Sheraton Nashville Downtown Hotel - แนชวิลล์

Great aside from sheets needing to be changed once we arrived.

We have stayed in this hotel multiple times in the past. We always love staying here, but everyone in my family has allergies and the room had previously had a cat or dog in it.

Blood spots & smears on mattresses. Had to be moved to a different room.

Nice place to stay great location

This hotel is really good. Nice price and awesome location, we have stayed to attend hockey games and just for vacation. Unfortunately, this time around our room was not up to scratch; half the lights didn't work, the plug in the sink did not work and when you adjusted the shower to change the flow of water from the tap to the showerhead, the water […] pressure was poor and water continued to flow out of the tap at the bottom. We stayed at the Sheraton Downtown Nashville for two nights. It was a great hotel. Check in was quick and the staff was very nice & helpful. They do charge for parking. The pool is indoor and its a little small but it did keep the kids entertained. Hotel rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel is within walking distance of pretty much everything.

Over priced room and we found a homless person sleeping on our floor outside the elevator in the hall way 19 floors up! WOW!!

It was good for it's location downtown, but the price is a little steep for the room that you get. It was kinda small. It was in great condition and the stay was nice, but next time i will stall at a hotel a little farther out and save alot of money.

The hotel was a beautiful hotel in a great location but the price was a bit high especially when they also charged $22 plus tax to self park your vehicle per day or %26 plus tax to valet park it. We stayed for a concert, rode the suttle to Bridgestone and taxied back. Everything was clean, the staff was helpful and friendly. Our stay was most enjoyable!

Bathroom could have been better. Water wasn't hot enough. Other than that the stay was pleasant.

The hotel had the most comfortable beds I had ever slept in. And the staff really made you feel like you were the number ine guest. They catered to our every need and seemed like they truly love their jobs.

the hotel was nice and clean. it has a good location. a bit pricey i thought. will be staying at another hotel prob in the vanderbilt area next time, since things are so close together. the bed was a nice size but not terribly comfortable and there was a sorority and fraternity conference when we stayed there...so it was somewhat loud. overall no big […] complaints...but there are prob equally nice hotels in the area/vanderbilt for cheaper. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Loved this hotel! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean and nice with super comfy beds. Hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Bridgestone Arena and many other downtown Nashville hot spots. Price was very reasonable compared to other hotels in the area.

I am on the road 150+ nights a year. Why is it that I get a free breakfast, WSJ & wifi at a discount chain and not here? ( I carry my own pillow, which makes up for an inferior bed.) I do have an MBA and run a business...something's missing when you're in cahoots w/ a very large software company and want more money for in room wifi. And let's not forget […] paying for a breakfast that any discount chain can match. Pah-leeze. Stayed here before but will never again. Good location, close to everything. Good quality hotel, but no free internet. Really? Get with the times!

The room temperature was very hard to adjust and keep comfortable, and the bed had hair all over the blankets. The hot water was more like lukewarm.

Room we were in was recently rennovated, and was very nice!

Overpriced without minimal hotel conveniences such as continental breakfast. Beds were not very comfortable. Phone did not work.

The hotel is gorgeous. Very convenient to downtown attractions. Worth every cent we paid.

Nice place but the check in staff seemed a bit lost but I guess it was very late at night when I checked in

We were very impressed with the Downtown Sheraton. Great service from check-in to check-out and everything in between. Hotel restaurant and bar were both stocked with great priced food and beverages. My wife and I abandoned the kids for the weekend and stayed at the Sheraton downtown. We were able to walk to everywhere we planned to go downtown including the entertainment district and the Ryman Auditorium where we caught a great concert. We visited Nashville to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and very convenient. The staff were very professional. Our room was great with a wonderful view of the State Capitol Building. We highly recommend staying here. The nearby "417 Union" restaurant serves a great breakfast and is in walking distance. The room smells of an old hotel, which it is. The air is noisy. It needs an update, new carpet, new AC. What's up with having to pay 10 dollars for WIFI???

I'd like to thank hotels.com first and foremost for suggesting this hotel. I had tickets to see a concert across the street at War Memorial Auditorium and the convenience was unbelievable. Sheraton Downtown Nashville is a super clean building and the staff seem to be very happy which makes for an enjoyable stay. Thank you so much hotels.com.

We enjoyed everything about this Hotel. The location, the comfort and the friendliness. From the time we pulled into the parking garage the Valet service, the front desk, the resturant and the room was awesome. No hastles, no surprises; it was worry free. We got extactly what we were expecting at a really great price. I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was great except- no cold water and the exhorbanant parking fee. But the staff was very helpful and the hotel was very clean.

We stayed here for 3 nights, and found it to be very good. It's only a few blocks from Broadway, and the honky-tonk bars, which is very convenient. Hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were very helpful. Overall a great choice when looking for a central hotel.

The room was nice, but there was an outlet cover that missing with electrical wire exposed. The room was comfortable, but was very noisy. Good location to the area that wanted to visit.

Hotel in walking distance of many fine resturants and sightseeing trolley line. Very comfortable room with great view of river.
