"Great Stay!"
First time as a guest at the Westin Bonaventure in Los Angeles. Great room, great service. Did not use any of the other services because it was just an overnight stay, but the front desk staff was very helpful. Calling to have your car ready in valet service was also great!
"Cool Hotel"
The architecture here is a little dated now but in a good way. The room we had was a newly renovated one that was basically 2 rooms stuck together. It was huge and everything was brand new.

"Great looking hotel that doesn't deliver"
Nice design, well located but room was noisy ( loud noises when water was run i n the room above), room wasn't fully cleaned, concierge was never available when I was.

"Westin Bonaventure LA"
This is a first rate hotel... Clean, comfortable, modern, pet friendly, secure and a very guest friendly and helpful staff. First Class all the way. However, the first few floors are difficult to find your way around in and on and finding your way back to one the of the sky bridges you walked in from because of the strange combination of stairs, elevators […] and escalators. Only certain elevators go to certain floor, only some stair cased go from floor to floor. It is very confusing to say the least. Room smelled very musty/mildewy. Vi would have given better review otherwise. Front desk was not very helpful. I thought I'd lost my purse and they were not very courteous in helping me locate it. I found it later :)

"This hotel is in the financial district"
To see the 'sights' of LA/Hollywood its easy to travel on either the metro or the buses. Day passes are very inexpensive and the metro goes to Hollywood & Vine right at the heart of the Hollywood razzle dazzle. The metro stations alone are worth a visit but then you can walk the stars on the walk of fame or just gawp at the familiar (from TV & films) […] buildings. People watching also makes the time rush by!! Another quick bus journey (using the integrated bus/metro ticket) will take you to Farmers Market and from there you can walk through to The Grove which is utterly amazing. The area around the Hotel has plenty of eateries and the hotel itself house several styles of restaurants and eating places. There are 'local' shops and again some wonderful architecture to see, so if you're only transiting for a day or two you'll still find plenty to do without going further that 6 blocks away from the Hotel. อ่านเพิ่มเติม
"What happened to Customer Service?"
After I checked in, on my way to my 27th floor room at the Yellow Tower, the elevator stopped on the 15th floor and I got stuck for almost 20 minutes by myself. I was rescued by about 6 men and I was in between 2 floors. Terrifying. After that ordeal, I was hoping the hotel would call me and apologize. Or upgrade me to a nicer room or complementary […] anything. Never happened. The 2 Security guys took me to a place I can hardly remember and asked for my info and escorted me to my room through the service elevator. If it wasn't the Grammy weekend (reason why I chose the hotel because of its proximity to Staples Center), I would have moved to another hotel. Went during the Grammy's weekend. We checked out of the hotel we originally booked, because it was terrible [The Standard}. We booked the room and drove one block over to the Westin. Tower Suite. The elevators have excellent views, the rooms have excellent views, the beds were plush. Rooms were clean and very well appointed. Saved out Valentine's weekend […] from staying at the other place. Went to dinner on the 35th floor L.A. Prime, excellent food, and service, They work hard to please you. Views from the 35th floor are astounding. Excellent fitness center and pool. The first 4 floors are a small shopping mall, so no need to go anywhere once we parked. There is a big difference in quality though the price is along the same lines as the other middle tier hotels. If you don;t book your stay here, you made a mistake. 100%. I cannot stress it enough. If you don't book it, then go over there and take a look around the lobby. Take a ride in the Elevators, you will know this is the place you should have booked. Watch out for those other guys who are posting bogus reviews for their hotel listings. "hotel in financial district"
1. Room for my family was on 23rd floor but juveniles who stay next room was so noisy, and I complained. Guest services changed a room to different floor immediately, which was good. 2. Hotel allows valet parking only. You cannot use self-parking. Overally, hotel was good.
"It ain't the Ritz"
The Bonaventure isn't the luxury hotel that it used to be. It's shabby, weirdly empty (like the set of a scary movie) and the food is awful. But the rates reflect its reduced station in life, and the location is perfect for downtown business trips, and lets you walk to the library, Disney, MOCA, even Nokia Theater with ease. The beds don't seem to have […] that Westin loft any more (or maybe it was just this one) but in other ways the service was fine. Parking is outrageous, so park nearby instead. I stayed at the Bonaventure because I was going to a concert at nearby Staples center. I found the staff to be very accomodating (I am disabled and all efforts were taken to ensure my needs were met). "Westin Bonaventure - Downtown gem"
Stayed here for New Year's Eve for a single night. If you are a movie watcher, you've seen these iconic glass elevators in actions. Rooms are oddly shappen and quite small, but the amenities inside are nice. A lot of wood and granite, and wonderful beds and beddings. If you're an internet person, unfortunately there is a charge for in room service. […] Wi-Fi in the lobby is free, however. Check in took about 30 seconds with no wait. Valet parking was a breeze and check-in, but was very bust at check-out time - about 20 minutes to receive car. Parking is also pricing - $38 per night. You do get in and out privileges. Close to downtown attractings - we were there for dinner at LA Live and a hockey game, and a cab ride was less than $6.00 on the meter. Getting a cab back was a nightmare, but that was a New Year's Eve issue I'm sure. Spent the magic hour in the lobby at the bar, which was quiet and relaxed, with just some DJ music and the TVs on Time Square. At 11:45 complimentary champagne was dropped at our table - a nice touch. Check out time is 12:00 Noon - a wonderful feature, especially on New Year's Day. We loved the entire stay. The room was recently renovated. We were upgraded to a room on the 28th floor with a gorgeous view of the city. We had dinner at LA Prime on the top floor and it was GREAT! Loved the lamb...the mushroom risotto...the asparagus...the aged new york steak...and the wonderful strawberry dessert.....YUMMY...ALL OF IT! And the view […] can't be beat. Great hotel, horrible fee for parking your car over night.
Beautiful view, super clean room... Suede lounge was a blast... My overall experience was outstanding .. I would recommend it to anyone :)
"Westin Bonaventure"
Our overall stay at the Westin Bonaventure was good. My rating was severely diminished when we went to pick up our car from Valet upon check out. The Westin Bonaventure charges you $38 to valet park your car, which you have no choice in. It took them almost two hours to locate my car after they realized that my car was not appropriately entered into […] the system. I spoke with 3 managers regarding the matter, as well as the hotel manager who promised to rectify the situation. My stay was 10/29/11-10/30/11. As of today 11/09/11 the problem has still not been resolved. I enjoyed my stay at the Westing Bonaventure. I loved the location, the view, and the cleanliness. However, parking is definitely overpriced like mentioned in other reviews, and there is a charge for wifi, which I thought was ridiculous. Who charges for wifi nowadays? I was very upset to know that I had to pay over $12 for wifi just to assure that my […] work due while on vacation was sent. I will also admit that the hotel is a little cold, but its due to the large amount of windows that surround the rooms and elevators. "Bonaventure Downtown LA, beautiful sights!"
The room was a bit tiny, but the view made it all worth it. We were able to see the Hollywood sign from our window and it was absolutely breathtaking. I had a few issues with this hotel. 1. The overnight parking is atrociously expensive! You can park in a structure 100 feet away for cheaper, which I highly recommend. 2. The wifi is not free. And probably […] my biggest complaint with this hotel is the little tiny bathtub/shower! I couldn't believe how small it was. "Room served its purpose"
Room was clean and comfortable (especially the bed!). For a night or two it works. I'd want a larger room if staying longer.
The bed was super comfortable! We really enjoyed staying there. I definetely recommend this hotel. The only bad thing was parking was about $30 a night!

