Courtyard by Marriott Minneapolis Eden Prairie - อีเดนแพรรี

Our family of 4 stayed for a weekend while in town for a basketball tournament. It is a nice hotel with a modern feel, but we didn't feel like the rooms were roomy at all. We booked a room with a king size bed, pull out sofa and ordered a roll-a-way, as that was all that was left. The pull out sofa was very small and could only sleep one and there was […] no roll-a-ways left when we got there, despite the fact one was reserved for us. There was NO room for one any way, as the room was very crowded with no room to lounge. So we ended up our 16 year old in the pull-out and our 14 year old on the floor one night and switched around the next night, our 16 year old was so uncomfortable, he crawled into bed with us! There is no vent for the bathroom so the bathroom and area outside the bathroom available for getting ready is very hot and steamy following each shower. I also missed not having any complimetary breakfast in the morning, as you find in so many hotels. It was very nice and a very clean hotel. We would forsure stay there again.

The room was very clean. They also didn't bill us when the kids hit the pay per view option on screen, i called and they cleared it right away... the only down side to the room is there is not many normal TV options for kids so you most likely WILL be purchasing them a movie! The pool area was clean and very well stocked, but the pool is NOT heated […] so the water is chilly. Hot tub is spacious. Overall the stay was great. Very nice hotel with an extremely comfortable bed and balcony off of the room. Affordable and was very close to many of the citie's attractions (including MOA) and close to interstate. Hotel staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Our GPS would not locate the hotel when we got to Eden Prairie. I called the hotel for directions and spoke with Jodi! She got me there and stayed on the phone with me until I arrived safely!! She was VERY friendly and helpful to us. The next morning Jodi was working again and gave us directions to all the food establishments in the area as well as […] directions to the Mall of America, on Saturday night, we had to take my nephew to the hospital as he was having difficulty breathing. The gentleman at the desk gave me directions, wrote them down and even drew me a map as to how to get there. The staff went above and beyond to help us out. We ate at the restuarant there that night and the gentleman that was working was very nice. he was laughing and joking with us while we waited for the food. the rooms were more than I expected. VERY clean! Didnt get a chance to go to the pool area as my nephew was sick, but i can only imagine it would be top quality also. Again...thanks Jodi and all the staff for all your help. the hotel is in excellent condition. we were able to use the pool and spa in March, which is a plus. an excellent value for the price and only 11 miles from the airport.

Beautiful hotel. Nicely decorated and well staffed.

The hotel and rooms were nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable. There is a nice TV and sitting area in the room, but there is not a microwave or refridgerator.. We went in a side entrance and that was not completely clean. The outdoor area was a bit untidy and the garbage was full. The hotel was great, but we woke up to housekeeping having a very heated discussion. Finally someone came out in the hallway and yelled at them. Hopefully they learned we could all hear their discussion and to take it somewhere else.

I always try to stay at this Courtyard when I am in the cities! It is a convenient location. I stay here with my high school students and I trust it. I love the lobby remodel and the coffee is great!

Clean room, extremely comfortable bed. Will stay again next time we go

Our room was the best. The pool and spa were the best. The breakfast setup was disaster. The waiting line was long and slow, the orders were filled slow, the breads ran out, the breakfast was cold, the seating tables were unkept. I miss the buffet-style breakfast.

We had a wonderful get away. Everything was clean and neat and quite. I will visit there again!

Great hotel....very clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was getting a bag shipped back to us that we forgot. After we got back home we had realized we had forgotten our bag of bathroom things which of course had our eye glasses, medication, make-up, hair goods....we called the hotel right away and they had it at the front desk. Never heard anything back so we called back the next day and they said it would be shipped.....4 days later we still had not received it....called again and they said it had just been shipped that day because they were busy and had a hard time finding a box. Obviously I know it was our fault forgetting it in the first place but it was just disappointing knowing it wasn't somewhat more important to get it back to us. I read recent reviews on the hotel I almost didn't book it becasue I didn't want to be bothered by the contruction they mentioned. Turns out it was mostly done except for part of the lobby. The decor is an Asian feel with nice reddish and soft yellow colors. Nice enough staff. The courtyard in the middle of the hotel helps you to forget you are in a […] metropolitan area. and most rooms have balconies. The rooms were spacious and clean. Even though we had a room on the very end of the top floor, you would usually hear the early risers slamming doors like they do (I'll never understand that!), but i only heard one faint noise of a door shutting, otherwise it was totally quiet - at all hours! I was impressed. The price was right too. Keep in mind this hotel is flanked with a hotel on each side, and they probably paid double in one night for what we paid for two! My wife and I stayed here for a quick weekend. The rooms were newly remodeled and very comfortable. The rooms across the courtyard are currently under construction, so that was blocked off. Didn't affect our stay one bit. Pool and hot tub were in great shape and not crowded. Change from a ground floor room to a room on the 2nd floor was no problem […] at checkin. Warm oatmeal was gone by 9:30am, but plenty of other options to choose from. Service personal were very friendly and always there to greet us when walking by. Don't go here. The hotel is under major renovation and most of the amenties are also. They bravely struggle on with substitutes but this place is one to avoid until they are done. In the past it was fine. And to my dismay, this is something Hotels.com didn't tell me about. There are others in the neighborhood, go there.

