Cenveniently located with shuttle service to/from airport. Hotel restaurant food was also good.

hotel location is great-go anywhere in CLT off of I85.

i always stay at this hotel when i come to charlotte , everithing about this hotel is unbeliavable , and i never wrote a rewiew for any hotel i ever stayed before , but , this hotel is amazing , the room service , the desk crew always helpfull , i'm very pleased ! I absolutely love it !!!!

the place is comfortable but i had expected more than the dirty floor and furniture. The room was just run down. The lobby looks quite dated and reminded me of a mall.

Internet was not free, and way too expensive, especially when every fast food restaurant offers it for free. Were told at check in that we could get $5 voucher for the bar for declining room cleaning. We didn't get it, and when my husband went to ask about it, was told it was only for Rewards members (which is not stated on ANY of their advertising […] for the program), but gave it to him anyway. But, could not be used for alcohol. "Heated" pool was freezing cold and hot tub was closed. Bellboys gave us a deer in headlights look when we requested to use their luggage cart to get our things from our car that was already parked. Cash breakfast was way overpriced, and poor quality, esp when compared to the free breakfast at a cheaper hotel we stayed at on the way to Charlotte. Hotel did not provide lunch options on the last day that the conference had requested. As we had little time before a class started, we asked if the food could be delivered to the meeting room and were assured it could. Only after swiping our card did we realize they were treating it as room service, with over $7 of extra fees to walk it down the hallway. The hotel did refund those fees and gave us a discount since they had not provided the quick options they were supposed to. The rooms were very nice and clean, but no fridge or microwave. This was a very spacious hotel with a huge lobby and nice pool. The fitness facility was perfect even just for a one night stay. The beds were great and everything was extremely comfortable. Nice and close to the airport also.

clean, upscale, near the airport to easily catch my am flight, not too expensive. good choice.

No refrigerator, microwave or movies to purchase in the room. Pool was awsome. Beds were very comfortable.

I bought the queens bed room because the photo that shows for that room was with the comforter in navy blue and the wall was the same color, so I thought it looks nice, and the regular room with the 2 full beds was cheaper but it was all in white, so I spend a little more to get the colorfull room, but when I got there, they gave me the room all in […] white, so I told them that the one that i Purchased was the one with the navy blue color and they told me that they changed all the rooms to white, So I spend more money for nothing, so I suggest for Hotel.com to take that picture off and put the regular one, so no body else gets confuse, Overall was an exceleent stay, we have fun and the service was very kind and helpfull. The Sheraton gave more than I expected. This was my first experience staying at a Sheraton property, the room was nice and spacious. Despite being a pet friendly hotel you would never know that pets were hotel guest. My family enjoyed the beautiful indoor outdoor pool the most.

Uptown hotels were sold out. Not the closest place to stay if you are in town for a game at B of A stadium. However, very nice hotel.

We only stayed for one day but the staff was courteous, the room was comfortable and clean, and the shuttle experience was great. Would definitely recommend!

This was the absolute worse hotel that we have stayed at! None of the vending machines worked, the phone in the hotel room did not work, had to walk downstairs to speak to the front desk. Also lady at the front desk does NOT need to be working in any costomer service job. Was not worth the money that we spent at all. I recently stayed at this hotel for a work seminar. The service was excellent at this hotel. THE concierge, Chris was extremely helpful in recommeding some excellent restaurants and places to visit -- he even arranged for transportation via their shuttle both to and from. The only thing I would suggest is allowing more time to eat lunch in their restaurant […] -- the service was nice, but very slow. We had to scarf our food one day in order to get back in time for the next session of meetings. But there are plenty of places to grab lunch within 1 mile of the hotel. We chose this hotel because it was near Charlotte Law, close to the interstate, and pet friendly! Our first stay at a pet friendly hotel and we were not disappointed. It was extremely clean, modern, and updated, and the front lobby accomodated us and our dog in placing us near a convenient exterior door. The Starbucks coffee in the room was a nice touch. […] Beds were comfortable. Our only disappointment was the lack of free wi-fi. Everything about this hotel was wonderful, from the people at the front desk, to the appearance of the lobby and the comfort and condition of the room. I would highly recommend this hotel to all.

The mattress and pillows were great!

Very nice "bar" staff. Like the look of the hotel. Pool was nice but steps for little ones are only on the "inside" pool. Needs some on the outside pool because it is much chillier inside with the AIR running.

not as close to the airport as I had thought but shuttle available so not an issue. I left my cell phone in the room and the staff brought it to me at the airport --the kind of service you want to let everyone know about!

Nicely remodeled, pet friendly, clean room, outstanding food and room service, great bar and pool. It was a great stay, and we'll be back!

The Sheraton Charlotte Airport is a great hotel! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the shuttle driver from the airport explained in detail how the shuttle worked, and the room (Club Level) was very comfortable. They even have shaving cream as part of their toiletries which is something I haven't seen even in the 5-star hotels I've stayed […] in. Very nice touch. The stay was wonderful. My grandchildren enjoy the indoor/outdoor pool. The only thing missing was the continental breakfast. Other than that it is a beautiful place to stay. I will be returning during the football season.

This hotel was definitely acceptable for our short overnight stay. The hotel's dining options are as over priced as any comparable chain hotel's and there is a very limited amount of other dining options in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

We came in for a short stay before we went to the airport. It was late when we arrived and the nice lady at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We had an early flight the next morning but we left feeling well rested and renewed. Will love to stay again.

Stayed two nights in two different rooms. The first night was in an adjoining room and we could here the conversations of our neighbors...until midnight! The second night was in a corner room. Very nice, the kids and I enjoyed it.

It took forever to check in. Then I discovered it was $10 for the internet after having already paid a ton of $ for the room, heck I can get free internet at any cheap hotel! And I had 2 computers and called tech to find a way to not pay $10 for my second computer. I was on hold for 45 min. then just simply hung up after no one picked up. Then the […] fan for heater and cooler in room was making a ton of noise and I could not turn it off. Then right outside my room was a huge piece of equipment for the hotel making a ton of noise. Not much within walking distance of the hotel. Also, the street it is on doesn't have much to speak of. The hotel didn't appear to be kept up very well. When I pulled the bedspread off the bed, there were old blood stains on the inside of the spread. Kind of unsightly.

The hotel was very nice. All the grounds and building was wonderful. The room was immaculate and the bed was extremely comfortable. Everything about our stay there was great. Would highly recommend

Hotel was very nice is appearance. The room was nice and comfortable. The sink area could have been larger. I have problems accommodating my tolietries.

The hotel overall was nice. But there where ants in my room. Found a few in my bed. Also the pool area was not cleaned from the night before.

Really nice -- really clean hotel. Great stay. Bed was comfy.

The hotel staff was very courteous. Nice big and spacious lobby with nice bar and restaurant. A nice pool with side by side indoor/outdoor. The room was clean, nice bed with nice linen. Will come back here again.

we were in charlotte for the nascar race..very pleased w/ our hotel..we stayed for 5 days..of course their beds and bedding are awesome..the pool is so cool..and its nice to have a restaraunt and a bar at the hotel..both had excellent service. very friendly service from everyone..this is the second sheraton we have stayed at and i'm afraid i am spoiled!! […] lots of parking and airport noise was not a problem.. great time!!! อ่านเพิ่มเติม
