Marriott Sacramento Rancho Cordova - แรนโชคอร์โดวา

This hotel was nice but very also overpriced. There were additional fees for wifi and the roms were very small. McDonald's has free wifi for crying out loud!

At first I was told the cost was $10.00 more than what was given to me when I made reservations. I a was not advised of the additonal cost for the refrigrator. nor was I told of no microwave. I also had to pay extra for the use of my computer.

Staff was very helpful, room very adequate. Breakfast was delicious. The banquet I attended left much to be desired. No take home boxes allowed for the dinner I could not eat. No bar service. Had to walk a couple of hundred feet to get a glass of wine. Would highly recommend it if you had business in the area.

I have stayed here before... good location, friendly service, easy access. I wish the breakfast was part of Hotels.com package.

I was in town for a wedding. Location was great to get on the freeway to go between the different venue's the events were at. Apart from that though, there's not a ton around to do.

Briefly: Upon calling to confirm my reservation with the number on my confirmation, the Marriott person was unable to locate my reservation nor could she tell me if I was somehow booked for one of the other4-6 Marriotts she told me to call. I called again, got a different person who was able to locate and confirm. The hotel is situated well for where […] I was during the day, is close to lots of services (including a Costco) and is easy in and out. The bathroom and toilet had clearly not been cleaned (hair everywhere and other yucky evidence) and I got a king bed instead of the requested 2 queens. Fortunately, my friend had been unable to stay so it didn't matter. I was recommended to their Italian restaurant and told how fabulous it is. Wrong. Super yucky with lousy service and positively terrible drinks. After paying a ridiculous bill, the waitress chased me down claiming that I had no credit card on file with the hotel. I was escorted to the reception counter and we, AGAIN, put a card on file. If anyone is ever able to register and get a key without first giving up a "credit card number for incidentals" I'd like to know about it. I stayed at this hotel this weekend for the night. I checked out Sunday morning and forgot my diamond earrings on the bathroom counter. As soon as I realized they were gone, I went back ASAP the same day to pick them up thinking they'd be in the lost and found; which I would think any honest person would put such lost item. Boy was I wrong! The front […] desk staff was somewhat helpful but all in all showed no emotion about my loss. There was only one person in my room after I left and that's housekeeping. I was told to call the housekeeping supervisor in the morning which I did and I got the response "they're not here so I don't know what to tell you. We'll keep looking but they're not here". These earrings are very special to me and now they're gone thanks to Marriott Rancho Cordova. I will NEVER stay there again and if I can help it I will never stay at another Marriott. I found the rooms very comfortable and the personnel very friendly. The elevator rides will give pause due to the mechanical noises. The accompanying restaurant and bar has terrible service and food. There are some nice restaurants close to the hotel.

Easy access from the freeway. A lot of services and amenities. Restaurant on site along with a Starbucks. First hotel where I didn't need to ask for an extra pillow so many already on the bed. I liked everything about the room except the bathroom mirror was about 5 feet 6 inches tall and only made for short people. I am 6 feet 5 inches tall. Other than that, it was great.

We stayed for one night as we passed through on our way from Oregon to L.A. The location was great because we wanted to avoid the Sacramento city traffic. The room was big and clean, the staff was super friendly, the food in the restaurant was excellent, and the stay was quiet and relaxing. Great value for the money!!!

The staff was very friendly. The heater motor/fan was very loud. The breakfast from the menu or the Saturday buffet was mediocre at best. One of the male servers was not happy to be at work on both days I was there, but other workers made up for his lack of enthusiasm. For the price of the room, I would recommend this hotel.

If you don't mind swiping your card about 10 times to use the elevator...and then 10 times again to get into your room then it's fine to stay her. The front desk is rude when you complain about the card key problems. Several of our group was beyond frustrated. Excellent service and cleanliness. The Fitness room is very well equipped and kept very clean. Excellent restaurant and well selected menu. My visit was for business, but the hotel atmosphere allowed to relax in the evening.

The hotel is right off the freeway. Hotel is clean my room was very nice. Just what you would expect from a Marriott. Nice LCD TV in room.

Great rooms, updated lobby, well-furnished gym, and nice pool...if you have to be in Rancho Cordova right off the freeway. Oh, and super value for the rate!

The a/c was not working in our room but they simply moved us to another room. Not the best Marriott but the staff was very friendly.

My reservations called for 2 queen beds. When I got there they said that the queen bed request was not a guarantee. I was not prepared for this.

Sacramento hotels are like a box of chocolate, you never know what you’re going to get and the Marriott hotel has been my best experience to date. The maid service at Marriott Sacramento Rancho Cordova was not very thorough. We found a used razor in the tub/shower area and also Skittles and M&M scattered behind the headboard and under the beds in our room. Unfortunately, we did not see this til the day after. Beautiful hotel, fantastic price. Used the stay to be in the area for whitewater rafting the next day on the American River (only 45 minutes away). Great experience.
