More amenities. NO Guest laundry. I found the laundry room, but it was out of service. Do you know how hard it is to find a laundry when you travel? You really need to upgrade and have a working laundry. Most everything else was fine.

Nice hotel, although I think our room had been remodeled recently--it still had a hint of new carpet smell or something similar. Didn't notice it after a little while. The room was nice but fairly basic--one corner was empty (could have used a chair or small couch, even). We had trouble getting the SleepNumber control to work and finally gave up. Our […] room was near the ice machine, which was very loud when we were in the hall, but could not be heard inside the room; the door and walls seemed to be very well sound-proofed. Parking lot could be bigger--I assume the hotel was full or close to it, but finding parking was a bit difficult. I stayed at this hotel with my daughter for a shopping trip get away. The check in area is large, clean and comfortable. All the staff I came in contact with were friendly and very good at their jobs. This hotel is located directly across the street from a Reasors super market, so if anything gets forgotten it's no problem at all! There is a little […] indoor waterpark with rope bridge, water slide and more for the kiddos. The rooms are super clean and the beds are sleep number, so super comfy. It was nice clean and really next to everything

There were no light bulbs in any of the lamps, the walls are paper thin, and I found black hair all over the comforter! The bar downstairs was very rowdy and hotel guests stomped up and down the hallway all night long. 2 kids ages 6 and 7 loved the pool, plus it's open at 7 am. Zero entry, and no deep areas. Hot tub within a few feet of pool.

The hotel was great as was the service, I'm sure we will definitely stay at this location again. The indoor pool was much smaller than it appears on the website, but fine for smaller children.

over priced- old hotel

For those of you who took a cruise 20 years ago, the bathroom has what appears to be the same interior. The carpet dated, had a long protruding crease through the middle of the room. The sleep number bed, while a neat idea, didn't work. The bar was not a nightcap spot, as there was some group with names on their shirts loud and obnoxious.
