It was nice

I was able to make the reservation only a couple of days before my last minute trip. The hotel was able to accommodate my preference for a non smoking room. The room was clean but the wall paper could be touched up in the bathroom. I would stay again.

desk person wants your credit card if you paid through another website for "incidentals". Did not allow him to take my information, he argued with me for 20 minutes, I was very tired and my son played three baseball games that day - it was very late. We booked for 2 nights, but only stayed for one, due to our displeasure with the condition of the room....we booked a smoking room...the room smelled like mold, the ceiling had patchwork that looked to be done by amatures.....the bed comforters were littered with burn marks....the headboard on one bed had some strange staining spray on it....all 4 of […] us woke the next morning terribly itchy.....the complementary breakfast was very lacking....the servers were almost empty and the food was hard, and bagels stale.....we complained to the front desk...only to be told, the burn marks on the comforters were ok since it is a smoking room...and they could not refund our 2nd night because we booked with Hotels.com and the hotel had not been paid by Hotels.com yet, so they could not do a refund ...AND 2 emails I have written to Hotels.com have gone unanswered.....So I would NOT recommend this hotel, and Hotels.com has dropped the ball in helping us solve this unhappy issue. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

I have stayed at this Hotel before and found it to be very satisfactory for all my needs. Clean, comfortable and convenient.

Had a great time.

You get more than you pay for here... At this price I was pleasantly surprised at the large flatscreen TV, free breakfast with waffles/eggs/sausage that kids loved, and courteous staff.

Far from train, but conveniently closet where I needed to go. Lots of restaraunts walking distance. Staff were polite & friendly.

Had a nice stay. Room kind of smelled like mildew but was clean. Very comfortable bed. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel conveniently located off the LIE Pleasantly surprised how new the facility was. Many breakfast choices in a lovely dining area.

I checked into my room at 3pm, No water at all. At 5pm there was cold. Hot water was not available until 10pm.

Had a very comfortable stay. wouldstay again

I was very confortable staying in the hotel. This is my Second stay with Confort Inn.

I was at this hotel for 4 nights and it was great. The only problem I had was that the wireless wouldn't allow me to send my emails out. So wasn't sure why. But other than that, I was happen with everything else!!

When we woke up the first morning we discovered we had bedbugs in the bed! As a result, the management agreed to cancel our 2cd night and give us a full refund for the night we were there.

We were attending an event in the area and needed a place to stay that wouldn't break the bank. We were pleasantly surprised. Breakfast was much better than expected. We just figured that they would just have coffee and muffins but they had hot and cold cereal, muffins, bagels, scones, coffee, tea, waffles, sausage, eggs and the list goes on. The hotel was conveniently located to the LIE. The room was musty and paint was peeling by the bathroom. When the air conditioner was turned on it smelled from mildew

decent free breakfast, sun coming in breakfast area was like real hot, i would tint the windows because at 8-10 am it was like an oven. the ac in our room blew real low, room smelled of mildew. was a nice sleeper hotel , was full and was quiet. not bad as a stopover just dont call home

MY STAY AT COMFORT INN WAS VERY NICE STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL, ROOM WAS ALWAYS CLEAN AND THE WATER WAS HOT. I WOULD RATE THE COMFORT INN 10+

Not the fanciest but room was large and comfortable and the price was at least half for other hotels in the area. Would stay there again without hesitation

Nice hotel, fairly new I think. The breakfast could have been better. The first day we were down by 8:00am and there was no fruit and no waffles or french toast. They could have had yogurt as well as more fruit the second day. Service was great room was large and airy would stay there again

the location was not good. in order to get on the other side of the street ,you had to go about 2blocks then turn around and go to the stores there. for what we spent, it was exactly right. clean, free continental breakfast (think bagels and instant oatmeal), free internet. not a hotel to treat yourself to, but perfect if you're just passing through.

This was a convient hotel.

I thought the internet was not that great in the room and the exercise room was way to cold and the machines were not working correctly

This room was incredibly comfortable with a nice continental breakfast included. Tea and coffee were always available. The staff were very friendly. The lack of seats in the lobby was made up for in the amount of small table and chairs in the breakfast area.

the hotel was nice and clean the only thing was the front desk lady was not friendly at all not very people person other than that it was nice

We were happy with the room, it met our needs for the night. The room was clean, and the bed was surprisingly comfy (for this level of a hotel). My criticism of the room is that it was remodeled, but the craftsmanship of the work wasn't the greatest (when you opened a cabinet, you'd see a hole in the wall behind it, or the carpet in the corner didn't […] fit as snuggly as it could). Decent Comfort Inn. All was as to be expected with the room, broadband speed, etc. Breakfast has been more substantial at other Comfort Inns, but that was OK for me since breakfast is no big deal to me. Good coffee, bagels, muffins and cereals -- just no hot bacon & eggs.

This hotel was one of the last ones available in the area for a function I was attending. It is right off the exit ramp which made it easy to get to. The hotel was clean and had no issues with my room. I checked out early and cancelled my second night stay and was refunded without any problem.

Everything was fine. The gentleman at the reception counter was pleasant and got us into our room immediately, even though we arrived around 10:45PM that night. Room was comfortable, clean, and spacious enough. Seemed like a newer hotel. Breakfast was adequate and well stocked. Good experience, would stay again.

No Problems what so ever.
