Holiday Inn Marlborough - มาร์ลโบโรห์

Looks like it was a skin deep remodel, basically new furniture, TV, and re model of the lobby. Very rough underneath. Better values in this neighborhood.

Front desk was very helpful and nice bar for evening drink. Kinda nice not to have to run out and find somewhere. Hotel is OK, rooms remodeled nice.

good place for a business visit. loved their in house restaurant, great service and local beer, will go back there just to get to their bar

I'm from jersey and came up with a friend for the new england patriots vs new york giants game. We came up on friday to check the city of boston out saturday. The room was clean and seemed more up to date then other hotels I've recently stayed at. Nice flat screen t.v and easy control of a/c-heat. My only complaint would be that we left saturday around […] 11am for the city and returned around 8pm, our room was never cleaned nor touched. The other thing is, I enjoyed the pool but was looking for a hot tub. Clearly not a big deal and not something the hotel NEEDS, but based on the cold weather and the empty space in the pool area, it could be a good idea to invest in one. ---- All in all, I had a nice time and the location was reasonable to the city and stadium and had plenty of restaraunts, a food store, walgreens etc.- within a mile away. For the cost, there were bugs in the tub, the fan in the bathroom didn't work it smelled musty, the outlets didn't work, the coffee was terrible and only one cup in the room, the hair dryer almost caught fire, and information on ammenities was not easy to find. The hotel is located directly off Hwy 495 on Rt 20. This sounds convenient, but is actually very difficult to reach if you're coming north on 495 you need to turn left almost immediately after exiting the 495 off-ramp onto 20E. It's not safe when traffic is busy - and traffic on 20 is always busy. You end up going East on 20 till you can do a U-turn, […] could be half a mile. Not worth it. good location, ez access to highway but could be noisy due to weddings n events etc.

Stayed here for work 2 nights. I added the breakfast option to the room and was not dissapointed -hot meal as well as homemade muffins and staff VERY nice. Pool was great although really just 2 treadmills in the "gym". Room was large w/nice kitchen and bath but carpet was filthy. Close to all major highways if you need to travel.

We enjoyed out stay at this hotel. The bed was a little hard for my comfort, but everything else was great.

Nice hotel with clean rooms. Nice breakfast, however NOT included for the kids (vouchers just for the adults) - so, you have to pay for kids!!!

This hotel allows Hotels.com to book any number of guests in a room and as such there aren't enough beds. We asked to be moved to accomodate our guests and when we were the room was less than acceptable.

The Hotel was nice. The front desk clerk was professional. It was not the greatest hotel, but was not bad. The only downside is you have to pay for breakfast.

We're originally from the area, and this hotel was always run-down and seedy. so, we were a little skeptical when we read the reviews. We were pleasantly suprised at the renovations. The suite was five-star, what I would expect to find in a Hilton. Service was great, price was a little high, but not bad. No Internet, though....

Hotel location was great! Directly off the highway in Marlborough. The rooms were nice and the bed was comfortable. Only complaint is the bathroom was very small and that the rooms do not have refridgerators.

We planned a trip to the Ecotarium in Worcester and wanted to spend the night in the area. We choose this hotel primarily based on the heated indoor pool. The hotel was very nice and the kids had a great time in the pool. The beds were very comfortable. The food in the hotel restaurant was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My boyfriend and I stayed here while in town for a birthday party. The staff was extremely friendly, our room was impeccably clean. It looks as though they've done renovations throughout the entire hotel and the decor was very up to date and modern. Our room was comfortable and quiet. There is a hotel bar and although we wandered down late, the bartender […] was very accommodating and made us drinks to take to our room. Excellent service, I would highly recommend. I was allowed to check in a little early. Very friendly staff. The room was cold (not cool) when I first checked in...but then again it was the middle of winter in New England so no surprises there. The room warmed up quickly after I turned on the fan/heater. Overall the overnight stay was very comfortable and relaxing.

No surprises; solid free wireless Internet service

The beds and especially the pillows are so soft and comfortable that we rested better on this vacation than any other. There was no noise or sounds of any kinds to wake us up and no maid knocking on the door. I definately will be back next year. Diane

The hotel was under renovation. The tiles on the lobby floor were removed; it was a little dusty; the room itself wasnt so bad. Newly renovated, nice clean carpet, bathroom looked nice, a little surprised that they installed a CRT TV instead of a flat panel. Great location from restaurants. got a nicer than expected room for what I paid...renovations were being done but hotel was still very functional... outside appearance (landscaping and parking lot) could use some attention but the lobby, room, bathrooms and hallways were nice.

Love the hotel, like the place but it's still a bit close to a run down neighborhood.
