Would not stay here again.

Terrible hotel, we booked two non-smoking rooms but they had overbooked the non-smoking rooms so we had to have one smoking room. For non-smokers that is not acceptable and my in-laws who graciously took that room had a terrible nights sleep. Ironically the smoking room was the cleaner (if you can call it clean) of the rooms. We had our 15 month old […] son with us in the non-smoking room and wanted to give him a bath but the bath tub was absolutely filthy, I wouldnt wash my dog in it, let alone my baby! The fridge had been scribbled over with a felt tip pen and the carpet was so stained and dirty that we wouldnt dare walk bare foot on it. Our poor son wasnt allowed out of his crib to crawl around because it was a health hazard. The rooms felt dingy and seedy, not what I would expect from a National Chain like La Quinta. There were drunks in the parking lot, tailgating outside our room till early in the morning and smoke drifted up under our door, which was so poorly fitted my son could stick his hand right underneath it! It was not bad but it wasnt good. Even though the internet seemed really steady the room had no microwave/refrigerator and the shower was horrible. Apparently they had rooms with micro/refrig but they were on reserve and the front desk didn't even attempt to switch me. Breakfast was ok though if you show up at 9:02a you will find the doors locked (they […] were kind enough to open them for me once I went to the front desk). Overall... it was the cheapest in the area so I guess you get what you pay for. walls are extremely thin.Neighbors in room next door checked in at 11:30 pm and allowed their kids to run up and down the breeseway until 12:30 am until had to call front desk. Bathtub felt slimy.Stay here as a last resort.

I have only one suggestion. They had the microwave and refrigrator in one socked which also was to plug in hair dryer. Had to unplug both mircowave & refrigrator to plug in hair dryer. Need seperated plug for hair dryer. Did not report but we had dirty towel hanging on back of door.

Good clean room. The hotel seems aged But was clean and the staff friendly. Perfect place if you're traveling with pets since there's an empty field by the hotel.

The staff was friendly enough, but seemed more like high school students, with not a lot of knowledge. Wifi in the rooms was awful, worked maybe 10% of the time, and when I called the desk, girl didn't really seem to care. The adjoining room had an unattended barking dog, the front desk could not locate the owners. We were offered another room (up stairs) but did not want to pack up and move. that bathtub was so covered with soap scum that i didn't take a bath. i used to clean apartments so i know that there are chemicals that will clean that. other than that it was cleansed. i stayed a week in a la quinta in hillsboro and it was great.

Thank you for a pleasant stay. All was clean and comfy at a reasonable rate. We will stay there again sometime.

Good value and good location, right on the main loop so its within minutes of any place

In town for a short time, but the room was very nice to come "home" to. Large room and vanity area. We'd stay there again and definitely recommend it to others.

Booked 2 rooms, both were dirty, bath tubs were so nasty & stained, wore shoes in the shower, & would never sit down to take a bath, YUK, GROSS. 1 room had dirty towels in floor, trash can was full, dead bugs on bathroom floor. Hotel was okay & good location! Looked like new carpet, good mattresses, but bottom of tub looked brown (think someone had pulled up a tub pad and not cleaned it good, or it just wouldn't clean well? Overall, was a good experience and I would stay there again.

The staff was very helpful to explain that the TV cable services were not working the night I stayed @ La Quinta. The only recommendation is La Quinta needs an upgrade in the key entry system.

I traveled to San Angelo for business and this was the only hotel with openings in the area I needed. The hotel itself is old and it shows in the condition of the facilitied. The showers are disgusting because the drains are so clogged from lime and age that the tub fills up as you shower. This leaves the floors nasty. The staff was excellent and we more than willing to do what they were able to within the limitations of the hotels age. My theory is that with their close proximity to the base, and all the service members that go there for training, they have a captive clientell. This Hotel was just that... just Ok! With just a little effort it could have been good.. but it needed sweeping and the pool was foggy.

Comfortable room for one night stay while on business trip to San Angelo. Good breakfast in morning.. Everything in the room worked....i.e coffee maker and hair dryer.

The room was clean, but there was some sort of slime (probably from a kids toy) dripping from the ceiling in one spot. It was very obvious when you walked in, so I wonder how the maids missed it. The cable tv worked, but the picture was fuzzy, so we didn't really watch it. The free internet was a reasonable speed for a hotel. A comfortable, affordable hotel which meets my needs.

Nice hotel, clean good price. The free breakfast in the confrence center was very nice. We will stay again when visiting family.

This is an older LQ that has been updated somewhat, but is showing its age. Room was satisfactory for one night and breakfast was good for most travelers. All rooms are entered from exterior which I did not catch when booking. I prefer interior entry. Ok for the money.

we traveled 300 miles to visit daughter and family. room at the hotel was very nice. the staff was extremely friendly. all services at hotel were above expectations. on our next visit, we will return to la-quinta...

room very nice and air conditioner was going full blast when i went inside, i went to a baseball game and it was very assesaible to the ballpark, staff was very friendly and helpful

Easy 3 min check-in and clean, quiet rooms. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel was a very good deal at the internet rate I was able to obtain. However it was not quite up to the LaQuinta standard I have encountered in past stays with the chain. This was definately an older physical site than most and was in need of some maintenance/upgrades. The bed was comfortable and all the amenities were avaiable. The bathroom need […] some rehab and wear and tear was clearly visible on most of the furniture and the amenities such as coffepot, iron, etc. The exterior and lobby were good and the continental breakfast adequate. I would stay here again only if able to get the same rate or a reduction. This was a decent place for a "sleep and shower" but even at the price I would hesitate to stay more than 1-2 nights. The hotel stay was nice. Everything okay until I realized hotel had charged charges I had already to hotels .com. This is the second time this has happened.First time was in Corsicana,Tx.

Our room didn't have a good signal on wifi and the staff changed us rooms without hesitation. Another good thing about this hotel was the breakfast the waffles were delicious!
