The hotel is good located and close to the city. Unfortunately the hotel does not match the standard of 5 stars. The room is spacious and clean and the... view to the city side is great. But the doors are little bit old and the first impression is not a good one. The staff at the reception is not so good, even if they still friendly they are not able to give you a good information. You have to ask by yourself for every small information like do you have city map and where to find sth. The information regarding parking was really poor, you have to pay 35 Dollars per Day. And Nobody from the staff inform us that konfrontiert of the Hotel the public parking over Night from 6 pm to 8 am is for free. The prices for food and drinks are higher than the restaurants closer to the hotel. The spa was not 5 stars standards. The information was poor and nobody is carrying about you.