"Not Great"
Service is lackluster. Location not fun. Things kept breaking. The Atrium area is a bad cement mall from the 70's. They over charge for internet.

"Westin Bonaventure in LA"
The hotel was great for our needs. While it is technically a no smoking hotel, the first room we checked in to had that funky old-smoking-room smell. The staff moved us immediately. While the hotel was great, I would not recommend the restaurant, L.A. Prime. The food was fabulous - what I would expect for the high prices; but the wait staff was horrible. […] They "forgot" to bring our food and we were never asked if we wanted fresh drinks - at one point they cleared out table and we were left with nothing but empty water glasses. "Friendly Staff"
My friend and I definitely enjoyed staying at the Westin in downtown LA. The staff were extremely friendly. The room was a bit small but the bathroom was very nice for sure with lots of mirrors. Close to the Subway.
"Westin Bonaventure - Los Angeles - Angry services"
After our wedding banquet we headed over to relax at the Bonaventure. The clerk upgraded us to a nice suite. We forgot our toothbrushes and called down to get some, when the bellman arrived my new wife asked if they had slippers available. He gave her a dirty look and yelled "Why did you not tell me earlier, now I have to come back twice". He left and […] my wife felt terrible and began to cry. I immediately called down to the manager and explained what had happened. They were appalled at the reaction from their associate. While I was on the phone, the bellboy returned with a pair of slippers, and noticed that my wife was very upset. He tried to play it off, by saying he had a mean face, that just made it worse. He quickly left as he saw that his behavior had caused my wife to be more aggravated at the whole situation. The manager called back and told us that the bellboy had been sent home for the night and that he would undergo all new training on how to deal with guests. The manager also offered us free breakfast and said someone would follow up with us in the morning. In the morning another manager called to check in on us. He offered us free lunch, but we were checking out, so they comped our parking and asked if there was anything else they could do to apologized for their associate. We had to leave so we were on our way. Overall the hotel experience would have been wonderful if it had not been for one rude and inappropriate individual, all the managers, and other associates were very friendly and helpful. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

"洛杉矶downtown的博纳旺蒂尔威斯汀酒店"
酒店很好很干净。不过多适于商务人员。酒店位于LA downtown。周围没什么吃的。但是到hollywood跟唐人街都不远。打的地铁都方便。
