The breakfast was unsatisfactory. Eggs hadn't even been warmed through. Waffle batter was incorrectly prepared. Etc. There was no water for tea. (Although there were tea bags!) The door to the room wouldn't open until about the third try. The little green light would come on, but it wouldn't open. The outside door was never locked, although the sign […] said it would be. There were only three pieces of equipment in the fitness center, and no elliptical trainer. We had stayed at a Best Western Plus in Syracuse that was really great. Hotel was nice. Good hotel for the amount of money I paid. Not impressed at all with the FREE breakfast. Spend the extra $5-8 down the road for a decent breakfast.

It's subjective but we were not comfortable in our beds. Sore shoulders. Otherwise, good value.

The hotel was being re-furbed (which I guess is good if you go there afterwards). Staff were courteous. My room was clean, but the bathroom was sub par. no plug in the sink, and no handle on the shower faucet, and lots of water stains and cracks everywhere. The fitness facility was dated, and missing a lot of equipment - there was a huge rack for dumbells, […] but only two sets there... this may not matter to most, I appreciate. It's next to a Gulf gas station with decent/good prices and TVs at the pump. Right across the street is a restaurant called Bickfords Grille. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick. There's an exercise room that has dumbells, treadmills, and....exercise bikes(I think there were some). There's also an indoor pool. A free breakfast […] is provided from 6:30a.m. to 9:30a.m. There may be an item or two missing, but here's what was served from what I remember: Coffee, apple & orange juice Milk, 2% milk 3 kinds of cold cereal; one was froot loops Quaker instant oatmeal Waffle maker, sausage, sausage patties, cold soft/hard boiled eggs, fried eggs, potatoes/home fries Muffins, bread, bagels There's a toaster as well. Oranges, apples, bananas, Most of the same food was there every day, during my Saturday, Sunday, and Monday mornings. A large tv is in the eating area. In the lobby are two computers free to use for guests. Features: Fast internet, not CRT monitors, Windows XP, pentium 4 2.0 ghz processors w/ 1GB RAM. Bathroom around the lobby was clean and has at least some autoflush units (I didn't check all), standard sink with a handle, paper towel dispenser(not motion activated), rolls of paper towel, to exit restroom was a pull handle on the door. There are multiple security cameras on the outside and I'm guessing on every floor. 2 elevators in 1 area - not slow, 'door close' button works. There was a slight to very slight smell in the hallway and less slight to no smell in the room. I'm not sure what it is, but if i had to say what it's most similar to, I'd say it was smoke. The hallway was kind of small height-wise, but didn't have a problem passing people. Electronic key cards are used to enter the room and the door can be propped open at the top of door. It's loud when if you let go and let it shut. When booking, I chose the cheapest room for 1 adult (1 adult standard king bed). The chairs in the lobby were filthy with ground in dirt there was what appeared to be urine on the elevator floor. The beds were hard as a rock and the pillows were flimsey. The hotel was non-smoking but it smelled like smoke outside and in the hallways. The breakfast was not good and only had a few choices. The bathtub was getting rusty. Also, we left a bag of clothes there and have called 3 times to get it back. They just keep telling me that only one lady could help us and she has been in a meeting twice and went home […] early. We were on a motering holiday and stayed here to vist Boston which is only 20 mins away by car. We arrived just as Hurricane Irene hit Boston so the electricity in the hotel had gone for 12 hours. The staff were very helpful and did all they could to help people even offering to locate them to other hotels. We were given a refund for that night which […] was excellent customer service even though it was not their fault and beyond their control. The breakfast and unlimited coffee were excellent. Comfortable, clean were room and hallways. Checkin staff was very curteous and helpful. Breakfast was your typical fare, but well stocked and very clean breakfast room. Wil stay again there.

Although a little pricey (probably not by Boston standards) I was satisfied with my room. I didn't take advantage of any of the amenities because I checked in around 6:30 PM and had to drive a friend to the airport early that next morning. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room, the free internet service and even the continential breakfast […] was nice. I would recommend this room to anyone who doesn't want to pay the $200 and up for a room close to the airport and to anyone who wants to visit Salem which is about 25 minutes away. The Historic District is closer but road construction lengthened my travel time. Needed a place for the night before a red sox game. Hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was fantastic. Front desk very helpful with figuring out trains and getting into Boston. Offers free shuttle service to the train station and back which was a wonderful convience instead of driving in. Booked on here a non smoking king bed room and got a non smoking […] two double bed room but got in so late and too tired to go to front desk and ask to correct. Room was fine though. not happy to arrive to find restaurant and bar closed very unhappy when the pool was emptied

It does not give a positive view of Boston that the pool water was Green. I counted 12 different state license plates in the patking lot and in the summer after touring the city people would like to cool off. Not in a Green pool. The yogurt at Breakfast that I had was warm and spoiled. In the Hallway on our floor there was a section of drywall gone […] and apparently not being repaired. Convenient location and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean but smelled a little funny. Pool was green and dirty. Breakfast was great.

