The hotel was in a great location. It was filty, not equipted like it said on the site, when I asked for plates, utencils, ect, the staff handed me back dirty items. the back door hydrolic closer was broken and was either being slammed all night long or left proped open all night. There were no complimentary items like coffee for the coffee pot or dish […] soap. There was no dish towels or rags to wash with so I used paper towels. The refrigerator doors were on backwards and could not be used as they opened into the stove and you had to reach over the door to get items in or out. When maintainence was called, he said he had no tools. I changed it to the correct way with the one butter knife in the kitchen and a small wrench that I had in my car. When I went to the front desk and asked for a manager, I was told that she went home and they could not bother her as she worked all day and that she would call me in the morning when she returned. The call never came. I drove 9 hours but she could not be disturbed? I would suggest staying anywhere but there. It was a stripped down room, very dirty and the staff had no clue of how to run a hotel i.e leaving trash in the hallway for two days from someones room, the housekeeping didn't have clean towels on the cart, you had to go to the front desk. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Right off I-65 and just a few minutes south of Nashville. Very friendly service and nice room for the price

For a one night business stay in Brentwood, the price was right. If stains and other wear and tear bothers you, however, try somewhere else. The worst part was the stale smoke smell, even in an officially non-smoking room. Rarely have I seen fewer bathroom amenities - one puny bar of soap. For me it was tolerable, but I'd not bring the family.

The room was small but equipped with a flat screen and kitchen. Overall very clean. The only negative was the urine smell in the hallway.

Never again...filthy!!

We stayed on the first floor of this hotel in a non-smoking room. The carpets were grungy and stained. The room smelled like smoke and had an ashtray despite the non-smoking designation on the door. The mattress was old and the pillow was lumpy. The neighbor had a big dog that barked every time we walked by. Overall the people and the rooms were sufficient for an inexpensive hotel. The hallway to the nonsmoking room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. The lobby and rooms were on multiple levels that required you to use a back entrance that felt quite isolated (I would never let my wife stay here alone!) The worst problem I had was the noise in the room. […] Every time that someone moved a chair in the efficiency above me or turned on the TV in the room beside me, I would hear it LOUD and clear in my room. If I had stayed longer, I would have changed hotels so that I could have gotten some solid sleep at night. Needed homelike space for business stay. Very suitable.

The staff was beyond desri[ption...very friendly and made me feel as if I knew them for years. My experience was so satisfying that I would love to live there if I could....it was like home. Terry Erickson

This is an extended stay hotel with people living there. There were people piled up at the front desk and the attendant acted like she didn't have a clue about what she was doing. The floors were very dirty and turned our socks black. The room was very outdated with very old appliances. Overall, this place was creepy!

The place smelled like cigarettes and even though the room was smoke free is still smelled like smoke. Could not stay there again.

I asked for a nonsmoking room and the room was filled with smoke. I will not be back!

Whilst this hotel is in a very good position for Nashville and surrounding area and close to restaurants, the rooms leave a lot of work on them, they smell badly of smoking even in the corridors. They also have a lot of people living in the hotel, so dogs and people smoking everywhere, also the small pool and deck because people stay is not adequate […] for other short term guests, but the rooms if clean would be very comfortable. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

I had booked non-smoking room & was bumped to a dingy smoking room in the basement. I had stayed in a non-smoking room on the 2nd floor the previous weekend & it was average...but at least it was clean. (The non-smoking room had a nice clean renovated bathroom. ) The smoking room absolutely reaked! Even the clothes that I brought into the room but didn't […] wear had to washed when I returned home because of the awful smell. There was a beat up old dingy recliner & the carpet was worn & stained. I have seen cleaner bathroom sinks at a truckstop; this one had stains & cracks all over it. There were also little black curly hairs on almost every surface. Not sure if a herd of elephants was residing in the room above me, but it sounded like it....until 2am. StudioPlus should be sorry they bumped me to this craphole room - I will be booking a hotel in this exact area for the next 4 months (weekends), but it won't be in SudioPlus! อ่านเพิ่มเติม

If you are looking for a budget-friendly place to stay while in Nashville, this will do it. It's not updated or modern, but it has everything you need in a hotel. Beware, however, that there isn't an elevator. There are only two floors, but you do have to go up stairs past the "sitting" area and another set of stairs to your room, if on the second floor. […] Not that big of a deal if you don't have a lot to carry. The rooms are basic, but the kitchen is great, especially if you are staying a while. You can buy groceries and save money on eating out. Close to all kinds of stores and the highway. Whe we checked in, our room was dirty, the carpet was't vacuumed, toilet seat dirty, hair in the tub, once you turn the faucet on, water splashing out from a hole, they didn't have maintenance, the supervisor and another employee came to clean the bathroom. Even the room was nonsmoking you can smell smoke. The hallway was very smoky. Next day they moved […] us to another room, wich was a better one, but the floors were still dirty. This site is excellent for all types of travel and length of stay. The kitchen area is well stocked with items needed to cook meals in the room. The only improvement I would recommend is more "seating" area in the room. One chair and the bed is just not enough seating for two people. The staff is awesome, friendly and helpful!

I paid a lot less than expected. The service was excellent and the room was extremely clean and roomy. It came with a kitchen which was totally unexpected.

Spent the weekend on short notice, service was excellent, room was clean and very nicely equipped with kitchenette, laundry facilities were older but in good working order, pool was clean and well maintained, neighborhood was clean, quiet and very safe for being outside in the evening. We will visit again.

I was very disappointed with my stay at the Studio Plus! When I arrived at the hotel, it was after hours and I had to wait over 15 minutes for someone to let me in to check into my room. Once I finally got in my room, I started noticing some very disgusting things that apparently were not addressed after the last customer had checked out of the room. […] There was mascara on the bed sheets, so my first thought was that the sheets were not changed after the last person checked out. There were boogers and hair in the bathroom sink and there was also hair on the shower walls. Studio Plus was very convenient and very comfortable. When I travel I will look for a studio plus in whatever town I go to!!!!!!

I had sinus infection at the time of the stay and could still smell the foul odor of the hotel room. The location was in a nice neighborhood and the staff was very accommodating. The price for last minute planning was fair, however I paid the price of a back ache due to the uncomfortable bed.
