This Hotel, not Resort was a dump. I guess u get what u pay for. Carpets stained and sticky. Broken furniture. Warped door. Nasty bathroom floor and tub. Mold on bathroom door. Rusted mirror. Dirty appliances. Must I go on.

Had to have room service come in and re-clean the room upon check-in, due to an empty can of Vaseline and some toys found under our kids' beds. I love staying at the Seralago. This is my third time staying and I never have any problems here. The staff is always super friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I'm not nitpicky though, we choose this hotel because it is cheap, clean, and located in an amazing location. A great place to stay if you'll be out shopping and at theme parks […] all day. Even if you stay at the hotel all day, the Seralago has two really nice pools, a great volleyball court, tennis courts, and basketball courts. They also have shuttles to theme parks. The hotel staff was great.it was clean the grounds and pool were great.my only issue is that the hotel it self could be updated.its the second time I have stayed there with my son and we both had a great time

The hotel is very run down and in desperate need of renovations. Having said that, the staff was very helpful and the location was great. If all you are looking for is a place to crash for the night while you are visiting the parks, you can't beat the price.

Was exactly as described. I personally couldn't enjoy the pool facilities. There were too many people smoking all around the area. It was horrible for a non smoker. I don't know for certain if it was against the rules, but it was really irritating to have been surrounded by smokers all around who had no consideration to smoke outside that area or only […] by the bar. Also, there is a notice on the bathroom door stating that you will be billed automatically for removing any linens. They concede to joke that their linens are in such great demand that they are for sale. I totally understand that people steal things out of the hotel rooms but i found this insulting. This hotel rooms was very ugly, Dirty, and it has very old furniture, Mattress old uncomfortable, and bugs there I never comeback again and I do not recommend this place to anybody !

Room was fine for the price. Location is great. Have stayed here several times and have always liked it. When did the "resort fee" start??? Not happy about that.

We stayed here for 5 nights for a disney trip. The hotel staff was friendly, the pool was clean and huge. The room was big, but nothing super fancy. They have a shuttle to the parks that leaves the hotel 3 times a day and returns 4 or 5 times, although all the return times are after 6pm. We didn't eat at the restaurant, but the prices didn't look too […] bad. It's definitely not the nicest place you'll ever stay, but for a decent place on a budget, you really can't beat it. They have 2 pools, a hot tub, a kiddie pool, a playground, and an arcade. Even though its cheap, it's not a roach motel. Towels, room, sheets, bathroom were all clean. I ejoyed the part of the room being close enough to walk to OldTown , but he room was not comfortable , we were put in the back part of the motel and the room had a bad order like mildew i understand if rooms are closed off for season and are stale but this really smelled ,and the beds were hard as rocks . the lady that waited on me was very friendly […] but there were 3 desk clerks and the line of customers were out the door, there was one clerk i didnt think was friendly at all, come on people , cant anyone smile anymore? We stay in hotels all the time because we like to go places on our days off and truely if the staff is friendly that makes a world of difference.,the room could have been cleaner but it looked like a rush job on cleaning , so overall i dont know if i would stay there again , maybe just over night if i had no choice . อ่านเพิ่มเติม

We were welcomed with open arms by the staff. The room was clean and comfortable. I had chosen the Seralago because it was a 3 star hotel and it was only 5 miles from the Formosa Gardens. Know this...that if you want a coffee pot in the room, just ask and they will deliver. The pool and surroundings were well cared for. Older but nice, not the Ritz but not the price either. we origionaly booked one night and added one with no problems. You are close to everything if you are there for Disney or any other park. If your there for anything else, Old Town and Fun Town U.S.A. is right there.Will stay there again!!!! They were remoldeling rooms there. Do not recommend. Terrible room. The tub was very dirty, mattress was really uncomfortable. Sofa bed was broken, so many other bad reason why I do not recommend this Hotel to any one.

Overall, good hotel for value-seeking Orlando visitors. Room was comfortable and clean, but bathroom was small. Weary of guests drinking six-packs in the parking lot and cleaning staff knocked on door at 9am. Front desk friendly and helpful.

Location is good. But the hotel itself is horrible. Rooms were dirty toilets didn't flush right beds were old. Hair in the towels and the beds.

This was the worst hotel...very creepy... a 'displaced' woman in a wheelchair was going from door to door with a room key; trying to get into a room! How scary!!

Neither the hair dryer nor the iron worked. We called to get a replacement, and they brought an iron which didn't work much better, and never fixed the hair dryer (which I determined to be a faulty outlet). The room was not laid out well, and the whole place looked worn down. The hotel charged an extra "resort" fee over and above what we paid to Hotels.com, […] which we did not know about. The reviews were very off and we ended up staying here and were definitely mislead. This place is the most ghetto place.to stay as we got to our room people where hanging out the rooms screaming and kids running up and down and they were looking at us as if we were not welcomed. This was at 1am that we checked in as we walked the halls people had their […] shoes left outside and clothes. When we got to our room it was like we stepped into the 70s the.furniture was.falling apart and the refrigerator had mold inside and along the rim of the door. The room was dirty we even saw trash from.the previous guest. The beds were hard as a rock the water smelled moldy and the carpets were dirty. The tub had sand in it and the bathroom was old and moldy handles were rusted. Definitely didnt my kid there waited to our next location. OK, but it needs remodel, tub was cracked, and room smells like hospital. Manager ask you guess not to hang their wet cloths in balcony, this makes your hotel look bad.

Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Hotel was clean and offered a food court. Parking lot was clean and hotel security and staff were always found present. Rooms have been updated some, but need more updating like new carpet, tv's, bedspreads and MATTRESSESS!!! Everything in the room was clean and the maids did a great job each day replacing items […] and refreshing things. Only complaints I have is that when the air conditioner's compressor would kick on it made a loud rattling, also the bathroom light is attached to the fan and when on it is really loud. The biggest thing that needs to be addressed is changing out the lumpy mattresses. they were clean we just could feel the springs. Only stayed 1 night. Room was average. Beds were nice and comfortable. Pool area was nice especially the playground and toddler pool for my 3 year old.

Everything ended up breaking in your room. The air conditioning was broken and when it decided to work all it would do is make this very loud banging noise. The faucet from the sink feel right off! The lobby is great but the room was atrocious.

the hotels was awful, my room was supposed to be smoke free room and of course i received a smoking room, it smelled awful,my 2 year old daughter could barely sleep because of the smell. i called the front desk and they told me , there was nothing they could do except come spray the room with some room spray..i said no, i wanted another room that was […] smoke free just like i had requested before but they did not do anything about..horrible customer service..the room was dirty and smelly,very very old nothing updated.they're was people outside my front door from the next room seating outside drinking beer and eating in the floor at 1am and the hotel allows that..DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL..everything very old and dirty อ่านเพิ่มเติม

I enjoyed my stay here. I asked for a quiet room and the lady at the front desk made sure I got a quiet room. Was clean and comfortable. Is close to Disney and many restaurants, etc. The reason I picked this hotel is because of another reviewer who stated that she stays here all the time when her family goes to disney. check in and out was very easy. the food was good. we could walk to Old Town. and it was close to Disney. my family had a great time at the pool. we will definitely be back next year.

was okay as far as a hotel can be. nothing too brag about. the microwave didn't work. there was a resort fee. 5.65 per night, so that was another 11.00 I had to spend. I am still trying to figure out which theme park they were close enough to. don't think I will be staying there again.
