Quality Inn & Suites Coliseum - กรีนสโบโร

Desk personnel were unprofessional. Vending machine was not working. I had to go to the other building behind the pool to get ice. Came in to the room and no toilet tissue and I had to go to the desk to get it. The sink was not draining properly, 2 of the lights were burned out. But atleast the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good.

The 2 ladies at the front desk were absolutely fabulous. Always a smile on their face and ready to assist. Their names are Sheryl and Jennifer.

Even though the property seemed to be full of folks going to the concert we were there to see and they were having a good time around the pool and the rooms near ours, once we closed our door, we never heard a thing. The facility is just old. It's been remodeled at some point, but it's not great. The small (crowded!)breakfast room was created from two lodging units, and you can still see where the wall between them was removed. The breakfast itself was spartan. The owners and staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and ensure that we had a good time.

nice clean room, very good and accomodating personnel, comfortable beds but not much room to roam,a little tight but clean room, good for a quick stay, would recommend

This hotel was worth the price. it is really close to the mall and everything else. it is a bit older looking on the outside but the rooms have been renovated and look good. the bed is not that great but overall this was a good place to stay.

The rating for this hotel were completely misleading. The deadbolt in my room did not lock, and the hinge to further secure the door was barely hanging on the door frame. I was not comfortable staying here and checked out within an hour of checking in. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Everything was just fine other than the bed was a bit hard.

Clean, quiet, close to all. The only thing missing was a desk to work on. I had to use an ironing board to eat on, and do work on my laptop.

We stayed here overnight for a concert this weekend and were pleased w/ the cleanliness of the rooms and proximity to the amphitheater. The hotel staff was exceptional nice and helpful and we got a complimentary breakfast on our way back home!

I have stayed in this hotel several times- but on my ost recent stay- discovered that there were BED BUGS!!!!!!!

Location great for trip to Greensboro coliseum. For the price it was a great value, very clean and comfortable.

The location was easy to get downtown where we were attending a convention at the Carolina Theater. Very nice, especially for the money. Room was clean and cool. Nice appointments as well.

We never had the phone in our room work the whole time of our stay even after letting the front desk know twice. Our A/C was on full blast the whole time and it never got cold in our room. At breakfast I heard another gentleman tell someone he finally got a hot shower on his 3rd morning there, before it got fixed they only has cold water. I don't know […] if we ever got a hot shower but thankfully it was at least warm. Hotel is very close to coliseum but run down looking from the outside. The desk clerk who checked us in was very nice and super helpful. We were pleasantly surprised at how pretty the room was but the next morning we discovered a cheetos bag under the chair and bud light caps on the floor by the lamp. Also, there was a dead bug in one of the beds and […] the other bed had a stain on the bedspread. Plus our sink clogged in the middle of the night and the desk clerk wouldn't get off the phone with her boyfriend when we checked out to listen to my complaints. First of all, the good. This hotel is in a convenient and accessible area. Close to downtown, the Coliseum, and some nice restaurants. The bed was comfortable and the room clean (or so we thought) and had a hair dryer, ironing board, safe, and microwave. The first night, everything was fine. . .until 5:30 AM. First of all, the alarm clock, which had […] no indication that it was set, went off. By the time I fumbled around and turned it off (thinking I had disabled it), the phone was ringing with a wakeup call we didn't ask for. After the morning shower, I found a dirty towel on a hook behind the bathroom door that was obviously missed by the maid from the party who had the room before me. After a mediocre breakfast, I went to the manager and complained. She apologized and assured me that no one else could place a wakeup call request and that she had taken care of it. The next morning, the alarm went off and the phone rang again with the unwanted wakeup call. When we got up, my wife noticed a slimy stain on the black headboard. No telling what THAT was. I really don't want to know! When I went to complain again, the manager was out and I was given a number to call, which I never did. Everything was very clean. The service fast and nice. I don't have nothing to complain about it. Very good!

This is my second time staying at this Quality Inn and the service is still exceptional. We were close to the coliseum for A&T's graduation and right across the highway from the mall. The cost was cheap with very clean rooms, a good breakfast and very comfortable pillows. Nice and fluffy. The hotel is clean and has plenty of restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. The staff is friendly and helpful with the exception of one receptionist. All the cleaning/maintenance staff were very friendly and helpful. We asked for a room change for the sake of first floor convenience and the front desk was very accomodating although we […] did have to settle for two double beds instead of one king. We also had a refrigerator in our room that did not work. A maintenance worker was sent to switch it out within 30 minutes. The hotel is rather dated, but has recently been remodeled so it is clean and in good working order. The concert we were in town to attend has been cancelled and we did not know it until the hotel staff told us. The Quality Inn & Suites Coliseum was very outdated. The out side door did not close, there fore no security. Guys hanging out in the parking lot late at night. I think they lived there. Convenient to restaurants and the regional furniture market. Only problem was a loud party next door and in the hallway from midnight to 2am. Would stay there again.

The hotel is close to the coliseum and very clean and comfortable for the money. I would recommend staying here.

Great room, and price. I liked the individual suites instead of huge hallways and 80 rooms on each floor. We parked our car right outside the room and were able to have easy access in case we forgot anything in the car. Also, the bed was very comfortable. Check in and check out were a breeze. Would defnitiely stay here again!

we have been going to market many years. overpaing for hotels, homes e.t.c this time i was 15 minutes from market in a very comfortable clean room for a great price. and great restaurants around. reseptionist was very help full and friendly will definitly recomend it i save 50% of my money by staing on this hotel.

The Hotel was clean and newly renovated. The entire staff was very helpful and pleasant. We had a flat screen, microwave, and fridge in each room. The sheets were clean. Every morning of our stay the cleaning staff knocked on our door to give us fresh towels and saw if bed linens needed to be changed. I am very happy about my stay. Pleasantly surprised at the quality of my room. Clean, updated, and a LCD tv. A very comfortable bed. An excellent experience. A great place to stay.
