La Quinta Inn Springfield East - สปริงฟิลด์

stay was good. folks outside the outside door smoking and drinking were a little weird but over all good stay.

pool was great-very clean room-staff very accomodating-great breakfast

First room had a bathroom that had not been cleaned. Second room was in marginal condition. Wouldn't expect to see tube TVs in a room at that price level. Waffle maker was broken with a little note in the morning at breakfast. Could have at least removed from counter. Just not what was expected from a La Quinta.

It was fine. You might what to keep a wheel chair available.

Spent two nights at this location Easter weekend. Room was very nice, clean, and updated. Also very quiet. Lots of good resturants within a one-mile radius. Located right off the interstate so very convenient.

This hotel was very affordable for all the services that it provided. The workout room was pleasant, the breakfast (hot) was good also. They were friendly. The only complaint I had was that the pool was being serviced during a Holiday weekend. It was disappointing that we didn't know about it ahead of time because we were looking forward to getting […] in a swim with the family. Great hotel. I was in town on business and I will not hesitate to book a room here again.

This hotel was very clean. I was very impressed. I would stay here again!!!

Excellent. We had stayed in a La Quinta the night before in Alburquerque, and we're very unhappy. We were concerned about the night in Springfield and were happily surprised at how good it was. Best thing about La Quinta is that pets are welcome. We travel with our dog and La Quinta is the best discovery! Thank you

We especially enjoyed the pool at this location. The water was a great temperature and it was very clean. The pool was also open early in the morning which was very convenient for our use. Our only complaint was the size of the two beds in our room. They were like two single beds - my husband and I each took one! :(

Checked into a room that was clearly not clean, bed unmade and dirty towels on bathroom floor. Of course they gave us a different room, but very inconvienced.

I stayed for an overnight stay, hotel service and staff was good, though I dont have great breakfast experience since the food was in low quality and quantity.

The hotel was everything I expected. Clean and comfortable for the price. The only issue I had was in morning when I went to take a shower there was no curtain. That left the bathroom fairly wet but i tried to make it quick as I needed to get on the road early.

I was given a double twin room right next to the supply closet on the first floor. In the wee hours before dawn, I was woken up by the housekeeping crew banging around in the closet. This kept up for a few hours, leaving me tired and restless in the morning. Previously, I had a single king - much better choice.

Everyone was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely stay at this location again.

This was our first stay at a La Quinta, we had a beautiful experience, The price and the comfort of the motel exceeded our expectations. My husband was frustrated because I didn't book our usual hotel but as soon as we checked in his mood changed. The Hot tub and swimming pool were fantastic for our 3 year old and made our stay as a family wonderful! […] we booked a king size bed and had a rollaway brought in for our son. My stay was relaxing and comfortable. Staff was helpful and courteous. Would stay there again.

I stayed one night in this motel and wouldn't recommend anyone else to after my experience, Overall the hotel was atractive and my room was clean; however, the positive things about this hotel were completely covered up by the rude front desk help. Upon checking into my room, the lady at the front desk was very short and did not offer as much as a smile. […] The next morning, I attempted to print off a boarding pass; however, the printer was out of ink. I informed the same rude lady at the frot desk that the printer was out of ink. She told me she knew and "it won't have ink until later on tonight." She told me this in a very short tone and did not offer further assistance to accomodate me- a paying gues. Hotel was notified to put clean sheets on one of the beds.... they changed both beds. After that the stay was nice, nice staff, pool and hot tub. Breakfast was very nice.

We enjoyed our stay, our room was clean and comfortable, the staff was very helpful and the breakfast was plentiful!!

The service in the hotel was great. The location was excellent. The room did not have enough towels for two people stay. It was necessary for me to request towels. We were given only three towels for the two of us for the night. After swimming and needing showers in the morning it was definitely not going be enough. decent motel. Nothing fancy. I think they have rooms designated for internet deal shoppers and we had one of them.

We are on the road 40 weeks a year and by far, this was the worst hotel in terms of customer service. If you don't particularly care about service and rude staff, then it's an OK place to stay. Do not agree to stay in any of the *16 rooms. They are right by the elevator shaft and the headboard is on that same side. Poor design that will cost you a sleepless […] night. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

I'm sorry to say that I was not satisfied with this hotel. Not only were there stains on my comforter but there was a huge bug in my bath tub that resembled some sort of roach or giant silverfish. The lady checking us in was very pleasant though and the morning complimentary breakfast was well put together.

Good location if you are traveling thru Springfield! Hotel cleanliness is OK! Air conditioning was so rattling that we decided to turn it off!! Maintenance need to be more efficient!

Hotel staff was great! The hot tub was the best I've been in in a long time! The only drawback was that the air conditioner sounded like a jet plane every time it kicked on.

I've had some experience with chain hotels/motels vs independants. Chains, such as "La Quinta" are superior in MOST catagories. The independants may be less costly...but you get what you pay for.

Young lady at front desk as I approached she asked, "How may I help you." I told her I had a reservation. She then turned to a guy standing there and said in a sarcastic tone, "See what I mean?" Had no problems staying at this hotel. It is an older building but has been kept up. Didn't notice any significant noise problems. There are a number of other hotels in the immediate area that might provide a 'fresher' appearance, but I wouldn't hesistate to stay here again if it provided a lower price. Breakfast was decent mix of typical hot and cold […] foods. As a simple place to sleep it was fine. If an indoor pool is important to you ..... you will love this one! It is small, however, it is heated! It was the warmest indoor pool of anywhere I've previously stayed. The hot tub was very nice too. The entire stay was great except for the beds. They weren't bad, however, they weren't great.

The rooms were fine at this hotel, but the lobby and breakfast areas were substandard. Only one person was on duty at any time and there was always a line of people waiting. This one person had to answer the phone, too, which was constantly ringing. The breakfast area was small and poorly designed, and right around the corner, the hallway to rooms smelled […] like vomit. The pool was tiny and always loud and noisy. The room was quiet (although right next to the noisy highway) and the bathroom was comfortable. Nice place to stay. Minor nighttime TV problems was the only issue. Close to interstate, Wal Mart & some flea markets!!

We stayed here two nights. Our bed was comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful. We had the pool and hot tub to ourselves the first morning, as all other guests had checked out. I had forgotten my phone charger, and asked at the desk if they had a lost and found with one I could borrow. Happily, they did, so I was not "out of touch" for several days. There was a spot in the hotel room that when you passed over it or stood in it you got vertigo. Both my son and husband experienced it as well. Weird.