It was a great stay....will stay again, only thing they had some constriction, but it didn't interfere with our stay at all. Loved the room!!

This was a great place to crash for the night and get a good night's sleep. Despite being under lobby renovation, the service was great and very friendly. The ONLY downside was the absence of wireless internet access. They did have free broadband internet in the room, but you had to plug-in to get this, so only one computer at a time. It was clean and the service was amazing. It was about 10 minutes from the mall and the neighborhood was very quiet. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice hotel and amenities for Eden Prairie, MN location. However: hotel mgmt let a hotel guests from a wedding party stay amongst us others and kept us up with noise. Hotel areas were under construction etc. Dis-organized

Everything is FABULOUS except: Must use ethernet; no wifi. These days this is a big drawback for the average consumer. Even the Super 8 I had to stay in the next night had a wifi router at each end of the hotel. WIFI would make this place perfect. In the room booklet you ask us to join you for breakfast. It is not stated that the buffet is $10.95. I think that should be made clear. We enjoyed the breakfast but would suggest that at that price you use "real" plates & silverware.

the people at the front desk could not have been nicer,loved my room and made use of the gazbo.short stay but will be back

Everyone at the Courtyard by Marriot was kind and very helpful. The hotel was pleasantly placed in a nice neighborhood and conveniently very close to both the mall and valleyfair!! Im glad that this is where we stayed!

We only stayed here one night but it was very comfortable and quiet. The room was clean. The staff was very friendly.

We were very impressed with this hotel! We've stayed in much worse for more money in the past. The king bed was comfortable, even had a sleeper loveseat for our daughter. The desk and coffee tables nested under the table, so there was still walking room when we pulled out the loveseat. The tv was a hi-def flat screen on a pull-out swivel stand, so we […] could see it from anywhere. Loved the cabinets in the sink area for extra storage of toiletry items! Also, the bathroom was the cleanest hotel bathroom I've ever seen! Each room has a patio or balcony as well. My only complaint was that we had the "do not disturb" sign on the doorknob and the housekeeper came in anyhow. My husband got motion sickness on the rides at Valleyfair so I brought him back to the hotel to sleep it off. He was trying not to throw up and trying to sleep when the lady knocked a couple times fairly quietly, then came in. He asked her if she saw the sign so she backed out and left. The front desk called twice after that and left messages saying they honored the do not disturb sign and asked us to let them know if we needed towels or linens. When I brought it to their attention, the front desk said it was a temp and it was documented that she goofed, and if she were to ever return to work there, she would be given a lecture about that. Stayed for 3 nights purchased the breakfast buffet for $10 a night more and it was totally worth it. Sat out in the courtyard with no bugs. Will stay there again.

Used coffee grounds left in single cup coffee maker, mold/mildew on shower curtain. front desk staff not very courtious, no refrigerator or microwave in hotel room, ironing board in room broken, hotel room not vacuumed on the weekend. Cleaning staff entered into hotel room without knocking.

Great hotell, but didn't have wifi!

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Our bed was very comfortable. Only had a couple of issues of our stay, we had just checked in and the front desk did state they were testing the fire alarms, not a problem. we had not been in our room 15 minutes and a knock came on our door and before we could get to the door a door key was used to open and […] it was the man testing the fire alarm. the thing that bothered us was he didnt give one of us enough time to answer the door before he used a hotel key to open our door. secondly the next morning which was a saturday a knock on our door at 830am. my husband was showering so i answered the door still in my robe and it was the cleaning staff wanting to clean already that early. i should of put the "do not disturb" sign on the door. i feel the cleaning staff should check in with the front desk management as to which rooms are scheduled to check out each day and wait for at least the check out time to clean. อ่านเพิ่มเติม
