We had an awesome stay at this hotel, definitely everything a Hilton should be. However, the shuttle service does not go to Cowboys Stadium or The Ballpark on event days (which doesn't make any sense cause when else would you wanna go). The driver agreed to drop us off near the stadium and we could walk but did it w/ a real crappy attitude. The hotel facilities met my expectation for a Hilton property overall. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. There were a few bottles of water in the room (at $3.00 per). At the rate paid, I would have expected a couple of bottles of water to be provided complimentary. Otherwise the room was great. The "sports bar" was the worst part of the experience. […] It was dark, not inviting, and had a very limited selection of sporting events available on the televisions. All in all, it is conveniently located to Six Flags, DFW airport, and Cowboys Stadium. The hotel was very nice and room was exceptional but the service is horrible. I booked this room because on hotels.com they said they had a shuttle that would take you to the cowboys stadium etc within a three mile radius. They don't however on event days which it dies not specify that... They also charge you a 50$ incidental charge at check-in which […] they do not tell u about and did not find out about until I checked out and looked at my bank.... I am still waiting for them to credit that back. Spoke with manager about our service and promises were made that we're not kept and at checkout the employee would not get the manager....we booked this hotel for Supercross weekend and my friend who is 6 months pregnant and I had to walk three miles in the rain to the hotel because they refused to pick us up and no taxis could be found that night..... อ่านเพิ่มเติม

great people and the shuttle to and from airport was awesome. The only drawback was my room was not cleaned on Saturday.

The desk clerks were quite unfriendly and almost rude. I experienced how the clerk served the patron in front of me with a smile and I did not get the same courtesy.

I booked my reservation in August for my stay in October. We arrived at the hotel at 11 A.M. but could not check in because check out time was not till noon. Official check in time was at 3. We were going to the Cowboys game at 3:15. Something needs to be changed for the people who are arriving for a Cowboys game. It was NOT ideal for us to have to […] leave our belongings in a closet while we were at the game. Also, the girl who "helped" me - I use the trem lightly, was not very helpful, nor was she sympatghetic. When I asked if I would have room when we returned after the game she very sarcastically said "no we will not give your room away ma'am". We stayed here while attending a convention and were fully satisfied with the location, service level and price. Several good restaurants were within walking distance, access to the shuttle service was a great amenity and the on-site staff was very helpful. Not sure if we are ever headed that way again, but if we do we would stay there again.

The stay was good. close to cowboy stadium and thats where we were going. Patrick i think was his name was very helpful and nice. )Only complaint they put us in a handicap room

We kept the a/c at 56 degrees...it still felt like energy saving 78 degrees.. The breakfast at Conrads was ok..and then at $14.98 , well that sucked... We'll stick to Shulas 347 at the downtown Sheraton in Fort Worth..$9.99 for adults...and it was Primooooo...

"Nice"
The hotel and the room were nice. We stayed on the 11th and 12th floor and the air conditioners worked fine. The water pressure was very low and it took a long time to get either really warm or cold water. The pool size was great but the temperature was a little chilly. Overall we had a good stay.

I was dissapointed that I could not get my King size bed. The reason given was that my booking was with a third party and could not be guaranteed. The maintenance of the room fixtures was poor. I specifically refering to squeaking doors.

"Enoyed it, but top floors are too hot"
We had a great time, the pool is really nice with an air conditioned indoor area. Only complaint is that we stayed on the 14th floor and in 103 degree heat it just wouldn't get cool enough during the day even though the A/C was running the whole time. Will stay on a lower floor next time. Overall though, it's a great hotel.

"Nonsmoking means nothing"
Nice hotel if you're not allergic to smoke. I requested nonsmoking. I was on a smoking floor. When I complained, I was told they had no nonsmoking rooms available but they'd use an ionizer to clean the air. Nevermind that the ac recirculates air so I cooled my heels in the bar for 30 min while the room was treated. I enjoyed my stay. The staff was nice and helpful but the Internet billing was messed up. I was billed for using wireless Internet for 5 days and only stayed 3 days so only used it for 3 days. The staff is checking into it. Hopefully it will be resolved. I was surprised there was an additional charge since there isn't at the majority of hotels I frequent. "Our worst experience at this hotel ever..."
Our family has stayed at this hotel repeatedly over the years; but, are unlikely to again. Upon check-in we were NOT given the room, a Junior King Suite, we paid for and were told we were not guaranteed this room since we booked through hotels.com. Our bathroom vent was broken, the AC vent in the room was filled with dust. There was vomit in two of […] the lobby bathroom sinks on Saturday night (note the hotel has quite a hopping bar scene at night). Also, we were attempting to take the free trolley back from the Ranger's baseball game Friday night and when we called the hotel to inquire as to which trolley line to take, a female staff member kept hanging up on us. The only way we found out how to get back to the hotel was a male staff member answered, thankfully! All that being said, the food from room service is fantastic as was our server! And large portion sizes, too. The toiletries are excellent, the bed and even the fold-out couch were comfortable. Pillows were great. We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton... We actually wanted a mini and cheep vacation because I am prgegnant and we can't go far, and we are on a tight budget. So we figured we would take the kiddos out of the house and get a hotel close to home. It was perfect! We really felt like we were on a planned expensive vacation. The Hilton did not have our rooms ready until very late in the evening. They didn't have the type of rooms we paid for. They seemed to have over booked the rooms and were sending people to other hotels.

I recently made reservations at the Hilton Arlington hotel for my family and some of our friends. I paid for two rooms with two double beds in each. While making the reservations, I requested refrigerators in each room and asked about early check-in. I was told it would be no problem to check in early as long as the rooms were clean, otherwise, we could […] check-in at 3:00 pm. My family and I arrived at the hotel at about 2:30 and were given keys to our rooms with no problem but the lady behind the desk informed me that the other room wasn't ready so they wouldn't be able to check in for "at least an hour." I told her about being told that check-in was at 3 and her response was that they "were fully booked last night and the rooms had not been cleaned yet." She called house-keeping and asked that they clean it sooner. Initially our rooms were to be side by side as requested. Our friends arrived and brought all their things to our room. Both of our families had tickets to the Rangers game so we decided to take the kids swimming before getting ready for the game. At the pool, there were no towels to be found the entire time we were in the pool. We requested them at the front desk and checked the status of the second room about 2 1/2 hours later. We were told the room was still not clean but they would bring us some towels because they didn't have any either! No one ever re-stocked the towel rack or brought more to the pool area. My friends requested a different room and the front desk made the change. We had to walk through the lobby and back to our rooms ( all 8 of us) dripping wet. We got to the room and ordered room service as we were getting ready for the game. We were told that the food would be delivered in 40 minutes. We waited over an hour and finally called back and were told that " they couldn't remember which room the food was to be delivered to" so we cancelled the order because by this time, we had to leave. The staff was very helpful and nice. The room was very well kept and we loved the pool area. We asked staff about things to do in the area and they were very helpful in directing us to nearby attractions.

The pool was heated. It was manily adults and the environment was very nice. They even have a lounge after hours.

We booked a non smoking king room months in advance only to be told on arrival that either a smoking room or a double non smoking where available. We were told by the receiption staff member that you could hardly smell the smoke in the room. This was NOT the case, so we were moved to the smaller non smoking room.
