The only thing that I didnt like was the fact that there wasnt a frig in the room that I stayed in. Other than that the hotel is nice, and very comfortable.

Loved everything about it! Location, service, the room was clean and it smelled nice! Will def come back when I'm in houston :)

Not bad at all. Pretty impressed with the security guard walking the parking lot at all times. Very nice and clean hotel. The air conditioner in my room did not blow cold air but wasn't unbearable so I didn't call to get it fixed. Only stayed one night. Overall, satisfactory.

Very confusing getting to and from hotel... got on toll road when I shouldn't have... The employees were great...and hotel very nice. The a/c didn't cool down as it should have but was okay. The buffet was somewhat pricey. I would stay again....

I stayed in the Hyatt for one night (prior to my USMLE exam) and it was fantatic. From the shuttle driver who picked me up at the airport (20 minute wait) to the receptionist to the very sweet bartender, I had a fantastic time. Very nice hotel. Two problems, heater in room did not work, a little cool. If you have an early flight at 6, shuttle doesn't start until 5 a.m.

There are a lot of stairs to go up just to get to the lobby. the pool was outdoor and the water was very cold.I did not get any robes.But the food was excellent.

Overall, very happy. pretty inside. workers were nice and helpful. never got room service. had to ASK for clean towels.

I normally enjoy my stay but this time it was horrible the tub would not drain so i had to wait 30min before the other person could shower. I was really upset.

Not only did it take us 30 minutes to check in but once we got into our room 520 the smell in the room was musty and stale. The air conditioner did not properly work and both of us were unable to sleep through the night due to being uncomfortable and hot.

Very good! Had a blow out traveling and hotel front desk did very well on make me comfortable on my unexpected overnight.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel. We did a spring break trip with our grandkids and everyone really had a good time. The staff was also very friendly.

Although the staff would never be considered overly friendly, and the bar closes without warning, overall it was a very pleasant stay. Clean rooms and great location.

Mostly everything was perfect. My only complaint is that the beds are too small. They should offer two queens instead of two doubles.

the service was the worst. No microwave was available for my time spent there. I asked for it seven times and every time they said they'd send one up until I finally went down and confronted them about it and said none was available. Why couldn't they tell me that from the start? The were very rude and in never staying there again. I was in training […] for a body building competition and I needed to be heating up my meals and they let me down. Without even saying sorry or offering for me to use the kitchen microwave. I've stayed at the Hyatt north on more RGB on occassion, and I first must say I overall pleased, however I was sent to a handicapped room which was disappointing in the fact that I couldn't hang my laundry and no available vanity. We needed a quick place for an unexpected stay. It was easy to book and the price was amazing for the quality of the hotel. It was easy to check in with the electronic checkin kiosk. We took advantage of dining at the hotel restaurant and found the prices reasonable the the food delicious. I plan to stay there again when I am in town.
