Ramada Plaza Riverside - แคสเปอร์

the hotel is undergoing renovations and this was a little loud while eating. Overall this hotel was real nice and will be great when the work is done. Room was very clean and the restaraunt had great food. The coffee was excellent.

The tub had no way to stop the water so one could take a bath. I judged till 10:58 and would like to have relaxed in the water. No hottub, no pool, no stopper for tub.

We would not stay there again. The bathroom sink did not drain at all. Drugs where being smoked right outside the door. Not on our list for the next trip to Casper.

the service was a little better than expected but the rooms- ugh! the floor was wet near the a/c unit, the room smelled musty and smokey, NEEDS REMODELING !! for what I paid we could have stayed at the Marriott or Holiday Inn! will definitely do that next time we are in Casper!! such great potential but REALLY????

Well I think all hotel rooms in Wyoming are over priced that being said the Ramada Plaza was reasonable. The room was clean and the bed comfy. The buffet was fine, but the food could have been hotter. Rooms are not like what is pictured on website. They are run-down, ceiling needs to be repaired in the room I had. I could hear people in next room and people talking in the hallway. There was not enough room on the counter in the bathroom. They do not offer refrigerated in rooms. They only have one or two and if being used, you are out of luck. Near everywhere in Casper. GREAT bar and food deals. Long happy hour with prices on food and drink. OUTSTANDING Sunday Brunch...don't miss it. Heat in room needed adjusting but other than that, perfect.

Great people, nice hotel. Only issues was coffe was cold and printer was out of ink.

This is a old hotel that is dirty. Just don't look at all the dust bunnies on the air vents. The tiles on the bathroom floor were cracked. The repairs to the walls and doors looked like they fixed with a hammer. Time to do some updates Ramada or a review of the stars. There is no way this is a 3 star hotel.

From the sewage odor to the dirty halls and bedrooms, this place is the quintessential dump. Stay anywhere but here. Sleep in your car if you have to.

the description of what the hotel offered and what was actually there is what i have a problem with and when we arrived at the hotel we ended up waiting for 20 minutes to check in, i understand certain times are busier than others but that is outragious for the price i paid for the room we will never stay at a ramada ever again!

Clean but old. The motel was location in an old part of town. There were very few places to eat in the area.

Close to a great paved river walk and the room was clean. However, there was no fridge or microwave in the room and the window (glass paneled wall) didn't open for any fresh air. A nice stay.

Older Hotel with average make over. Booked on line and was told at check in they did not have the room we booked. It seemed to be a practice with the staff not to honor the booking from an outside company. Vending machines were in poor condition and the Ice machines were dirty. Lucky it was just a stop on the way to another location!!!

On bathrooms some times the water doesn`t work very well.

The hotel review said it had been newly remodeled. Our room had not been. The chair had a large dark stain on it, still looked a bit sticky. A maintenance guy banged on the door the next morning to ask if the plumbing was leaking in our room. Advised him it was not, we had not called, and asked him to come back in an hour or two after we had checked […] out. We ate breakfast in the restaurant. Service was Very slow. I asked for no cheese on my omelet. When it came with cheese coming out the side I asked the waitress about it, and she replied that she wasn't sure what had happened.....they usually come with more cheese. She returned with the same plate 5 min later and said the cook said she didn't put cheese in it, but maybe some had fallen in it when she put the tomatoes on. I again showed her the cheese, and she asked if I really wanted her to make a new one........ We won't stay here again, nicer hotels for less money on the East side. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

It works and is good value nice big room, and we felt secure. Comfortable!

For an older (recently remodeled) hotel that allows pets, we had a great stay. Room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the decor was nice. Overall, for Casper we couldn't have expected more.

Newly Remodeled, Nice Pool Area

We had many family members staying at this hotel, all coming into town for a wedding. It was nice to have our rooms be grouped together so we could be close to one another. Staff was courteous and helpful. Kids loved the pool. Nice accommodations for family and pets.

Had to switch rooms because of noisy A/C units. Room we switched to had the same problem. Room looked to have had recent renovation job (didn't appear very professionally done). Ceiling tiles were in disrepair, halls smelled musty and of cigarette smoke, carpets stained everywhere. When my car broke down in Casper Wyoming I called Hotels.com and they not only got me a room they got me a jacuzzi suite for a fraction of the cost other hotels were going to charge me for a standard room. Next time I need a room I plan on using hotels.com before I spend time looking on my own. Way to go Hotels.com.

The hotel was clean and very nice. The river walk was wonderful for us and our dog.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and the room was comfortable, and the best pet friendly room we have seen in our travels. My only complaint would be the bar and lounge. It seemed a bit wild for my taste and bar "dj" was using horrible bad langauge. This hotel was what I call "functional". Nothing to complain about. It was clean and quiet but nothing exceptional about it. If you need a clean, affordable place to stay with a pet in Casper I would recommend this property.

the staff was very nice and friendly. but upon our arrival the room completely stunk.it had a mild dew smell to it. i sprayed the room multiple times thru out the night because the smell was so strong and bad. i complained to the front desk and she said that she was sorry and that they were having sewer problems. overall my stay at the hotel was nice […] considering the smell. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

The hotel is veery tired. Drop ceilings make it clostophobic and they are in poor condition. No breakfast is included. For the price it felt shabby.

This was a old hotel that was not anyway near what hotels.com had rated. Old fixtures, funiture, etc. It shoud have been rated a 1 or at best 2. This facility definitely was not a bargain.

the pool was out of order and hot tub was luke warm at best. We called the day before our arrival to confirm the pool and hot tub were working propertly. The young man at the desk said yes they were. What a disappontment. We stayed at the hotel for the pool and hot tub!!!

Looks like they're in the process of updating the hotel, which is good, but on the downside, there was construction debris lying around the courtyard so we really had to watch where our dog walked. They are dog-friendly, though, and it was pretty quiet - even though many of the rooms around us were occupied, we did not hear a lot of noise from the hall […] or other rooms. When we checked in the staff was very friendly and helpful. We got up to our room, it was ok. The bathroom was clean but the door would not latch all the way and the toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall. There was a slight musty smell when using the shower. One of the decorative pillows was dirty and had stains on it. We left soon after and […] went shopping. It was close to resteraunts and the interstate so it was easy to find places to go. Good for the price. Probably the nicest place in Casper, but just run down. I liked it. Super pet friendly, good free breakfast. Did have some problems with the plumbing. Everything was fine as far as I was concerned--room, service, cleanliness, etc., however I felt quite sorry for the working conditions that the front desk people were having to endure. As I understood, the air conditioning for the front lobby area had been out for at least 2 weeks and they were hopeful it was going to finally get repaired the week after […] I was there. A/C in the guest rooms was fine.) Due to the extremely high humidity and temperatures the front lobby area was nearly untolerable, in my opinion---and I only had to be there long enough to check in.
