Emerald Palms - โมบีล

This hotel is under new management and has a different name. The rooms needed vacuuming, half of the light bulbs did not work, the air conditioning was not turned on prior to our arrival (so the room was hot), the comforter had holes in it... not the most pleasant place to stay, even for the money. Most disconcerting was that the exterior door locks […] did not work, so ANYONE from the street had access to the rooms, even if they didn't have a room key. There was a lot of trash around these doors the next day when we checked out. I would not stay here again unless I knew these issues were resolved. I will never go back to this hotel. It should be black listed. The rooms were stinking with cigaratte butts on the floor and i had booked a non smoking room and ened up in a filthy smoking room. It was 11:45 PM and my wife and kids were so upset that we just moved out of it immediately to the Drury Inn which was so neat and nice. I had to pay for not […] uing a room. the hotel had a bad smell. the rooms were not secured or cleaned. the staff was unavailable for assistance

Our room had no battery in the smoke alarm, out of three lamps only one had a light bulb,the floor looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a month, and the only ice machine that worked was in the lobby.

Really bad Hotel for the money... Dirty, smelly and not so cheap. BAD...
