This hotel was a big disappointment. The wireless didn't work for 2 days, the sleep by number bed didn't work consistently, the toilet wouldn't flush completely without holding down the handle. The rooms were small and customer service was at best poor. When going to the hotel bar, once at 10pm and another night at 9pm we were told it was closed (early, […] who knew?) "Too Many Broken Things--stay away!!"
We are NOT picky people and dismissed all the reviews we read as people being overly picky. WRONG! I researched to find a hotel with an indoor pool to use after a long day in D.C. The heater didn't work and my kids hated it--hard to make it too cold for a child right??? They were popsicles. The internet was down for 24 hours, the Coke machine was sold […] out, we got stuck in the elevator twice in one night, the special Number bed was broken ... Anyway, we are NOT picky, but this was ridiculous. On a positive note, this is at the end of the Blue line on the metro into DC and the van drives you for free. There is free parking and they have very nice people working at the front desk. "Hotel is just ok"
The hotel was ok. My main problem was that the room smelled weird, not bad, just weird. It was pretty clean and the bed was comfortable. The furnishings were very cheap and one of the lamps did not work. The staff was uninterested in us when we checked in, but nicer the next day. It is a short drive to the metro station.

the best feature is location and friendly staff. Main complaint was the fact that when the room was serviced for the day, there were no clean[replacement] towels. I actually had returned to the room at 2:30p.m to change for an event and the attendant did not have "any" clean towels or washcloths to put in our rooms; at 3:10 when I left the room they […] still had not arrived. My overall stay was satisfying. Staff were willing to quickly address my concerns. Didn't like the fact that internet service came at an extra cost. Room service was expensive as well. When I initially arrived on my floor, the carpet was being replaced. I tripped over the supplies. Hallway was a mess. A bucket of glue was sitting outside my door. "Right off the beltway good location"
Great location close to shops & right off the beltway
I had a sleepover for my 10year old. The hotel is known for double room parties. They ran out of rags and towels, no pillows or extra blanets... Some of the girls rode the elevator down to the pool and they were stuck in there for 20 Minutes. The event was very overwhelming for the girls. This bhotel was not in the same class as other Raddison Hotels I have visited. It really needs a makeover to make it a place to recommed I weighed it in a balance and I found it wanting.

This was my second time staying at the hotel. The location was my main reason for choosing. The hotel has a shuttle bus that drops you off and picks you up from places with in a particular distance. This includes the metro station, as well as the boulevard shopping center. What I also found to be a plus was the free internet and the sleep number beds. […] Service was to be commended. I had only one complaint and that was that there was an employee who was travelling the main elevator with a garbage container and as we walked in the scent that he left behind was unpleasant. This was just one time however. "Great hotel for a great price"
Didn't particularly care for the sleep number bed, but other than that it was great.
"Nice and convenient"
The only issue I had was with room service, which was non existent until after 5 pm, however the menu states 6am-. Customer service was great, rooms very clean.

"Radisson Hotel - Largo MD"
Lobby is very nice - the staff was friendly and always spoke when we excited and entered. Room was good but the mattress was HORRIBLE! My husband and I left hurting pretty bad - bed was very, very hard and uncomfortable. We attended an NFL game so the proximity to FedEx Field was perfect - can see the stadium from the hotel. My only issue is that I really did not feel welcomed. No one said "Hi" or "welcome to the Radisson" or anything like that. It seemed that everyone was ticked off or something. You need to make people feel welcomed. You need to make people feel at home. I felt none of those.

"WORST EVER"
This was the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in. First, we call to ask about check in time and were told 11 am, but when we get there it's actually 3 pm so we have to go all the way back to DC to spend the day. When we do check in we were advised that the king size bed we reserved was considered a "preference" so we had to take a room with 2 […] doubles instead. The room was filthy with trash all around the bed, candy stuck on the comforter and a disgusting "smear" on the toilet seat. We had come for a redskins game and the ONLY reason we went with this hotel instead of something much nicer in DC was because this hotel advertised a shuttle service to the game. I verified this over the phone before booking the hotel and at check in only to find out an hour before the game that no shuttle service was being offerred. We were told a taxi service would handle transportation at the same price, but no taxis were available after the game and we ended up walking back to the hotel. It's not the best neighborhood either. "Easy access to metro station"
The Hotel offers a shuffle bus service that is very convenient. The personnal is available to bring you and pick you up to the metro station. We really appreciated that service. The employees were very helpful and courteous.

