chambre qu'ils ne louent pas habituellement car trop bruyante. l'air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas. Nos petits déjeunés etaient compris et on a du s'obstiner pour y avoir droit. Je suis très décu.

El hotel está justo al lado del centro histórico. Está muy bien con piscina exterior climatizada. Punto negativo, tuve que pagar el desayuno de los niños aunque la reserva era para 2 adultos + 2 niños con desayuno. Esto no ocurrió en el HILTON LAC LEAMY unos días antes donde si incluyeron el desayuno de los niños.

Très bien situé, près du vieux Québec avec ses restaurants et boutiques.
