Hyatt Regency Miami - ไมอามี

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel. It was close to Bayside and we had an awesome view. The hotel rate was great. We would definitely book a room there again!

In general terms the stay was ok but the rooms needs a serious deep cleaning. Carpet in the room felt sticky and linens as well as towels had holes.

Our mini-suite was not as described. The corner units are not laid out as described. Since the hotel was booked we had little options, we had a few other glitches due to crowded weekend. THE STAFF WAS EXCELLENT, very helpful and gave us some credits toward our inconvenience. Overall we were treated well and fairly. Very convenient to our event.

Decent value, but if I would had a chance I would have paid more for a more decent hotel. The carpet was just plain nasty. Felt like walking on a cheap Chinese buffet, sticky

I paid for a normal 2 bed room one month in advance and the day i got there they gave my room away. i had to sleep on a sofa bed and all they could give me to make up for it was free breakfast... worst hotel ever.

Not at close to downtown Miami attractions or the port. I was hoping for more with that cost ... View of a roof and a window that didn't open. Rather outdated but fairly clean. Wouldn't stay here again.

very noisy (hotel corridor and external traffic). Bedding very uncomfortable. Rooms need serious renovations.

Great place to stay. We stayed two nights and had no major issues. The room wasn't fully serviced before we checked in, however.

The Hyatt staff was wonderful both at check in and in the restaurant. However, it is my opinion booking thru Hotels.com got us put in a "handicapped" room and that was not to our liking. The staff helped out but I would caution about the quality of room you will get if you don't book through the hotel directly. I won't do it again.

When i first got my room I was extremely disappointed. The carpet was old, dirty and lifted in the middle of the room. The room smelled awful. I called the front desk, complained, and was quickly upgraded to a suite. The carpet was a bit better, It was still old and had a sticky feeling when walking barefoot, the smell was a bit better, and the shower […] was a bit moldy. Hotel was fine. Valet service left much to be desired. $31 for parking is a huge ripoff.

For the love of god don't go to this hotel it is garbage. I don't know how it got 4 stars. The motel 6 has a better bathroom then them. The staff is rude. Nobody speaks English in the hotel. So don't bother to ack them a Q.Go some were else!!

Picked this hotle before leaving on a cruise out of the Port of Miami. We thought it would be a good idea to get a rental car to avoid taxi fees but when we got to the hotel we learned it was a bad choice. The parking for the hotel was reasonable (it was the same as all the others around), except you had to pay the price EVERY TIME you took you car […] out of the lot. I was a the strangest thing I had ever heard of. So this hotel is good if you are just looking for a plave to stay the night before a cruise. However no shuttle service was offered (airport or to port). The location of the hotel saved it for me because we were maybe a 5 minute walk to the huge market place with food. the pool area was nice, only it was chilly when we stayed so we didnt spend much time there. I attended a conference here this week - hotel itself is "OK", but room and hotel in general definitely showing it's age. The eating options were limited to one restaurant with a very limited and overpriced menu. No workout facility (that I could find). On the positive, the hotel staff was very friendly and professional.

It is a good hotel for business. Downtown is near by but is not very nice to walk around alone.

This hotel is old and it shows. The carpet in the room looked dirty, and the air conditioning is noisy as is the noise from the street. I was thankful my stay was for only one night but I feel it wasn't cheap for what it offers. The best thing it has is the location.

We stayed during the ING Miami Marathon and it's located 10 minutes away to/from marathon's start/finish line. Hotel's entrance and lobby is modern but the rooms are a little bit outdated and need some TLC. Prices are higher than similar hotels located in the surrounding area, but I won't regret if I need to stay again.

We stayed at the Hyatt to be close to American Airlines Arena and Bayside. Very easy to get around especially with the Metro Mover. Staff very friendly. Only issue we had was tub backed up when shower on so only one person could take a shower-would not drain so no one else could.

I stay in many hotels across the country and star rating is important. This hotel was not a 4 star. Room was worn and felt dirty. Carpets needed a good cleaning, grout in bathroom was tired and a bit moldy. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel if you think it is going to be a higher end stay.

the hotel needs a complete renovation, every floor is old and smelly, bathrooms are old restaurant is ok. good employees services at front desk, car park and restaurant

Well unfortunately for this hotel I had just stayed at the affinia NYC and The athletic club before arriving here for my miami leg of the trip. First reaction? Looked nice enough from outside. Spoke to a guy who hated being there, knew straight away this place was "special". The guy first tries to charge us extra for checking in early, even though […] I have the flu and am shaking, and staying there for a week. I should also mention that my partner had already called yesterday and was given the early check in at no charge. So we mention this after he tries to fight it and them after acting like he is reading an entire accounting book, agrees. Then after a long flight get to your room. , go upstairs, try and take a shower- it doesn't work. Call reception, told that sometimes "you need to pull it harder". It didn't work. Change rooms. Which I mention is the same condition as the first room. Oh my god. Filth, mustiness, just felt cheap and very motel - if that. Stained, dirty floors, seedy shower - sorry but this Regency Hotel is nothing like its LA counterpart (LA was beautiful). No decent Internet. No good help from any staff. Our room had a connecting door and we could hear clearly the adjacent room conversations through that door. Contacted hotel desk and our room was changed to a no-connected door room. (In which I found they have alot) The new room( on other side of the hotel, we found noisy from the car passing on the steel-lifting bridge all time of the night. The windows […] are not much soundproof for a downtown hotel. A plus, was the breakfast that we bought a the time of booking. Actually was a full breakfast buffet. Housekeeping was vacuuming after midnight. We could hear people talking in the halls in the early morning hours. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. We did like the bar area and the wait staff there. The Bartender Jimmy was helpful directing to a great restaurant for dinner.
