Other than the hotel being hit by lighting, our stay was very nice. The hot tub looked like it needed to be cleaned because it was a green color the whole week we were there. Swimming pool was nice and clean though. The kids said the pool was a nice temperature to swim in.

Clean, Friendly staff, good breakfast. Close to freeway - a bit noisy. Hamptons are my favorite hotel as you know what to expect.

We stayed for 43nights from Sept 8 to Sept 11. I have stayed in a lots of hotels and this rated as one of the very best. The lady who tended the breakfast bar was incredible. There was always plenty of hot, fresh food and fruit. The staff was wonderful, they went out of their way to make the 4 of us women comfortable. Chose this as it is close to Cuyohoga Falls National Park. Concert at Blossom Music Center. CLean and very comfy hotel. Great breakfast until 10am and check out at noon. Very nice!

Everything was great about the service and the room. I was extremely disappointed at the cleanliness of the whirlpool at 8 am in the morning. I can't believe it could have gotten that dirty in only 2 hours of use, especially on New Year's Day morning when most guests weren't stirring until later in the morning.
