Holiday Inn Select Cherry Creek - เดนเวอร์

The hotel is nice only pitfalls are the construction to update the lobby and the small parking garage. The pool area was excellent!

We were in town for Final Four of women's bb tournament. We arrived early before our room was ready. We left our bags (4) in secure place at hotel. When we returned later we were told that there were no double double rooms available -- we could have a king bed + roll away. The clerk told us that '3rd party' room requests are not guaranteed -- even though […] we had arrived before check in & left our bags there -- we were not allowed to 'check in' as no room was available at that time -- but by leaving our bags, it was obvious we were staying. The clerk was very condescending when he made that remark and he never refused to make amends. We showed him our baggage claim tks which silenced him for a moment but then back to 'this is what we have a available, period & there's no refund'. He gave us a 'mountain view' room and a some Starbucks coupons as our consolation prize. Being 2 married females traveling without our husbands, we were not happy with sleeping arrangements & finally returned the roll away as it took up too much space. I want to say this clerk's name was 'Dan' but I'm not sure on that -- he was rather snooty to both of us. The other clerk, who helped us when we first arrived, tried to duck out by leaving the front desk area once we had returned to claim our room. The distance to the Pepsi Ctr was too far and taxi cab prices varied from $15-22 one way. Bed was not comfortable; we were able to 'upgrade' our pillows. Housekeeping was nice; lady at Starbucks counter was great. Breakfast buffet was very good and reasonable. I would not choose to stay here again. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

The hotel was in a convenient location, surrounded by things to do. Bar and restaurant were both nice...in fact, they're the nicest areas in the hotel. The rooms were substandard for a "Select" hotel, more along the line of a standard holiday inn. I expected larger, nicer rooms, and bathrooms after having great experiences at other Holiday Inn Selects. […] Front desk staff was great all around, all day, every day. No wash cloths in the room. No shower curtain in the bathroom. Carpet was filthy. Hard to get in parking garage. One of the worst places I've ever stayed at. Should have saved my money and stayed at a cheaper motel.

The young man at the front desk was very professional and was there to make us as happy and as comfortable as possible. The rooms were very clean and quiet. I love the fact that they are working to be more green with their personal soaps and towels. Great job, very comfortable, sound sleep.

Ask for room away from elevators. I was near them and guests are noisy, it was New Years. I could also hear guests in room next door, especially in the bath room. Every word!! Other than that great exercise room and nice pool.

The fact that this hotel is listed as a Cherry Creek location is misleading. I was under the impression that it was located close to the Cherry Creek Mall and it isn't. Staff was very friendly and helpful with anything that I needed.

The thermostat and, hence, climate of the room was a bit dysfunctional. Otherwise, it was a pretty good stay.

Had no problems at all. I would stay there again. Clean, friendly, reasonable price. Overall a nice hotel.

THey still have no PBS on the Television programming...I have no use for all those other junk channels. Noise during night...doors always slamming; there was some laughter (?) etc. in the hallway, or maybe they were at the door of their room. I did not get out of bed and open my door to ask them to be quiet.

nice room and good beds. Recent redo makes the older hotel pleasant. staff was nice and efficient

Room is small. Did not get a King size bed as we paid for. Parking very difficult.

This was a great hotel! The price was the best in town and the quality of the staff was amazing. I will always stay in this hotel if I ever travel to Denver again.

The front desk staff was an exceptional man! Very helpful in every way!!

Not much to say about this hotel. Just about averagae is all I can say. The front desk clerk was rude in that while she was trying to check me in, she was also trying to carry on a conversation on the phone. Neither I nor the person on the phone got her full undivided attention.

The hotel is a higher end Holiday Inn, with a restuarant and bar on premise. The rooms are clean and updated. The only downside is if you don't now where is is located, it is a little difficult to turn into off Colorado Blvd.

We have stayed there before. Once we got the room temperature set the way we wanted the room was excellent. We were able to upgrade to a handcapped room that had a grab bar in the shower and a walk in shower. Would definetly stay there again. Parking is a little tight on Saturday night but cover parking. lew

The room was nice; the bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Not really a hotel that you would want to walk from to anything but the Cherry Creek shops / mall are a short drive away. Only real negative is the parking. It is very awkward, especially if you are driving anything other than a compact car.

Right by mall. Good eating within walking distance. Nice pool and outdoor lounge with fire place. No fridge in room.

Everything about the stay was great except they gave me a room with a full size bed when I had booked a king size bed. That made the sleeping arrangements a little cramped but otherwise the hotel was very nice. Parking can be an issue and the overflow lot is the best way to find a spot quickly without trying to navigate through the parking garages.

This was more of a business traveler hotel. It was not the best hotel my family visited on our vacation, and it's doubtful we would return. The beds were not comfortable and I felt dirty in the room.

Needed a place late at night to stay. Worked out with clean comfortable room.

talk about beauty shots! this hotel is fine, but it is just a big holdiay inn. there is nothing posh or upscale about it. practical and clean enough but that is it

We hated this hotel, from the moment we walked in they were rude beyond belief!

.Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Nice indoor swimming pool and conveniently located for the Denver Zoo and Aquarium. A very nice restaurant. Staff was very accommodating for our group of 11. I will stay there again

Great location. Friendly staff...very accommodating. The parking gargage was small for full-sized SUVs. I would stay here again.

There was no jacuzzi, the restaurant was dark, old, and out of many selections. But the biggest disappointment was there were no movies, HBO etc. to order. That is simply antiquated in these days.

The hotel was alright. The check in staff at the front desk was rude not very helpful. The parking was atrocious, very hard to get in and out of and not very safe. The layout of the hotel was weird and hard to figure out without a map. The room was not cleaned every day, even when I called and asked for maid service. The standard room has to much furniture […] that makes it very crowded and not easy to get around. Hotel is quite well maintained in the room. Good size pool. Price is reasonable (without complimentry breakfast) Three comments: a. Laundry can be improved with more equipment as it take sometime to queue up (wash and dry takes us 2.5hrs and finished by 12:30pm). b. it will be good to have simply complimentry breakfast. A very pleasant, reasonably priced, well-located, well-maintained hotel with a convenient parking garage, nice amenities, a friendly staff, and very good food.
