I must say I did enjoy my stay from or room to the Jacuzzi... The Staff was Very Friendly, attentive and on your every need.. Will be staying here more often. Thank You for a Very Nice Experience!!

Room very nice but extreamly small for all packed into it.. Very hard for 2 people to move around at one time.. Room # 236.. V Will request NOT to have in future.

Nice, clean, modern hotel with friendly staff and a good restaurant. Location is great if, like us, you have an appointment at Prisma Dental or you're hitting a soccer/football game, otherwise it's not much of a neighborhood for walking.

Hotel itself was OK but lacking in any outside public spaces or garden. Open-air jacuzzi pleasant. Expedia website advertised free airport shuttle-bus but hotel informed pick-ups from the airport would be charged at $28 which we paid. On arrival at 23.00 we found the room we had booked (junior suite) had not been assigned so we had one night in a standard […] room, give the hotel their due, the Manager offered us a free dinner! It took us 45 minutes to walk into centre of San Jose. Staff were friendly. The area in which the hotel is situated is close to a park but there are no restaurants close-by. very clean and up to date. most of staff was nice. clerk was a little short with answers overal nice, especially airport taxi

This hotel is modern and very clean. However, it is not in a good neighborhood. Even the staff at the reception desk advised against walking in the neighborhood at night. So we didn't. With those caveats, this is a good hotel for a not so safe (at least at night) city.

Hotel is very clean and modern, rooms are very spacious with a safe. Only downside is that there is not too much around in terms of things to do.

I will certainly stay here again. Its a very clean, modern, nice hotel with great service at a great price for what you get. I've stayed at other places around the park and will likely stay here in the future. It is not in downtown, which is a good thing to me. Not as noisy and not in all the riff raff. San Jose. Das Zentrum ist mühelos in 10 Min zu Fuß erreichbar oder man nimmt ein Taxi für ein paar Colon (wesentlich günstiger als in Europa). Im Hotel ist alles sehr ordentlich und sauber, lediglich ist die Größe der Zimmer eher klein, allerdings ist alles vorhanden was man sich wünscht. Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist im ersten Moment auch, dass es keine […] Fenster nach aussen gibt, wenn man allerdings bedenkt das hierdurch ein höheres Maß an Sicherheit im Hotel gegeben ist und das Hotel einem Patio ähnelt - man hat aus dem Zimmer ein Fenster in den Innenbereich (Hof), welcher nur zu ca 80% überdacht und sehr begrünt ist, mit dem Ergebnis: herrliches Klima und frische Luft überall. Zur Küche ist zu sagen, dass alles frisch und schnell auf höchstem Niveau zubereitet wird. Insgesamt hat das Hotel samt Restaurant ein sehr hohes Maß an Modernität und vorallem Sauberkeit und wirklich ausnahmslos ist anzumerken, dass das gesamte Personal sehr freundlich und kundenorientiert ist. Me resulta comodo por su ubicacion, cerca del centro de Sanjose y cerca de la zona de Escazu, ademas que tiene muy cerca el parque la sabana para poder caminar un rato por las mañanas.
