This is an older property that needs some TLC. There are other properties for similar money that are newer and better maintained. For example, sleep # bed is a big selling point for Radisson – mine was broken (I know, I own 2 of them.) Very close to Allstate arena for the concert. Dinner on the walk to concert at lone star steakhouse. Overall great hotel for the price!

Location of hotel was easy off,easy on. Was impressed with the sleep comfort bed. The bathroom was a bit small, but clean. Overall the room was comfortable and clean. Disappointed that there was not a complimentary breakfast of some sort as so many hotels now offer that.

The Radisson O'Hare is a great option for an overnight stay near the airport. Target is just down the street if you need general shopping and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. The bartender in the lounge was a good guy and helped me kill some time (and some brain cells) when my travel partner wanted to get some rest.

The entire hotel staff (front-desk, housekeeping, breakfast cafe, and shuttle) were helpful and friendly. The room was clean and quiet. It was a cinch to get downtown via the Blue Line from O'Hare. This location is right across the street from the All State Arena. Great selection of restaurants to choose from within walking distance. The hotel is clean, friendly, and very convenient! Would stay again.

Good place is you are attending any event at the convention centre. Breakfast is good, the hotel is across the street form Target, IHOP, and some other restaurants. If you plan to visit dowtown Chicago, it will take you about one hour by train.

AirPort shuttle perfect for every 30 min, but hotel is far away from downtown that needs to shuttle to AirPort and get blue cta (subway) line, whole takes about 1.5 hours. internet connection poor, wifi not effectively useable in the room because of frequent disconnection. There is not any complimentary breakfast or dinner.

OVERALL THE HOTEL IS WELL KEPT AND IN A GOOD LOCATION. The bed was very comfortable. Who ever decided to put Sleep Number beds in your hotel did a great service to the customers. I will definitely book again with Radisson just for the comfortable bed.

I enjoyed my stay here for the most part, though I did have a few quibbles. The rooms, at least the room I had that featured a Kingsize bed and pullout couch, was a tad small. Also, getting to and from public transportation can be a challenge, though the free shuttle helps.

Location near airport. Able to use hotel transport to airport for train to downtown. Located next to shopping center with multiple eating places. Road next to hotel was a cross Chicago highway so did not have to take toll roads. Very good!!!!

Great place to plan a trip to the Chicago area as easy to get to and from the major highways and the airport Easy to find Good places to eat and shop close by. We liked the train track near the hotel so we could see the trains even if not very many.

Nothing fancy, but very good at being good. Perfect for business travelers and families on a budget. Stayed here for proximity to the airport, Sun-Wed. Everything was clean, quiet and not crowded. Close to the airport. Easy shuttle system to O'Hare. Many choices for food nearby. Somewhat far from downtown Chicago. Hotel staff was nice. Although, when I walked into my room there were dirty towels hanging up. Good hotel to stay in for a quick trip to Chicago. Wouldn't stay here if I was looking for a luxury experience.

Good value hotel. Rooms were not tired ie kept in good, fresh condition. The shuttle to the airport and connection to downtown were excellent. The restaurant nearby was great value.

The staff was very friendly and very willing to help and answer any questions. shuttle to and from airport was very convenient. We really enjoyed the hotel, we only wish we had known prior to stay that the pool would be closed for the season when we got there.

I was very dissatisfied with this radisson hotel. Stay at the raddison in Milwaukee and they were amazing. I expected the same here.. No way!! We felt we were unwanted house guests:( very very disappointing!!

This hotel is located in one of the most convenient places I have ever been. It is close to chicago airport, located next to a number of restaurants, Next to a Target shopping center with multiple other amentities and a nail salon. There is also 2 car rental places within walking distances. It has a gym and a pool which was good as well.

we had 2 rooms one king and other was 2 doubles. king bed room has sofa come bed which was really good and big beds were so comfy. bathrooms were clean and maintained. wardrobes were wide and clean. everything was very good and comfortable.
