My wife and I wanted a quiet place to stay for our first visit in Portsmouth. We wanted to be close to donwtown. Breakfast included was not what we were looking for since we wanted to have our breakfast in a Portsmouth local restaurant. The hotel was very clean and so was our room. Close to major roads and within 15 minutes to historic Portsmouth, Maine outlets and beaches. Great soundproofing between rooms. Will go back.

We unfortunately didn't get to stay for long but the short time we were there was absolutely great. The staff was pleasant and helpful and very accomodating. The hotel itself was very nice and clean. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who asks. Great job!

The hotel was clean, quiet, comfortable and the staff was very friendly. It's close to Market St. in Portsmouth where there are shops and restaurants not be missed. It's 10 minutes from the outlets of Kittery Maine (also not to be missed) and 20 minutes from York Beach in Maine. Great time for excellent value.

Once again another spectacular stay at this hotel, which accomadated another night due to the weather..staff very pleasant..cant wait to return!

This was my second time at this location, which is very convienient, clean, comfortable, quiet, with a pool and hot tub...a diner next door... Perfect stay at a great price :)

This was booked on the net and even with a Gamin GPS it took us 2 tries to hit the mark. I'll admit I'm not all that used to driving on the right hand side of the road and coming off that huge roundabout, found myself in the wrong lane. 3 minutes later we're checking in and from there on everything was great. After flying, busing, training and then […] driving, it was fantastic to find a hotel/motel that had laundry facilities. We were visiting from Australia and often didn't have the time to get laundry sent out, so to have this facility onsite was a huge plus. Should be more of it!! อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Front dest service is awesome. Pools are very well kept. Rooms were not very clean. Had a major room problem andit was acknowledged right away.

Clean, comfortable, great access location, pools, Great diner next door...What more can you want!

The location of this Best Western is perfect! The lobby is clean, inviting and the staff is courteous and very helpful. Our room was clean and quiet. An excellent restaurant is attached to the hotel that is family friendly but also has a lounge and a bar- breakfast is served all day. There are several coffee choices set up in the lobby as you get out […] of the elevator complete with real cream and sugar. It is close to the center of Portsmouth but right off of 95. This is a great place in a perfect location for easy access to malls, outlets, restaurants and beaches. the room was very nice as was the staff. It was a great price too! Thanks Hotels.com. JH Florida

This is a very nice and clean hotel. Great prices. Just a 5 mins drive to Kittery shopping centers. Rooms are roomy, and convenient with a fridge and microwave.

The only complaint I have it's about the mattress, I think this is key item that really needs to be the best. We both woke up with achy backs. The room was clean and staff was very friendly.

This hotel was fabulous aside from our "non-smoking" room completely reeked of cigarette smoke upon entering the room. I don't mean old stale cigarette smoke from decades of incessant ciggy puffing. I mean fresh smoke smells like someone just finished off a square right before we checked in. We were very pleased with the hotel overall. we were especially happy with the professional and friendly staff who were always so ready to help us with directions, etc. It was in a fairly accessible location, close enough to Boston for a bus ride in and close enough to Kittery for an outing for shopping. This hotel was perfect for a quick stop outside of Portsmouth. The bed was very comfortable. I slept quite soundly. The room was nice and spacious and had a homey feel to it. My only gripe was that there were only a few electrical outlets and they were not conveniently placed. Front desk staff was very friendly. Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig und ist sehr gross, ein typisches Best Western mit inroom Service für Kaffee. Leider gibt es kein WIFI, sondernLan Kabel. Schlecht für IPad und Smartphonebesittzer .
