Well maintained and great location.

At first glance, this hotel is nice. Then we went to the restaurant that is in the hotel and we will NEVER return. First off we seated ourselves and we were not greeted by a staff member for a good 20 mins. I understand that they were understaffed but all evening we were neglected at best. Finally after 1 hour and 15 mins of waiting my husband's order […] arrived (but not mine). He had a chicken sandwich and it was cold and raw in the middle, which he didn't discover until he had taken a few bites, EW! Obviously we complained, they were nice and immediately offered a new one and to pay for our meal which helped. Then after AN HOUR AND A HALF of waiting his second meal came and my first one. My food was half decent if that, though I had lost my appetite after seeing my husbands sandwich. Not only was the service and food terrible but the ceiling was COVERED in brown water spots, and one was leaking on the pool table at the time we were there (we later discovered that fact). After returning to our room we were looking forward to relaxing and getting a good nights rest, that is when I discovered blood on the comforter, that was the final straw, we will not return or recommend this hotel! อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Was disappointed with the customer service. The staff was not friendly. Did not feel welcome at all. Starting with the front desk staff and the resteraunt area as well. I will not stay or recommend this estabishment to anyone.

Nice place - I would stay there again

The hotel was better than the Travelodge where our friends stayed... If anyone wants to visit the Tiffin area, I would suggest staying at the Tiffin Hampton. The employees at the Clarion were very courteous, but the hotel just had an old appearance to it..

Clean comfortable room. Nothing amazing but very good place to stop for the night

This hotel is in obvious financial difficulty and is cutting back on services - including building maintenance and outside cleanliness, shampoo, etc. While it may have been value for money in the past - the past is past. You should look elsewhere!

One of the beds in our room had yellow stains on the sheets as well as a long black hair. Live black beetle about 1/2 inch long in our bathroom. Also observed dead beetle in hallway of hotel.
