We recently returned to the Hotel Lotti, and found it as good as we remembered. We were upgraded to an Executive room on the first floor, overlooking the Rue de Castiglione. The room was very large, with a settee, coffee table and various chairs. There was also a dressing table, a desk and a chest of drawers. The bathroom was also large, and well appointed. […] In spite of overlooking a main road, the room was very quiet. The position is very convenient, being a few steps from the Rue de Rivoli, and a five minuted walk from the Opera. We did not have breakfast in the hotel, as it was not included in the room rate, and was expensive. There are plenty of places nearby which serve breakfast. Have stayed before and will stay again. One of the few Parisian hotels where the client is still considered as a valuable guest.

This is one of the top five hotels I ever stayed in. Great location, great room, great stay.

As a physically disabled guest the room was great. It was wonderful to have a taxi rank just outside but one of your concierges (senior man) did not understand that I could enter a taxi that was an ordinary type sedan car eg merceydes. He insisted I take the first cab off the rank which caused me many problems and expense UNTIL HE FINALLY LISTENED AND […] UNDERSTOOD that my needs were different from an able bodied person as well as a permanent wheelchair person. In otherwords I could get into a taxi that was not high off theground using my crutches. This type of taxi was not always at the head of the queue and I had to be selective. This hotel is very nice. The rooms are good size by French Standards. The Air Conditioning actually works. The staff is nice. They have free wi fi in the lobby, but not in the rooms. Its' not cheap, but compared to some other hotels close by it is reasonable. The neighborhood and great. You can walk to many places and the Metro is just 2 blocks awa […] y. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Arrived early morning & was told "our room" wasn't ready but if we would pay a hefty supplement upgraded rooms were available; being a hotel executive I know that all the upgraded rooms were not going to be sold the day of, especially at full rate; I'm certain the only reason was that we were paying a low hotels.com rate; we should have been accommodated […] as a courtesy which would have been no loss to the hotel; the desk clerk was a bit rude as well; we got a taxi in front of the hotel to go to one of the most famous restaurants in Paris; I gave the driver the address and the Concierge said I was wrong and gave a different address; I knew I was right but the Concierge insisted he was right and the driver took us to the Concierge's wrong address which cost us $15 in added taxi fare; I told this to the Concierge the next day; he argued with me for a moment then looked up the address & admitted he was wrong; he offerred us a free drink to apologize; we went for our drink and waited for a half hour and no one took our order; my husband finally found the waiter; he ordered a drink with tonic and was told they ran out of tonic; I asked the turn-down housekeeper for an iron and board - she said she'd bring them "if she could find them" -she didn't; 2nd night no turn-down at all; everything was always politely corrected but the hotel service is not at all crisp; the TV was a very old-fashioned enormous one; no wi-fi in the rooms; อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Jolly is in the best area of Paris for 1st timers. it is between the Ritz and the Westin and 1 block from the Tullieres. You cannot go wrong with this property. The price, location and comfort deserve 5 stars!

Stayed at the Hotel Lotti in Paris for x 2 nights in Feb 2011. Hotel is in an extremely nice area of town just a few doors down from the Ritz.. Ideally located to explore paris on foot which was important to us for a short stay. Drinks / Food prices are expensive but this is now typical of Paris. Concierge service was extremely useful for a short stay […] and were very professional and friendly. Room had a few small problems such as shower screen didnt stop water going onto bathroom floor , however overall this hotel is worth the money if you are an a short trip to Paris. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Poor customer service staff. Doormen watch you come and go and wait for you to carry your own luggage inside before they offer to assist. Virtually no Air Conditioner - had to open windows on to a loud street all night. At this price, you deserve more than just a great location.

Paris ist immer eine Reise wert. Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut. Die Bedienung an der Reception und das Personal freundlich. Die Zimmer veraltet.

Det beste ved hotellet er dets beliggenhet.Hadde ventet noe mer av et hotel som prover å være i toppskiktet og som har et høyt prisnivå. Skulle være pusset opp i 2010 men maling flasset av på badevegger, kjøleskap virket ikke. Concierge skulle ordne det men ingenting skjedde. Frokosten var grei. Men beliggenhet nær Opera/Madeleine/Louvre og gangavstand […] også til Champs Elysee og St.Germain Des Pres er topp. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

нам предоставили номер с лестницей и курящий. Мы были с ребенком 1 год. В номере отключался свет на 3 часа.

Goed hotel,centraal gelegen. Deluxe kamer is uitstekend, ook voor 3 personen. Geen ontbijt of diner genoten in het hotel. [Eigenlijk geen op- of aanmerkingen, was onze 2e keer in dit hotel. Prijs is wel aan de stevige kant, maar dat is dan ook het enige.

Gute Lage, nicht gerade sauber und störende Geräusche die ganze Nacht..

The hotel staff was very kind. The room was beautiful. The temperature was much to high in the room (we couldn't change it), but wel left the window open (3rd floor), so everything was fine. Location is awesome. I'd definately go there again. I hear people complaining about the price for the breakfast...but get over it: Paris just is expensive, also […] when you get your breakfast someplace else. ;-) Go there. Localização sensacional , perto de tudo , dá pra fazer quase tudo a pé. Ala nova do Hotel ficou ótima , confortável dentro da média de 4 estrelas. O único ponto negativo fica por conta dos preços internos de internet(ainda conbram), frigobar e room service que são proibitivos mas pra quem não usa nada disso recomendamos o Hotel. Nós voltaríamos.
