My bussiness trip to spore fail due to hotel.com and hotel parade 1st class sevice and always feel being treated like a VIP.

The Hotel is located in close proximity to the restaurants and nightlife. very convenient. Other Singapore attractions are just a short taxi ride away. the Hotel is very accomodating for any and all requests. I will definatley stay again and will recommend this to anyone traveling to Singapore.

The hotel is in a perfect location. It has nice rooms although the room that I was in, the air conditioning was not working properly. The pillows also need changing. Otherwise the hotel was great.

Checked in for a 2N stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a family suite which was plenty spacious for only two people and could have easily accommodated four. The hotel was in a very good location. However its was old, needs to be upgraded and the breakfast was very poor, no seats available on first visit then everything was cold. The staff where not interested in you at all.

The best value I could find on Orchard road. The executive floor was a good alternative to the much higher priced regular hotel rooms on Orchard road

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights during a conference. Unfortunately, my room backed onto the Hard Rock cafe nightclub, which operated until nearly 5am each weeknight. I also received a wake up phone call one night at 3.15am, which was meant for a different room. This did not make for a restful stay at all. Nice hotel located in downtown close to shopping centers in Orchard Road. For business the location is suitable for meetings as well as meeting point for customers.

Overall - very satisfactory. Except for the failure of my pre-arranged 'wake-up call' . Fortunately, my international flight was at 10AM - otherwise I would have missed my flight. This is the first time that this has happened at any Singaporean hotel that I stayed in - and clearly would influence my choice of hotel next time.

It was fine except that my room smelt so strongly of cigarette smoke that I couldn't sleep. Also the pillows were very hard and large.

Very comfortable double balcony business suite on top floor, corner room with lots of space. Breakfast well set out with a good selection. Swimming at sunset. towels provided at the poolside. Staff provide a great service. A very nice comfortable hotel with no disturbance and fast check out.

The service was great and rooms fantastic. We did not like that there was 2 singles joined together instead of a single king size matress. However saying this the hotel was accomadating by finding us a room to check in 6 hours early (with accetable fees).

It was my first stay at this hotel but definitely not the last one. Heard some bad stories about the ppl from the neighberhoud but cannot confirm. I got a really nice room, big, clean at the far end.... but quiet what i highly appreciate. A special is the steak restaurant downstairs... A must try.

Excelent location as it is within walking distance to major shopping malls. The closest one is ION mall so that you can imagine where the hotel is located. As it is close to ION mall means that it is near the Orchard MRT station as well. You can use MRT to go to anywhere in Singapore. For the amount you pay per night in this hotel, i would have expected a little bit more service and additional entitlements. I will be looking to stay somewhere else for my next trip

A couple of complaints first up - dirty cups/no bath mat and uncleaned soap dish. But afor the next three days they were pretty good. At the top end of Orchard Road, its convenient for the big shopping strip. The hotel looks tired and needs a good renovation.

By far the best thing about this hotel for me is the location - smack bang on one end of the Orchard Road retail strip, and easy access to the MRT. Orchard Parade is located in the top end of orchard Road, perfect for a monger to the towers. Guest friendly... The beds are new, soft and heavenly. Old Interior, cheapest ok / nice hotel in the area, but it is certainly at the bottom of the category. Hotels in Singapore are way over priced, so just stay anywhere and take a taxi (which are ok priced still). No one place is really worth the prices.

The hotel had a lot of problems with providing consistent internet connectivity. While the staff tried hard to resolve the problem, the IT staff is outsourced, and required an on-site visit to fix the next day. Have been staying at Orchard Parade for the past few years. I like the location, and the room is pretty clean. Except they need to uprade the elevator entrance on the main floor. It's pretty beat up! I like the restaurants near-by and the starbucks downstairs is pretty nice. And best of all, the price of the room is a little cheaper.

only had a overnight stay , but thought id try this one as its very close to orchard road , and shopping in singapore . as i stuggled to get out the taxi with my bags ,, was not met by anyone to help me to reciption ,, booked in the counter staff being very helpfull , and could not fauilt them ,, but still had to struggle to my room with my bags in […] tow ,, no help there ,,, the rooms where very tidy and nice and very clean ,, ties in bathroom looked at if you where in a old italian resturant , but where ok , did not try resturants in hotel or have breckfast as had to early flight out , hotel is covenient for shopping and metro stations short walk away ,, would rate as 6 out of 10 would i go back ,,, there are others just shop about อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Some rooms are very close to the Air conditionned units located on the roof of the next building. Soundproofing is very poor and the sound so strong that it prevents me to sleep. Not recommended to anyone who wants to sleep !
