"conveniently located in the city"
The greatest problem I had was parking. Not enough hotel parking-was filled. The private lot next door was indicated "full" but had space available. They finally let me park there. The hotel was packed-good for them.
"Close to Great American Ballpark"
First night stay of a week's vacation to the Smokies area. A perfect start to the week. Easy access and proximity to Reds balllpark. Very helpful staff made all my nerves calm. Great morning breakfast in the cafe. Would definately do it all again. Reds need to beat Houston next time!
There was prom going on in the city that night and there were kids with rooms on the floor that were having a party in the hallway, several calls were made to front desk to make them aware. Wasn't until 3am that things quieted down. There was an old french fry under the desk that was not from our visit.
We were moved from 2 full sized beds to one King (we reserved one King) bed after we went into the first room. Later that night (aproximately 11 or so), we were moved for other factors associated with the cleanliness of the room. Once moved to our final room, all was fine and we had a great weekend.

Overall it was great, didnt like the leaking iron.

It looked as though the everything was updated fairly recently which was very nice. The bed was extremely comfortable, but the doors seem to be very thin because we could hear everything that was going on outside of the room. We pulled up to unload our baggage at the front, and were planning to self park. We were told by the valet that it was only $3 […] a night to valet and $15 to self park in the adjoining lot, therefore we chose to valet. "Rude Cleaning Staff"
I checked in and there was fried chicken skins on the floor of my room. I told the woman at the front desk. She sent up a cleaning lady, who said there was nothing on the floor. I asked the cleaning lady in the room next to mine, but she said the other woman cleaned. I asked her to check, she saw it, apologized and cleaned it.

The Millenium Hotel Cincinnati overall, was a nice hotel. This hotel is touted as one in a large worldwide chain of fine luxury hotels. The service was good, the employees were nice to deal with. The rooms and facilities were not as nice as you would think. There were stains on the ceiling in the bathroom, hair in the bath tub, and the carpet was stained. […] The hallways and rooms both looked like they were relics of yesteryear and in dire need of remodeling. "Great Value"
So it's not the 4 Seasons, but I don't have 4 Seasons $$. The location is perfect, the hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and more than adequate, the bed was comfortable too. For the price, this hotel is a great value (it was more than $100 cheaper than the next hotel a block away).

Got a business room, one king size bed, very comfortable bed....romantic getaway...very, very, very squeaky bed ;)
The hotel is beginning to show some age - carpet and decor but overall clean & nice. The Bistro on Elm in the hotel had a very nice breakfast

"Repeat...."
I usually book a room at this location when we are in town for Bengals or Reds games. Nice clean rooms. Great Staff and affordable for a downtown hotel. Never had a bad experience.

"worth the price, just dont expect the ritz"
The tub was clogged and the room service was pricey, the tub stopper was broken off. The place was def in used condition. But for the price it was a super awesome location. The staff was very assertive and nice. Like I said, not the ritz, but worth the money.
"Millennium Hotel-Cincinnati"
The hotel restruant was not very hospitable. We waited for 10 minutes and no one approached us to see if we wanted a drink. we finally left. Also the maintainance people were very good and efficient. they checked the heater in our room and declared it broken and helped us move to another room. The valet was a little slow otherwise was o.k.

"Dusty, dirty, loud"
Common areas had thick dust on tables and vents. Our first room had not been swept there were chips on carpet and hair on bathroom floor. When I asked the maid if we could have someone sweep she said its not my room you need to call housekeeping. The second room was better but the tv sucked. However, wee could hear the bar on the corner, fights and […] there was a shooting. Breakfast was a joke for 10 dollars you can have non ripe fruit, cold cereals, and bad looking pastry. Nice enough, but it could have been any hotel in any city USA. Nothing to WOW the guest, nothing to show "we do things better just because". But overall, It is a nice hotel.

The only thing that sucks is you have to pay to park, 20 dollars at valet or down the street in a parking garage 10 dollars a day
"Needs updating"
Needs renovation, lobby is fine, rooms are run down beds are not real comforatable, better options in the area.

We specifically asked for a nin smoking room and was given clearly a room that housed smokers on a regular basis. All night we sneezed and our noses were stuffed. It was supposed to be a spontanious getaway, but when we got away we had to make a b-line to Walgreens for allergy relief! I WOULD NOT RECOMEND AT ALL!!!!! "It was just ok..."
I wasn't blown away by staying in this hotel. The room seemed a little small, and I was constantly awoken by loud noises either from the hallway or the room next to ours. The walls were quite thin, which was distracting especially when I was trying to sleep. The bathroom seemed like it could use some TLC and I had a little brown water come out of the […] faucet when I first turned it on. "The Millenium Hotel in cincinnati"
The Millenium Hotel in Cincinnati was very conveniently located to the Duke Energy Center, which was what we needed. The staff was also very helpful and nice. The bed in our room was extremely uncomfortable and hard. The walls were not well insulated because we could hear our neighbors TV. The walls had stains and scuff marks all over them.
Just watch out on the room service charges - there are several different prices circulating the hotel.

I completely enjoyed my stay at the Millenium. It was clean, friendly, and checking in and out was fast and accurate.

"Hotel needs to be renewed"
The hotel lobby was fine, but the room i stayed in was dingey and showed how long it's been since it was renewed. Some of the furniture was faded due to the sun coming in the window and the stainless steel trashcan in the bathroom had rust on it. "Millennium Hotel Cincinnati - not one of the best"
Stayed there for New Year's weekend. Checked in on Friday evening - hotel was deserted, unlike other downtown hotels which were busy. On New Year's eve, a crowd of late teens and 20 somethings checked in complete with their coolers, beer, noise, etc. . Service was practically nonexistent: no concierge on duty; desk personnel could not suggest restaurants […] and knew nothing about whether reservations would be needed, did not know anything about New Year's eve activity at Fountain Square. Hall rugs were stained and bunched up, same in room, only two towels in bathroom. No free WiFi in rooms. Would not stay here again: appears to be a convention hotel. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

"Millenium Cinci - Comfy, but needs upgrades"
Our room needed upgrades, i.e., new television, phone, fixtures. We had to cover the phone with clothing to dim a very bright light so we could sleep. The room was fairly clean, however there was a dirty washcloth left in the bathroom hanging on the curtain rod - gross! Bed was very comfortable. One day of our stay, the hotel had mandatory fire alarm […] testing, which caused an abundance of very loud alarms going off and more than the necessary amount of "this is only a drill" public announcements. "Hotel Millenium - Brad the door man was awesome"
If it wasn't for the door man, Brad, this stay would have been disaster after disaster. Room okay, area of hotel great, staff horrible, cut my finger on a broken faucet, no one did what they said. Hotel management did nothing to help or what they said. Some of the staff looked and smelled like homeless people.
