the stay was nice, we were early and they wanted $100 more, not much on shuttles, just seemed everywhere you turned they wanted a pice of you

I spent around $200 for a night coz i needed double beds. But thats it. For $200 you just get 2 double beds. They don't even give you water for free. No bay view or even pool/gym access. You can completely forget about breakfast or even wifi being complimentary. Atlantic city 5 star hotels provide better service than them.

Well after the first night, it was great! First night we had woman in room next to us screaming and crying for hours. When we heard her, we called for security. They checked but crying , sobbing, and banging door lasted through the night. At one point we were so frightened that we stacked our suitcases in front of our door! We arrived at 1pm and checked in. The service was outstanding from the time we arrived until we left. We would not stay any place else. Right next to downtown too...

I have booked this hotel prior to my Cruise. The room was very comfortable and met my expectation. I was worried about finding a storage for my luggages as I wasn't intend to travel with all of them. I recently stayed at Intercontinental Miami with my family and had a great time. The hotel is perfectly located next to the bay, park and running path. View from the room was spectacular and I was impressed by the entire staff. Nice outdoor swimming pool, loved the hotel lobby. I will definitely stay at this hotel again

What a GORGEOUS hotel!! The vibe is amazingly Miami....and the "Dancing Lady Of Night" on the side of the building was so COOL! Everything that ANYTHING is within walking distance! I was very upset with this Hotel. I was charged twice! And I had a number of other charges. I called them and it took them three weeks it finally get everything taken care of. Hotel location was great.

For about 4 days of staying at a"5star" we couldn't even get hot water in our shower. When you pay top dollar you at least expect the basics. The excuse that was given is that we are at capacity sorry sir try again later on. Which is ridiculous because even at any other hotel when they are at capacity you are able to get water. It was convenient to cruise ship dock. We wish they would have had an airport shuttle. We felt it was too expensive. My cousin stayed there in January and paid half the amount for the same type of room.

My stay here was brief but the room was spotless and the bed extremely comfortable. The location is wonderful. Parking is pricey and the minibar needed more mixers- those are my only complaints. I wasn't here long enough to try the food. I would stay here again.

great hotel in the heart of downtown miami easy access from airport by taxi at $25 and about same distance to miami beach cruise port is a 10 minute walk. 2 mins walk is restaurants and shops at bayside. great hotel will definetly use again.

Overall stay was ok, not every thing wired in the room. Found a roach on the wall . Some of the resturant staff were unpleasant .

Very nice hotel close to the bay market and park where you can find restaurants. All the staffs were cordial and professional. The internet was not included with the room, had to pay extra.

I was really happy, it was only 15 min from airport, 12 min to the port. The view was amazing. It was 10 min walk to the plz , it has restaurents and shops. They only thing they should have a internet and shuttle .

Phenom location.Incredible service ,especially at Front Desk and the floating Host. Overnight parking fee was a bit extreme and the $1 per bag fee for storing luggage was insulting and low class for a premiere hotel.

If you need to be near the Port of Miami for a cruise, this is very close, and you can walk to the Bayside shopping area from there, but there is no smoking at this hotel as I was promised. I had to get dressed and walk across to the cab area to have a cigarette. It was degrading.

Loved the location, very close to public transport and to local hotels. The room was very clean and hotel staffs were very nice and helped when i asked for directions. I could not recommend to for room services, because its very expensive, other than that its a pleasure to stay in Intercontinental hotel.

The room is excellent but the bathroom was moldy ceiling, triggering toilet broken and the shower did not worked (but in 15 minutes the shower was repaired), but not the rest.

Clean and comfortable hotel, convenient location to nearby park, friendly service, only thing is the valet parking which costs $36 per day.

Like to commend the efficiency and great service we received from Juan Carlos the concierge who managed to get us a car hire for a day when there were no available cars in Miami .It made our family reunion possible . Awesome location. Awesome hotel. Great for people wanting a place to stay the night before a cruise. There is lots to do near the water and the free monorail is right outside the door.
