"Marriott Residence Inn Houston TX"
asked for two queen beds, got one double and one fold out couch. Bed so hard, we couldn't sleep. Booked two nights. Decided to leave after one night. Was raining, the exterior overhead walkways leaked so that drips fell on walkers below continuously. Did not enjoy the stay.
"Great place for stay"
we stayed in this hotel for three days. it was a great experience. Esp we like the location, room design and breakfast. Moreover, free parking and free internet. would stay there again
"Very old hotel, dirty towels"
I like Residence Inn in general, but not this one. When I checked in, I found that I need to pull my luggage through a muddy path to my room. Once I got to the room, I found one of the towels is really dirty with black marks on it. The room looks very old. When I was ready to go to the bed, I found I cannot close the curtain completely. People can see […] both beds from outside. I will not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. "Laundry and Staff"
The laundry facilities are truly terrible. Out of date washers and dryers that ate your money and didn't work. The cleaning staff was very friendly. The front desk staff NOT friendly at all.
"Nice extended stay hotel but loud air/heating"
Everything great ! - EXCEPT the air conditioning condensors are right outside the windows on all 1st floor units and they are LOUD. Get a second floor room!
Great location. Room is very spacious and functional. The housing keeping service is great, I mean, the best of all the same level hotels I have ever been.
"Very good choice for anyone"
Great location for Reliant Center and othr shops. Clean, comfortable, QUIET, roomy, good value. I felt safe and the breakfast was grand.

"Reliant Park-Residence inn by Marriot"
from the moment i drove off the property and until i checked out the service was great. The employees were some of the most helpful and they made me feel at home there. i did have a very brief problem cutting on the shower (you have to pull down on the water faucet). this could have been solved more quickly if i had called the front desk but i am a […] man). i have nothing but high praise for my stay and it definitely wasn't expensive for the quality of the room and the service i received. อ่านเพิ่มเติม
