The staff was very friendly and personable ! It made for such a pleasant stay.Their early morning complimentary breakfast was not your usual toast and coffee. They had everything from eggs, to make your on waffles, etc. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that needs a convenient place to stay whether it's for business, or to be near Knott's Berry […] Farm, or Disneyland. It's easy access on and off the freeway, and in a safe neighborhood. It was the pleasantness and helpfulness of the staff that draws you in !! You don't fnd that kind of warm service anymore. Our room was ok for the price we paid, location was amazing, but it definitely could have been better. I didn't realize that when I booked the room, I booked a room with double beds. Not necessarily very comfortable when you have to share a bed with another person. The hotel, room, and especially staff were great BUT our toilet clogged both nights we stayed there! Fortunately we were out and about during the day so we didn't have to use it much BUT it was a horrible inconvenience to have to experience it. We had two rooms during our stay. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Located in a nice neighborhood and a safe place to stay. Conveniently located to Knotts Berry Farm Amusement Park. Will stay again.

Close to plenty of restaurants, gas and other amenities. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate and staff was very nice. Would definitely return.

I thought this was a great hotel for the price range. It was only 3 minutes from the vendor I was visiting. the reason I didn't give it all 5s was because they were doing an upgrade at the time and there were warnings posted about the noise level. The hotel was very conveniently located and the staff was great and the complimentary breakfast very good. However, the pool and the hot tub were dirty and really needed attention.

Rooms clean and staff very courteous. Will stay here again if I am in the vicinity. It would have been good if the breakfast time was extended by at least half an hour during weekdays. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

over all it's nice clean and quiet hotel with many delicious resteruants surrounded within 5 minutes by walk. My room is 228 ,unfortunately the Air conditioner can't be switched off and the noise bothered me all night.

Comfortable. It was clean but the remodel job was just a quick coverup. So that dates it a bit. Met the needs breakfast was the typical continental with waffles.

Check in was quick and easy. We were close to Knotts Berry Farm. Perfect for a family with kids. Breakfast was good for the morning start. The room was comfortable & spacious.We stayed one night but did not have any problems. I would choose this hotel again.

My room was dirty (bathtub/shower, dirt build up in the corners around the room and bathroom. Constantly barking dog from across the hall. Wouldn't go there again.

This hotel is old and in need of a makeover. It allows dogs which is fine but the smell is overwhelming. The bathroom is not very private.

We have stayed at this hotel many times in the past 2 years. We are still very impressed with La Quinta in La Palma. Even though there were many guests staying (1/2-1/4), we didn't quite hear much noise at all. We were given a room on the 3rd floor away from the elevator/vending machines as we requested. Check in was efficient. Room was comfortable. […] The bathroom was a bit cramped but ok since we didn't plan to stay in there all day. Room was clean. Complimentary breakfast was much appreciated and enough for us. We noticed that you have extended the breakfast seating area to part of the lobby. What a nice thought since I know your hotel does welcome large groups of tour guests. Overall we are, once again, very happy with our stay. Please keep up the good work. For the cheap price it wasn't bad at all. You have surrounding restaurants around you and Knotts Berry Farm is not to far. I would use this Hotel again.

Room smelled bad. There were no extra blankets and several burned out light bulbs. there was no plug for the bath tub.

Except for the following, it was fine. We couldn't get the Air Conditioning to stop. It was on Auto and no matter what temp we set it at, the A/C ran, and loudly. I talked to the desk about it and there solution was to put it on Manual which was fine. When I went to bed and prepared to read, the light by my bed didn't work. That had to be fixed. think who ever made our bed of a day needed to learn how to make a bed...looked like they just straightened the top cover and left the underneith wrinklely had to remake everyday...also there were 4 adults in the room and only left 1 or 2 wash cloths...

Very clean. Friendly workers. When we arrived our beds seemed a little small for 3 adults but staff upgraded us to a room with a king bed and a foldout couch with no problem.

This hotel was great. I did not have any issues. if you use the do not disturb sign, housekeeping will not go back to clean the room, so I recommend contacting the front desk to remind them to clean the room. They are pretty good at communicating with their housekeeping. Aside from that, I was satisfied with the hotel. I would return.

Overall I give this hotel 5 stars. When we checked in the staff member was pleasant. When we got to the room it was very clean, the queen beds were made perfectly and they were very comfortable. The room also came with a flat screen tv that my 8 year old quickly found cartoons on. The bathroom and shower were clean and the shower head shot out a nice […] stream of water (some hotels have soft water shower heads and feels like the soap isn't washing off.) Overnight there were no outside distractions from the passing cars or surrounding businesses, so we got a sound sleep. The next day there was a continental breakfast served with a variety of cold and warm food that was delicious (all muffins/breads were moist and all the food and juice tasted fresh). We lastly enjoyed that check out was at noon so after breakfast we all got a cat nap then had plenty of time for 3 people (husband, daughter and myself) to take showers and get ready for our day. One other note, this hotel is wonderfully located near a local highway for convenience and also the mall is just 5 minutes away near local fast food joints in a "nice area" อ่านเพิ่มเติม

standards lowered .... 4th floor was made smoking and foreigners stay and smoke in their rooms not on the 4th floor. Wake up everymorning breathing second hand smoke! This IS SUPPOSED TO BE A SMOKE FREE HOTEL.... so bring your gas masks or find another hotel!