Hotel staff and management are superb. Very efficient, friendly and helpful. Hotel is convenient to Metro station and DC attractions. Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Washington area.
Hotel was nicely furnished; however, nothing was replenished when we had used up, ie. facial tissues, coffee, creamer, hand towels. The bedskirt had something spilled on it from a previous guest. Couldn't find a luggage cart when we arrived.

The hotel needs to ensure that both elevators are working. There was an earthquake during my stay and most of the staff left and didn't bother to sound the alarm until about 15 minutes later. "Not A Good Experience"
The Hotel service seemed fine. However, I am not sure if they reserve certain rooms (non-appealing ones), for guests who book thru travel websites, but I believe we stayed in the worst room imaginable. Where do I start with room 201. It must be located over the hotel boiler or the hotel restaurant's kitchen because the room was scorching hot. We turned […] the thermostat down to 50, but the room never got cooler than 77 degrees. The bathroom was also blazing hot, whether the heat from the lights in there, when we originally checked in the room, the bathroom tiles were so warm we thought the bathroom had heated tiles. The carpet outside the bathroom and by the bed closest to the bathroom was also very warm. I am sure this is appealing in the dead of winter, however when it is 91 degrees outside it was not. The beds were also some of the most uncomfortable EVER. They were a "Sleep Number" model bed, which originally thought was very upscale. However, it ended up being a nightmare. Room was clean. Staff was great. Pool had very limited hours and was not clean. No continental breakfast. Shuttle to the Metro was excellent with very little wait time. Had a mouse in our room.

We were at the hotel only one night so we didn't mind to much the fact that they only had a king room with a pull out sofa bed. We traveled with 2 children and were hoping for a bed but as I said it was only one night. The hotel was clean and everyone was helpful. I was concerned about bed bugs as I noticed this was a big issue on trip advisor. I tore […] the room and bed apart and everything was clean. We never saw a bed bug. I still, however, kept all luggage in the bathtub which is the best place so as not to track any of the critters home. We booked the hotel based on the close proximity to the FedEx Field and shuttle service. When we got to the hotel we noticed a $15 fee per person for the shuttle. Our family of four booked the shuttle for convenience. I DON'T recommend doing this!! It took us an hour to get to the game because the driver had no idea where he was going and coming home took 2hrs!!!!! It was awful. We sat and watched car after car go and this driver just sat in the line waiting. People got off the bus to walk which is what I would have done if I didn't have 2 small children with me and a busy highway to cross!! If we were ever to book again for a game I would use the hotel but AVOID the shuttle service. It was a nightmare. The Gentleman who checked me in had no idea that breakfast was served on site, choosing instead to give me the address of the nearest MacDonald's. The sleep number beds are awful!. The shower tap wouldn't turn off once it came on. The staff had no idea about the shuttle system that was at running from their hotel to Fed ex field, stranding several passengers […] including ourselves. Liked that the staff brought us to and from Metro. Breakfast (make your own waffles, eggs, bacon, plus continental) was outrageously expensive like a really nice hotel breakfast buffet (and we thought it was included -- like at a Quality Inn). No prices were posted. That would be bad enough, but the food was terrible! They ran out of bacon, the eggs […] were horrible, the juice was watery and bitter. I truly regret eating at the hotel. "Radisson Hotel Largo - Easy access to the Metro"
The Hotel is in a nice area, and the hotel is clean. We do not care for sleep number beds, and we were rather confused in trying to use them. Some instructions in the room for using the sleep number beds would have been helpful. One of the biggest problems we had with the hotel was the temperature. It was just too hot in the room, and never below 78 […] F, and often times higher in our room. We could not adjust the air conditioning in the room. The hallways were even hotter than our room. The bathroom didn't have a vent fan, and was unbearable to shower in without the door open. The shower handle also came off in our hands. The other main problem at this hotel is parking. They seem to have events on the weekends, and do not give priority parking to the guest who are actually staying in the hotel. We had 3 or 4 nights out of our 8 nights when we could not find a parking space in the hotel lot. The price for the room was very reasonable, and it was nice to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room. This would be a nice place to stay if the management would cool the rooms and hallways better, install vent fans in the bathrooms, and handle parking differently. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Hotel was close to metro rail; even had shuttle service to the station. Was a convenient way to get in and out of DC without messing around with traffice and parking.

While the rooms could use an upgrade, we had no complaints about our stay. Definately a value. While we were there, they carpet in the lobby was being replaced. Great Value, convenient to Metro via shuttle, heated indoor pool and a very cooperative staff. From front desk to pool to restaurant to housekeeping, they have a plan to maintain your creature comfort and accomodate needs. Great that my pet could stay as well that is the reason we chose this location and it worked wonderfully.
