Hotel nice. I was there for OTC. It is about a 30 minute drive from just about anywhere. Cab service outside of the hotel was decent. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lots of construction going on in the area now so traffic was terrible.

Room was not properly cleaned (ice bucket had left overs from previous guest). Hair dryer and alarm clock did not work. Front desk staff was dressed in jeans. Not very professional. I have never seen that in a $300 per night hotel.

Great for business travelers. The staff was friendly and helpful. Provided free transportation within the 2-3 miles from the hotel. The restaurant food was reasonably priced and had various types of food. I'm a vegetarian/vegan, and the menu had foods that addressed my need. Buffet breakfast and lunch had a good selection. Decent old Hotel. Stay away from the Restaurant. The food is not appealing and flavor Hotel is in a not so bad area close to in a construction expressway. I wont stay here again, for sure.

Stayed here twice now. Have not been disappointed. Front desk is always accommodating. Spacious rooms. Downside to the surrounding area is the construction going on. Otherwise its a good location.

I like the hotel but we pay for breakfast and they affer only cafe, some pieces of fruit, bread and juice. Other hotels offer best continental breakfast.

Love this hotel! It has the best location with easy access to everything. Covered parking is readily available, and especially nice if it rains. Good restaurant & nice lounge. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

I have stayed at this Sheraton 4 times and each time had great experiences. Always clean, nice view, free parking.

nice hotel, surrounded by highway construction so it was a little hard to get to and lots of construction noise

I liked at lot !!! they are Pet friendly but realy kind with my dog. Was very clean, the only thing I missed was the little fridge in the room.

I have stayed at this hotel many many times because it's very close to my work location. However, the constant road construction in the area can affect my commute and travel. It's beyond the control of the hotel. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable (love the bed and pillow) and everything is upscale. Stayed at Club level for 2 nights and found the club lounge very spacious and convenient for meeting a client or two. Cocktail hour had only 1 food choice.

enjoyed it, friendly staff , club lounge was nice but only for a place to sit snack. easy to check in and out, asked for extra pillows+blankets , got it in no time and they gave us a bunch ! we stayed the night dec 8 2012. my husbands truck was robbed of all of his hunting gear. gun camo, cross bow everything. there were supposed to be 2 security guards on duty and the parking lot was supposed to be surveilanced but somehow 5 vehicles total were broke into and no security guard seen a thing and nothing, nothing at al,l was picked up on […] the camera which i do not understand how seeing as how the gun was a 300 win mag in a case abt 5ft long and the cross bow also in a case which is also very large along with a duffle bag full of misc hunting gear. the general manager tom was not helpful, he just said "sorry, you shouldnt leave anything in your vehicle ever" which is very true and tht was definitely a mistake on our part but the least they can do is aide in trying to find these bandits. Tom also would not release the name of the security company they use or anything. so when they say that they have surveilance and security guards dont believe them. if u get robbed going to or leaving your vehicle you are pretty much just that: ROBBED. dont expect any help or support from these guys. the police officer said tht this area is hit constantly, but yet when i asked Tom abt this of course, being the general manager, he denied it but i dont see why a police officer which was very helpful would lie abt such a thing. not only will i never be staying here again but i recommend tht u dont either for your own safety and security! อ่านเพิ่มเติม

We four sisters came for our brother's birthday celebration and was very happy with the accommodations except for requesting two beds in each room, we ended up with two roll-aways, but they were comfy so all okay. The quality of the room was nice. I had to change rooms because of outside noise. The hotel was accommodating and assisted the room change without delay. Overall, the hotel was ok but seemed a little ran down.

The overall interior of the hotel was nicely done and was really great on the eye. The rooms were older but thoughtfully done. There were signs of wear and tear, such as tiles cracking, areas needed to be grouted..etc. The biggest complaint was the lack of sound control from the room to the corridors. The doors may as well have been non existent. A […] drunk young man and his friends stood outside in the hallway cussing and talking loudly, it was as though they were in our room at 1 am! Needless to say we didn't get much sleep and they continued running up and down the halls slamming doors and yelling to girls. There also happened to be 5 weddings I was told going on that weekend. The hotel looks great and probably would be a higher rating if not for the access. The best way to get here is only Southbound. Otherwise, one has to go drive for about another 1 mile or two in a loop to get to the entrance. The room also had weak water pressure. But, the appearance is clean, the room is very comfortable. Nice hotel with a good clean feel as well as modern day appearance. Room was comfortable and very nice. TV was huge, bed comfortable, large bar downstairs, Gym, FREE wi-fi and parking! Anytime I'm in Houston I will be staying at this hotel. Construction was a bit tough so may take an extra minute to figure out how to get there.

Good deal for the price range. We stayed on the 9th floor, which geve is access to the hotel lounge, which had fresh starbucks coffee, afternoon snacks and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The overall experience was good.

Noise from highway very loud - stayed in room 749, but signs to guide you only went up to 748. I felt the pillows were low quality, and so were the bathroom fixtures. Television was an LG, which I feel is an inferior product. Picture quality was not what I have experience in other hotels.

The hotel was very nice, road work on 610 Hwy was another deal, but since we were there on a weekend it did not bother us. Will stay here again.

The quality of the room was lower than what was expected.. The water pressure in restroom was dissatisfiying. The choice of T.V. channels was disappointing, And the cost of anything extra was outracious.
