Loved the breakfast buffet that was included with the reservation. Tasty, great, selections! But would have loved a little more variety from day to day. Other than that, it was amazing and convenient! I used the attached gym, Equinox, which was a high calibur nice gym - would have wanted to know an i.d. was required for entry - I had to make a trip […] back up to the room for i.d. Other than that, the gym iteself was A+! Also, when taking a shower, the water pooled a bit but the lighting and decor as beautiful. Recently stayed here and was amazed at the luxury and general feel to the place. The staff were friendly and it is so nice and close to a great shopping mall

It is a very nice hotel with not much around it but high rise business and the Westfield Mall which is a upscale mall nearby . If your going to spend alot of time in Beverly Hills this is a great location The staff was super nice. The Pool was not very heated. And the parking is over priced at 36.00 per day

The bathroom for our room was OK clean....but there were spots all over the mirrored wall behind the commode. Also, maybe becasue we booked through another website, our room was right next to the elevator and we were seated right next to the service station at breakfast. Felt a little second class....

Nice hotel. Excellent rooms and good service. But the parking will kill you.

The shower head and towels need to be upgraded. I expect when staying at a hotel of this level that certain features should exceed what I have at home

We have a very bad expiriense whith the service of the hotel, with the valet parking is Terrible!!!!!!! they say that they are going for your car ,and they take for ever, And you have to pay $20dlls for the use of the fitness center, and they dont change the towels , if you want a clean towel, you have to call. I didnt like their service

We only had one night in L.A and no car. We spent most of the time att the hotel since they have everything you need. A nice poolarea and a spa among other things. If you want to do some shoppingthere is a lot of large shoppingcenters just around the corner. The beds were terrible as were the pillows otherwise the hotel was very accommodating

We had a great time at the hotel. Our room had a balcony with breath taking city views. Great lobby enjoyed our coffee in the lobby bar. We will definetly consider staying here again.

Excellent hotel. Personnel very friendly and polite. Breeze Restaurant also excellent.

The rooms were perfect. The location was perfect. Near Beverley Hills. We were within 10 miles from all the sites we wanted to see. The landscaping for the building was great. We also had a view of the city, ocean, and hills. Staying near sunset is a mess. This is the perfect hotel for business or pleasure in LA.

I absolutely love this hotel. From its great lounge in the lobby and its comfortable living room setting with large screen TVs to its Hollywood like swimming pool area, this hotel offers a great comfortable setting as well as great personal service. every thing was good about the hotel. on my opinion windows should have been equipped by double layer glass in order to avoiding the noise of the street comes in to the rooms.

Great service, great room, great location!

The hotel is in a great location and westfields shopping centre is next door. Close to Hollywood which is great. Hotel is more of a hotel for business clients. Plenty of meetings on here but the closeness and location to things was great. Restaurant very expensive so eat in shopping centre next door.

Been around the world and stayed in places ranging from no-stars to 5+, but this place is once of the nicest places to stay just because of the customer service!

A centrally located hotel in Los Angeles, which sits within walking distance of Beverly Hills, Rodeo Drive and Westfield Century City. Terrific location with great Mall within walking distance and Beverly Hills and Westwood short drives in opposite directions. A little clunky dropping my car off the first time and the front desk could have been a little more attentive checking in. After that, valet service was very prompt. The Breeze restaurant was very comfortable and the staff there absolutely terrific (apparently many have been there for years- 20+). Computer center convenient and everything worked very well. Looked like the Hotel has had a major remodel or upgrade and everything seemed very clean and newish. Gym was outside the property adjacent to the pool owned by Equinox with the $20/day fee though once we adjusted to this different setup with the fee, it was ok. Across from the chec-in/out desk were two dedicated computers for airline checking with every airline link. Very convenient. I was worried about staying here because I usually don't like big hotels. The Century Plaza has all the amenities of a large hotel with the service and friendliness of a boutique. We were very happy with everything about the Hyatt Regency. We should have been more careful when booking the room through hotels.com because the wedding we were planning to attend was cancelled and our room was non-refundable. I recommend carefully reading the cancellation policy on any reservation prior to finalizing.

We were travelling with family....and had a great time at the Hyatt. Staff were courteous, rooms were comfortable and clean, room service was prompt, pool side was very nice and location was a big plus for us!!

This is an older Hyatt hotel. I thought the rooms could be much cleaner. The rug and bedspread was stained and our view was that of a roof.

Great location, staff, service. Pool area is amazing. Shopping and Rodeo drive are close but far enough to relax.

Ive always stayed in Beverly Hills because of location but Century Plaza was just as good and we loved it.

the staff was very helpful and courteous. our room was nice and cozy. we received free starbucks coupons for morning coffee, a nice touch. the only complaint i had was it was a little crazy in the front of the property as there was a club saturday night at the property but you could not hear anything from our room.

The hotel has a great location just across from the Century Plaza mall with easy access to shopping, great restaurants and movie theatres. We had a room with 2 full beds and the room was spacious with an uncluttered, contemporary decor and the view from the west facing balcony was good. The bathroom was also quite big and well designed. The Starbucks […] in the lobby was convenient and there are other restaurants with a very nice seating area in the back of the hotel near the pool. The only negative I can think of is the valet parking rate seemed rather steep and one time when returning to the hotel there were a backup of cars and we had to wait about 10 minutes to get to the valet. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

The ceiling above the shower was falling down. The walls were water damaged. My key did not work upon check-in. Security was very helpful in getting this resolved. Parking fee is exhorbitant!

Outstanding, just what I expected from a first class hotel, including the valet parking charge of $36 which is a bit too much, but it comes with the territory. Quality place.