Hotel is on outskirt of main street. Looks more like a convent then an hotel. The restaurant was not in operation No elevator. Room on the 3rd floor No valet service (bags not car) Complementary coffe not available at 7.00am when we left Quiet, clean, ample parking

good hotel, our door was broken and had to pull it really hard to open it or slam it shut. free breakfast buffet, however i had to go down 3 times to try to get food due to not having enough for everyone, and then finally i just gave up. it was not the greatest food at all, most lilkely frozen and then just heated up, obviously not home cooked. however […] free was good. not a wonderful hotel, but not a bad hotel at all. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

If you're visiting Boston with a car, this is a great place for you. The driving to Boston downtown from here won't exceed 25 minutes. The hotel is clean, and the service is good. One thing I didn't really like: the elevators are a little crazy.

Since I was travelling alone, the hotel met my needs. Don't think I could stay there with the wife. It is a bit tired. Also didn't like the passthrough door of my room which although locked, would lead to the room next door.

Nice and quiet environment, peaceful and restful, yet within short distance of all the important locations.

The staff at the counter was nice. The hotel in general is old needs a face lift. The Elevator seen some years, It shacks and makes grinding noises. It need some inspection very soon. The bathroom tubs are whirlpool the water ports have green rust stains. The rooms need updating. I will never stay hear again I should have walked away. air conditioner not working in lobby so it was uncomfortable to be there. Hall way air conditioners units not on. elevators and halls smelled like mold. vending machines not working on the floors so had to go to first floor to find one working. the iron in my room some one had melted their cloths on it so I had to call for another one but they were […] at my door within three minutes of my call which was great. rugs need to be shampooed. the service was great and the bed was comfortable. this could be a nice place it needs to be cleaned and up dated. easy access to the high ways. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Reasonable rates, close to Boston yet easy to get to at night.

The hotel overall was a good hotel to stay at while my family and I travelled to Boston. It was close to the highway and also central to the different sights that we wanted to see and do. Not to mention that the price is reasonable and you don't have to pay for parking. The rooms were basic but it did have a fridge and microwave. The only issue I had […] was that the pool looked a little green and when I ask the front desk he told me it was suppose to be like that. My kids went in anyway and enjoyed themselves as did many others who were staying there. The breakfast was always hot and they kept refilling everything which was nice for those who enjoy to sleep in a little. There is also a place around the corner called Dairy Dome that I recommend to anyone who loves icecream. It was fabulous and the price was great for the amount you get. Good. But didn't have laundry

Went to Fenway to catch a day game and I really liked how quick it was to get to this hotel after I was done in Boston (less than 15 mins away). The room had enough space for myself and a guest. It was clean and in very good condition. I noticed that there were a few eateries just about a block or less away. The evening staff was very helpful when […] I checked in late, but the morning front desk attendant did not even acknowledge us when we checked out that morning. We just missed the inclusive breakfast, which seemed to be the standard eggs, bacon, waffles, etc. I also liked the 12 noon checkout since we decided to sleep in a bit. We took advantage of a non-refundable price for the room but it was definitely worth it. They had a really good free breakfast. The exercise room was nice but the pool had green water and the free WIFI was intermittent. Overall a very good place to stay.

My "non-smoking" room smelled a bit like old butts and the water pressure was lame but other than that, the room was fine. Hotel was pretty quiet and convenient to where I needed to be.

Had a conference for 2 days at an expensive area hotel. Stayed at the Best Western and saved a ton of money. Breakfast was nice. Everything about the stay was great.

The hotel itself is great. However, it was difficult to get to the hotel from the city after 9pm. There are not a lot of cabs that will drive to the hotel and the ones that do, charge a lot of money. Other than that it was good for the price.

great price

It's not exactly near Logan airport and it is made out to be. It is a good 20-45 mins to the Logan airport depending on traffic. Hence, if you need to take a very early flight from Logan, I certainly would not recommend this hotel. Furthermore, this hotels doesn't offer shuttle to the airport. Traffic towards Logan can be quite slow even during the […] early morning.
