The room smelled really bad. It was very uncomfortable to sleep or even eat due to the smell. We had to turn on the air conditioner really low.

"It is great if you get there."
I do have one major gripe. The hotel does not display a contact email address and even when you phone the operator is unable to provide you with one. I asked to be called back to confirm the courtesy shuttle bus operating times and am still waiting to be called. "beautiful renovation"
The hotel was recentlly renovated and the rooms were beautiful along with the lobby and restaurant.

Really nice place, especially for the money. Very clean. Only complaints are smallish pool and no hot tub.

Hotel was very clean. I love hotels that are pet friendly and don't charge a fee. I always trave with my Aussie whenever possible. Conveniences were nice and parking was ample. Would stay again.

All in all a good stay. This particular hotel has undergone several renovations over the years. The font desk was both friendly and helpful. However, when we got to the room we received two double beds rather than the king we asked for. Since we arrived at midnight we were too tired to head back downstairs to make an issue of the mistake. The doors […] seem out of place with the renovations as evidence by the discoloration where the room number plate used to be. The shower & tub were not remodeled so they also appeared out of place with the rest of the nice renovation. The rooms were clean and what you would expect from an older Sheraton. However, the walls were thin and we had to put up with loud noises from our neighbor for most of the night. All in all this was a decent stay. I would give the place 4/5 stars for service, cleanliness & safety. The negatives would be noise, the room/ bed arrangement error and old dirty looking shower tiles. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

The Shower never got Hot and had weak water pressure. They forgot to clean my room so I had wait 20 min for them to do it once we got back.

We only stayed for 3 nights but we were very happy with the room, food and service. We will return again during our next visit to St. Louis, MO

The people at the front desk was amazing, I came to get engaged to my girlfriend and not only did they upgrade my room without charge, they sent strawberrys and champagne to my room and also gave me a $25 credit for room service and 2 breakfast vouchers. I read several reviews before booking and can't imagine what some people expect. The room smelled very clean. Staff was courtious. Comfortable beds. Hot shower. No one offered to shine my shoes or wash my car.

We've stayed at the Sheraton Lakeside Chalet at Westport before, but this was our first time in the tower and it was great. I think the rooms are a little nicer in this hotel, although both are comfortable. Good place to stay if that is the destination. I was attending a training at the hotel so it was very convenient. The hotel is very nice. Convenient free parking on site. Westport has restaurants, coffee shops, and clubs that are convenient. Nice walking trail around a small lake. It is out of the way for any other activities and surrounded by vacant […] business/industrial property. We really enjoyed staying here and will definitely do it again in the future. The beds were extremely comfortable, lots of pillows. The room was clean and the lobby/check-in area was very nice. Hotel staff very polite. Would highly recommend!

This hotel was a great stop for a great deal price. The service was friendly. After 10 hrs of driving we were looking for a clean and comfortable place to sleep. The beds were fantastic - soft mattress, fluffy pillows and warm comforter. Great water pressure in the shower and quality shampoos/conditioners/soaps. There was even brand name (Starbucks) […] coffee available in the room and in the lobby in the morning. We had a great stay and would recommend this hotel to others. This is easily one of the nicest hotels at this price point that I have ever stayed at. It is very clean, modern, and surrounded with shops. There is plenty of free, covered parking which is a very nice bonus. The staff was very courteous and professional when we checked in and any other time that we interacted with them. Initially we thought this was an older hotel that might have been rated with a higher star rating from the past, but the they have definitely renovated the hotel to match their current star rating. The room was clean, and comfortable. The pillows were extremely comfortable. If I had to criticize anything, it would be that the shower head had a low pressure […] stream - but I think that is being picky. Overall a great place to stay for a great price. Very clean and upper scale hotel for a fair price.free parking, the kids enjoyed the indoor pool.beds were very comfortable and not to far from tourist attractions.would definitely stay here again.

The staff was very courteous and polite, however we found some major problems with our stay. It seems the hotel was hosting an entire league of 10-15 year old children's baseball teams. These children don't know any better but the hotel staff found it suitable to stick us right in the middle of a team. The noise in the mornings and evenings were horrible. […] Very little sleep and every time we used the elevator, many other floor buttons were pushed increasing the time to go in and out dramatically. "Wonderful"
The room was wonderful, clean, beautiful, spacious, and everything I could have asked for. The bathrooms were large and well stocked with bath products. Everyone at the hotel was helpful and nice.

My one night stay at the Sheraton was very enjoyable. The rooms were very clean, and had excellent beds. With the hotel being at Westport, the area around the hotel was nice. Many restaurants were available without the inconveinence of driving. The only downside that I encountered was the hotel did not include a hot tub, and the T.V. channels were poor, […] you had to make a purchase to watch anything interesting, and the people at the check out desk seemed scattered and not very professional and when calling down to the desk once the person was very rude. "Tornado visit"
The "4" for maintenance is minor: they are doing a great job in remodeling. I'd guess that the window in our room was next, as it wasn't sealed completely. No big deal. A bit of caulk would have worked. All else was top notch, from the restaurant, the bar, gym, front desk and service. "Sheraton Westport Hotel"
This hotel was a little out of the way if you plan on visiting downtown St. Louis, but it is in a nice location for eating and shopping. Hotel staff was nice and friendly. It was helpfull to know the free shuttle would take us to the airport and from there we could ride the metrolink all over St. Louis. I would stay there again.
