Positives: Excellent check-in process, valet parking, professional and attentive staff, copious meeting space, well-maintained lobby and public areas, views of the small lake adjacent to the property. Rooms seemed a little more aged since previous visit, but they were clean and decent. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was very adequate and easy to find.

We had two rooms. One reg. kg. and other deluxe king. Reg. was $109.00 and deluxe was $119.00. We could absolutely tell no difference in the two rooms. Is this false advertising? We were told the deluxe was a larger room.

The hotel rooms need to be renovated immediately. The wall paper was coming off, there were water stains on the walls, the room was also very dusty and just unkept. I was very dissatisfied. Will never stay here again. Definitely does not live up to the Westin name.

A really nice hotel close to mall and lots of resterants,we were happy to have take out delivered and champagne. Great escape it was our second visit . Will return had a great room rate

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was very comfortable and clean. The restaurant was good, but pricy. The only downfall was having to pay for wireless in the room, or use the free access in the lobby.

The staff was great and very helpful the only thing that sucked was the room was a little small but it was no big deal. the bed was so comfy!!!!! You deff have to upgrade to the breakfast buffet so worth it! They treat you like royalty here, when you walk through the lobby all the staff smiles and says hello. Too many "add on's" Breakfast Internet Funny thing my Netflix program works perfectly well on all other servers, but would not link in on the hotel internet (which you pay some $12 a day). However works perfectly well when you try on another internet outside the hotel. You would think they block it so you would buy there TV movies, as if.

Room was small, many amenities were not present. Stayed at a Holiday Inn Express the night before that was much nicer. Will not revisit this hotel ever. Maybe two stars at best.

Nothing special about this hotel. Room was small, bath adequate, overall just ordinary. I would hate to pay published rates for mediocrity. One real turn off was the attempt to charge 12.95 for in room internet service. Other than a money grab--WHY?? The staff was very accommodating, friendly, and welcoming. The rooms could use some upgrading. Overall experience was great. I would stay again.

Hotel was clean but the furnishings (carpets and room furniture) were worn and dated.

friendly front desk staff and bar staff. My Bloody Mary was made deliously. We spent one night in the hotel; we had an event to attend and did not spend much leisure time there. That noted - our brief interaction with the staff was superior. The room was everything it should be and the cost was exceptional.

Given a different room than I booked. Room service was incompetent and rude. I had to pester over and over to get an order of cereal delivered, which ended up taking 1.5 hours. This is only the first night so far.

I picked this Hotel in spite of it's higher nightly rate expecting Westin quality and it fell short. The staff was pleasant and the room was clean but overall the entire Hotel is in desperate need of a facelift.

Upside: Really nice hotel. Beautiful inside & out. Everyone's friendly. Downside: They charge $1/bottle for water in your room (the Florida Hotel & Conference Center charged less per night and gave you two FREE bottles of water with each night's stay). No free internet (not even in the lobby)? Couldn't break a $20 bill for me at the front desk. Hello? […] Even a Super 8 could easily do that. Disappointing. There were a few shaving hairs in my sink from a previous occupant. Not excessive but noticeable. old poorly maintain hotel

You pay extra, and dearly, for everyome. The only ammentities that come withthe room is basic TV, Showtime and shampoo and conditioner. Internet is $12.95 extra a day ... no free coffee or anything else. Food is good but very expensive. If you have an expense account the nthis is ok.. but I would not recommend if you're footing the bill personally.

I was worried because of some reviews I saw, but the hotel was fine. The bed was spectacular...I NEED a pillowtop at home. Not only a great mattress, but good triple sheeting, two comforters, tons of pillows. Big window over a little manmade lake w/ a fountain. A/C worked well, and that bit of damp smell in the room was immediately gone once I upped […] the A/C. Nice clean linens and confortable bed. Dirty , small bathroom with peeling wallpaper and dirty floor. Full length mirror in closet and not easy to get to. Won't stay at this hotel again, better choices in the area!

I was dissapointed with the hotel and my room as it did not meet expectations of a Westin. This property needs rennovation ASAP. The employees were kind and professional, and were understanding of my dissapointment. Best efforts were made to accomodate as they cheerfully substituted my room for another. For the money it was a great value, with a nice breakfast buffet each day. Needs some new carpet in guest hallways and the toilet paper is of POOR QUALITY which drives me nuts. Beds are very comfortable but towels were a bit abrasive. The adjacent Concourse Athletic Club is fantastic, although there is an additional charge for its use. The desk clerk was very nice. After the first night, the maid took our used towels and did not leave us any towels and when we returned about 3pm that afternoon, I called to request new ones and was told they would be delivered. Well, we left for an event and returned about midnight and still no towels. If took 4 more calls and til 130 am to get them. […] The carpet was stained in our room and the carpet in the halls were nasty stained and had tracks of carpet rolling up. Had. The hotel is in an office-park area, which is great if you want to be away from the traffic and crowd of downtown Atlanta or Buckhead traffic. The staff was friendly, the food on-site had great selections and was tasty, and the room was comfortable.

Very nice hotel, for good price. About a mile from the Marta station so we could get to downtown without the high prices or traffic problems of a big ballgame weekend. Nice view of the fountain and water feature from our room.
