The view from our 58th room was fantastic! Floor to ceiling and wall to wall glass! Walking distance to many restaurants. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Very tight parking.

This was a very pleasant hotel stay for my wife and I. Maybe we had low expectations so we wouldn't be disappointed but the hotel itself, the amenities, the service, the view - were all just great. We will definitely be going back!

The only complaint is the 22$ a day parking. Why you have to pay extra to to park at a hotel you are staying at is beyond me. The hotel was amazing and location is perfect especially if you are going to the Aquarium.

We enjoyed our stay, though one downside was that the Sundial, bar, and observation deck are all closed through August for renovations. Kids loved the view from the 55th floor where we saw the sunset, GA Dome, CNN, the airport and Turner Field. Staff was friendly and rooms had just been refurbished and were quite nice.

Had no complaints except that we only got one robe and zero slippers for two people. Our mini bar was empty and Our over the headboard nightlights did not work. Small complaints but warranted for the price of the room. We stayed on the 42nd floor, great view!!!!!

My wife and I celebrated our 8th year Wedding Anniversary and we enjoyed the ambiance and the view. Very Contemporary!

Had an excellent stay-cation birthday celebration for my 10 yo daughter and 3 of her friends. Had 2 adjoinging rooms that were perfectly clean and well furnished, likely refurbished lately. Kids had a great time in the pool and the the trip to Centenial Park, World of Coke and GA Aquarium.

The stay was GREAT. We were just a little upset because the Sundial resturant was closed. Other then that all was GREAT!!!!!!!

Ice machines on the floor, or adjacent floors, the parking rates and conditions were terrible, check out was long and atrocious. There was some kind of party that went on until 3am, and they allowed it to continue without even acknowledging to go check it out. The so called "Premium Deluxe King Room" was a joke!! This was a great stay in Downtown Atlanta. Very pet friendly, great reception staff, nice parking. Everything was wonderful. There was even a Starbucks in the lobby.

It was a great hotel to stay at with great service. I also enjoyed the restaurant as it is located on the 72nd floor with a complete view of the city...amazing! I can't wait to stay there again.

Staff is super friendly and the room was clean and the bed was comfy.There was an issue with my heat not working, but they called maintenance right away and the guy was super nice and quick. Fixed the issue in the short term but I noticed at night it was still blowing out cold air, instead of warm. This wasn't a huge deal for me. I took my 10 year old and her friend here for a night out. They swam in the pool that afternoon and then we went to the Fox Theater for a play. Great evening! The room was on the 35th floor with a great view of the city. All of the staff were very helpful. It was a very pleasant experience.

Very clean hotel, excellent city view. The hotel is near the Aquarium and the Coca-Cola Museum. Very friendly staff, and willing to help on anything.

Nice room and hotel over all. Loved the view from the Sun Dial. Walking distance to the World of Coke, GA Dome, GA Aquarium and so many more attractions. Great choice for our simple weekend get away! We will be back again.

The good was the hotel was beautiful, well located, and the welcoming team was awesome (bellboys, check in staff). The hotel was extremely noisy. We had to call the help desk 3 times (2 times more than my entire life) about the noise from the hallway, not having a remote, and they would take our dirty towels and not replace them with new ones so by […] the last day, my wife and I were sharing a towel and a hand towel as a rag. No one was at front desk for check in upon arrival...this set the tone for the remainder of the stay. A bellhop walked up several minutes later and he went to get someone to check us in. The food.......well..my salad was floating in water, I ordered it again the next day requesting the greens be drained/spinned.....I guess she had a hearing problem […] because the greens were dripping with water, again. Difficult to control temp in room, so I am now back home and sneezing. Noisy every night (of course the hotel cannot control the behavior of the guests). However, the last night was ridiculously loud at 1pm. I peeped outside and it was an employee and two guests. The hotel can and must control their employees. The view was awesome, I must say. Excellent location and very helpful and friendly staff. Nice room size. Beds not very comfortable. Rooms cleaned poorly- especially bathroom. You hear doors opening and closing through night, like they are in your room

I reserved a deluxe king size bedroom. The receptionist, stated that they did not have this room. After I asked for my money back they then found me a deluxe room. This is the first time this has happened to me, when using your service..

Dirty! Old! Unprofessional! Parking cost almost as much as the room itself and at one point the hotel parking was closed to to being "FULL"! WHAT!!???

My husband and I went to ATL for the Motocross Race @ Georgia Dome with our 3 year old and another couple & their 2 children. When we walked in the hotel it just looked VERY old (smelled it too)... it is desperately crying out for a facelift! After checking in, we walked over to conceirge and asked if we could get directions to someplace to eat, the […] man behind the desk had ZERO expression on his face & looked like he HATED being there. He pointed in a direction & grunted something that not I nor my husband understood. Unfortunately, he wasn't the only staff that was unhappy about his job - when we got to the Sun Dial Restaurant (hotel dining) the hostess said they could not accommodate us for lunch today because she "believed" they were fully committed - what did that even mean?? So I asked if she could please go double check, and so she stomped away unhappy to do so, and when she came back (15 minutes later) she was laughing and flirting with some other staff member and then looked at us suprisingly and said, "You guys are still here?" I was infuriated (to say the least)! How does a hotel with this sort of staff stay in business? The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The view was breath taking. The Sun Dial Restauraunt was unique and the cuisine was delicious. I will definitely stay again the next time I'm in town.

My stay at the Westin Peachtree Plaza was perfect. My girlfriend and I enjoyed the room, how close we were to all the downtown eating spots and bars... We didn't wanna leave the next day because of how comfortable we were during our stay...Definently will be coming back...

I have never had such AMAZING service from each and every staff member. I literally was blown away at how helpful and kind everyone was. My fiance and I are considering staying there for our wedding night because of how overall fantastic our stay was.
